Reviewed originally in April, since then in December it was updated. It works well with Face ID after you manually log in, then go to settings and approve face id.
This is a completely new experience, yet it’s easy to figure out. New, clean look, and it works well with biometric verification ( Face Recognition and Thumb Print) once you log in and approve that. Transfers are easy to do, and you can also keep track of any accounts you may have at other institutions. Well done!
Bigger institutions take note, Qualstar’s app is easy to use and they will walk you through it over the phone if you have any questions on how to navigate it. Deposits, withdrawals & interest are itemized by line so you know exactly how much you have with each transaction. Great app!
I like this app mostly but it is frustrating that half the time I want to use it I need to restart my phone otherwise it just shows three dots buffering. It’s like the app freezes. The older version was reliable and an update wasn’t really necessary. QualstarCU fixed something that wasn’t broken and made it worse. This is the only app I have any trouble with. It’s been a month since this version came out, maybe it’s time to fix some bugs?
I’m pretty sure even the beginner would be able to figure things out. And there’s so much available in relation to your accounts. Once again.....good job Qualstar!
Doesn’t keep up with an accurate available balance and pending balance with the 3-5 purchases a day I make and asks me to verify my device almost every time I log in from the same device every time almost daily
I can't make deposits anymore since upgrading to iOS 9. This is true for both the iPhone and iPad. App freezes when it is time to take a picture of of the check. Please fix ASAP since I live 2 hours from the nearest Qualstar branch. I have been a loyal customer for 30 years and love Qualstar.
I have installed and re-installed this app and it has never allowed me to log in. I have asked tellers at the branch for help and when they said it had been reset, the app still doesn't allow log in. Had the app since it came out. Disappointed it doesn't function.
This is the worst banking app. My card was stolen and I was advised to cancel it via app and order a new one. I am only able to place a temporary block on the card in the current version of the app. Useless.
I have experienced the following problem with my iPhone 8 Plus To log in to your account your contact information needs to be on file with your financial institution. Call the call-center to add your contact information. I cannot log on! I try and hit logon and the above message shows. My bank info, username and PW are all good! I have deleted app and readded the app and also turned phone off and on. What seems to be the problem???
I use this app all the time to check my account. However I can't seem to ever deposit a check successfully. It gives me an error that the MCR code can't be read even though the picture is clear and within the green box. I attempted 10 times (frustrating cause after an error it doesn't retain the info and you have to retype it). Had to use BECU app and it took first try.
