I have been a member with PSFCU for years now and have been using the app just as long. It does what it needs to do: shows you your balance, credit bill, etc. It could greatly improve by having some of the features most banking apps have: push notification for card use, upcoming bill notification, transfer to external accounts. All in all, does what it mostly needs to do but would love more improvements.
Pretty basic solution. Check balances and transfer funds between internal accounts. No option to schedule payments or transfers, no bill pay, no option to transfer/wire money to other institutions, no information about current rates, missing logout button. Still, it is way better than the kludgy .mobi site. History graph is a nice feature, kudos to the developer for including it in the first release. Looking forward to an improved v2.0!
Great functionality. Awesome to be able to view debit card rewards directly from app. Also, reassuring to know that my debit card transactions are monitored for fraudulent activity with SMS alert capabilities. And finally kudos to PSFCU for enabling mobile e-statements.
Only one problem is that transaction history can't be seen when time format on iPhone is set to 12 hours. When 24 hours time format is set everything is ok. Please fix it soon.
This app has gotten worse and worse The other day I had for example 200 to pay I paid off 100 I got back in two days it tells me I have 450 to pay that’s all example this app is cheating people from their bank accounts and isn’t properly recording the payments and stuff you make on your account and isn’t updating regularly
This app needs some serious updating. The design is old and outdated. Also it crashes and doesn't work. When I try to log in it says I have no internet connection when I clearly do. Very Poorly designed.
This app is amazing for viewing your balance, transferring money, finding nearby ATMs, and a bunch of other stuff too. But my favorite feature has to be the mobile check deposit.
I have tried downloading this app on my old iPhone and now again on my new iPhone and I cant ever log in :( there is an http error and I spoke with a few other people and they have the same problem . Please fix this bug so we can use the app
By far, the worst banking app I have ever used. Nothing ever works and most of the issues with the app have to be resolved through the bank's customer service.
