Amazing app! Easy to use and super fun for shopping/selling!

As a loyal customer of Queenly, I can confidently say that this platform has surpassed all my expectations, leaving me feeling like true royalty! From the moment I signed up, I was impressed by the seamless experience of the app compared to the other apps I’ve tried. Selling my own dresses was a such an easy and fun process as well. The platform’s straightforward process and engaged community gave my dresses excellent visibility, resulting in a quick sale. I was equally impressed by the level of customer service provided by Queenly. Any questions I had were quickly addressed by their super friendly customer support team. It’s evident that they genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction. Highly recommend trying them out over Poshmark or eBay!

Terrible app design, no customer service

I downloaded this app to sell an extra wedding dress I had after seeing an advertisement that they were waiving their commission for a limited time. I listed the dress and got an offer after 3 weeks. So far so good. It’s all been downhill since. First, the pending sale states they are still taking their 20% fee, despite the offer, still stated on their site, that I signed up with. Additionally, the buyer had paid for expedited shipping, I was not informed by Queenly. Their shipping instructions said nothing other than “ship in 1-3 days”. And now, it’s been a full week since delivery and I have not been given any information on when my payment will arrive. According to their rules, the buyer has 3 days to accept the delivery and then the money will be automatically sent to the seller’s preferred account. So now I have no dress and no money for it. I have sent 2 emails and an additional message through their website with no response. And there is no phone number to call either. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed.

This was my first time using this service selling a dress so I was hesitant when I didn’t receive payment at first and had to mail the gown off. I immediately contacted the company and surprisingly got responses within 30 minutes every time. The plus side of using Queenly is they have tons of clients to purchase our gowns. They create the labels, display pictures and let the buyer and seller personally communicate. The only thing I would maybe change is to have it in bold writing about not being paid firsthand cause I was confused since someone tried scamming me previously using a different site and sending a fake PP account email. There’s nothing better than getting our closet emptied a little at a time.

Not Seller friendly

I have been using Queenly for almost a year. I have sold a couple of dresses on there but recently I have found that buyers are allowed to leave horrible reviews on your account that you cannot challenge or question preventing me from being able to sell any future dresses ,I had a woman who bought a dress for me over a month ago, wore it to her event, and then decided to leave a nasty review demanding the money back, and I was not allowed to ask her any questions or communicate with her .after contacting Queenly multiple emails nothing was resolved, and the review stays on my account, I have not sold any dresses since receiving this review, which was a one star review. Her review in case you’re wondering was, “I don’t understand the arms of this dress. The shoulders were not made right I don’t like the designer of this dress.” She bought an off the shoulder dress, and only after wearing it to her event did she realized she didn’t like the way it made her look. This app started off great but its really turning into the new Facebook marketplace.

Terrible app and company !

Please do not sell to this company. It is a scam I have communicated repeatedly over the past two weeks to ensure my payout method was secure and everything is fine. I have been given the runaround despite my dress being delivered and the buyer even confirming they liked the dress and it delivered as well. I have a status of pending on the account for my funds and no one is being helpful in the least bit. I am so tired of this process and dealing with incompetence. I would not recommend trying to sale here if you don’t want to be out of a dress and money ! I have wasted my time and I am very disappointed. I have receipts of shipment, delivery and the buyer confirming etc so my funds should no longer be pending after that 3 day time frame. I will be now taking this beyond the company and reporting them. It’s a shame you all are taking advantage of peoples time and money it’s truly sad. Best believe I will be reporting you all. I am done emailing but now going to start filing a report !

Amazing app!

I love Queenly so much! It is a great place to find the perfect dress for any event out there! They have such wide and diverse collections that you could definitely find something that would fit your style. It’s been a fun experience browsing through the app and it just keeps on getting better with new features they keep on adding. What’s also good is that you can resell your dresses, which is a huge plus for me, as that promotes sustainability. The process is also fast and easy! I’m glad I found out about the app. I just wish I'd known them sooner, but now I wouldn’t need to worry where to find the next dress that I could wear for any future events that I would have.

Seamless, White Glove Process!

I am amazed at how easy it was to purchase a dress. They have the best selection of pageant dresses and formal wear. I was able to utilize the filters to hone in on the perfect dress I was looking for, especially great for someone as indecisive as me! May I also say that the customer service was fantastic - instant follow up and shipment timing. I received the dress at the exact ETA I received (which never happens), and the Sherri Hill dress was exactly as I saw in the pictures. Absolutely love the package it came in as well! The only bad thing was not knowing about this app sooner - I’ve spent an exorbitant amount of money on brand new dresses in the past. Will definitely use this app in the future, thanks Queenly!

App is slow- sluggish

I have sold on different platforms. Often times to get the pre paid labels sent to seller can take more than 24 hours. There is a lag to sending messages between seller and purchaser. I think the cost to send a ballgown can be too expensive and if you package correctly it should not cost the purchaser so much. Customer service can be really fast and helpful to slow just depends on who you get. The advantage to have an app that allows a good customer base is great. Just wish the app worked better. Also- coupons that are sent via email often don’t work. This could be a fantastic program if you fix a few bugs. Thanks for trying to continue to grow and work things out.

Selling Process as Easy as Riding a Bike!

I had initially purchased two dresses for my 2020 prom, unfortunately I was not able to make it to the prom due to Covid so my alternative was to sell the dresses on the queenly app. To my surprise I had put my two dresses on sale and I was fortunate to sell one of them, and let me tell you… The Queenly team is amazing in terms of communication and when it came to selling the dress and getting the funds dispersed, it was as easy as riding a bike. I definitely suggest either selling or buying prom dresses from this wonderful app as it has a ton of variety and many, many sizes which will fit any and all.

Great app! User friendly.

Great app. I was skeptical to sell my prom dress anywhere online where I couldn’t control anything, but queenly made it so easy. I took a chance in reading some of the reviews they had about the app (I do everything based off of reviews) and I just got paid today. It took a day or two for my dress to be sold, then queenly sent me an email with the prepaid shipping label and all I had to do was box it and drop it off. It only took 2 days after that for me to get my money. I have already referred several people to this app and told them how easy it was. Thank you!

Everything I NEEDED and MORE!

The holy grail for all sustainable, bougie, fashionistas!!!! First, I love how the app has options for general searching and also a customized page, based on your style preference. You can also choose between colors, length, fit, etc…they make it so easy for you to find exactly what you’re looking for, without wasting your precious time 💁🏽‍♀️. I’m also transitioning to living a full sustainable lifestyle, so this definitely makes me feel better about how I shop as well. Plus, you get to shop dresses from actual pageant queens…you’ll really start to feel like a princess 😉

Can’t escape this app

I didn’t have any luck selling my items on this resale app. I won’t blame that on Queenly. However, the persistent emails I keep getting even after “deleting” my account are getting old. I received an email saying my request to delete my account would be processed within 24 hours. I am still receiving emails about items that are no longer listed on Queenly because I deleted them, in addition to generic emails from the app. I tried to unsubscribe from these generic emails however the page it redirects you to never loads…. How convenient. I would love for my account deletion to be completed and to be able to unsubscribe from other emails as they no longer apply to me!

Best App for your Next Dress!!

I absolutely love using Queenly! I found this app after being scammed one too many times on Facebook market place… payments being retracted, dresses arriving different than the photos… I was desperate for a reliable place to buy and sell dresses and Queenly was better than I imagined! They provide a seamless process for selling dresses as well as a safe and reliable place for purchasing your next dream dress. Queenly eliminated all the fear of online resale for me!! I check Queenly weekly for new dresses and for alerts on my dresses. Thankful for Queenly!!

A++++ app for buying/selling dresses!!!

Such an easy-to-use and effective app for buying and selling dresses!! My girlfriend needed a dress for an event and she found out about this app through her network. She was able to find a dress quickly using the detailed filters that she shared with me. Since I lived where the event was (she flew in), I went ahead and ordered it to my address. It delivered super fast, and the customer service was responsive and exceptional when I had a question about the shipping. She plans to use the app for buying and even selling dresses in the future!!! Queenly is a 5/5 star app!!!

Obsessed!

After trying to sell my pageant/prom dresses for YEARS, I sold two within a matter of weeks of listing them on Queenly! The process is seamless and simple, and they’ve definitely got their system down! It’s so simple to search for and save potential dresses to buy, bid on gowns, and ask other sellers questions. Overall easy and great!

Queenly makes it super easy to post your dresses to sell as well as look through dresses up for sale. The interface is overall pretty easy and straight forward. I do wish there was like a “personal page” to find my own postings, I kept getting confused on where to find mine. The process of shipping out and receiving the payout was also very simple. They only provided one day to get the dress shipped out which I was able to make work but could be beneficial to provide more days to ship in case of a busy schedule. Overall great and simple app for pageant and prom wardrobe!

Amazing app!!!!

I love how easy it is to use this app and how it is set up so cleanly to shop without feeling overwhelmed. I like that you can filter for a lot of options and quickly “like” dresses you’re interested in choosing. It makes shopping much easier. Most of all this platform gives you the opportunity to buy unique dresses at a much more affordable price and we all need that! No more having to settle for dresses that someone else might have when you’re on a tight budget!!

The App Needs Work

The concept of this app is great! It’s layout very similar to other popular resale apps, but specially focused on pageant wardrobe. I would like to see a change in the sizing options (broader size range, and XS-XL listed). The “size chart” listed is not useful as all manufacturers’ sizing runs differently. It would also be great to add interview and activewear options. I would also prefer to be able to search a key word (custom, couture, designer name, etc) and view results. The main reason for my rating is that the app does 👏🏼 not 👏🏼 work 👏🏼. It freezes and crashes constantly. It is impossible to use for more than 2 minutes without encountering a problem.

I LOVE THE QUEENLY APP!

I really wish this app was invented when I was in HS. We all know how stressful it was to find the perfect dress for events like, Winter formal, Sadie Hopkins, or even worse, PROM (Jr & Sr). If you haven’t gone to events like this (BUT WILL BE) then you are in luck, because this app is going to be useful before and after these events! Queenly is user friendly and offers a variety of gorgeous second hand dresses. The dresses vary in style, size, price, and quality perfect any special event! I’m someone who is already out of HS, so this App has been perfect for getting rid of my Prom dresses that my little sister doesn’t want to use, and purchasing dresses for wedding events. Other events that I believe this app will be perfect for are military balls, white/black tie events, cotillions (sweet sixteen, quinceanera, etc.), and more! I definitely would continue to recommend this app to my friends and family.

Absolute Best Site for Selling Dresses!

We are an established prom-pageant-bridal shop with lots of inventory. We partnered with Queenly to be able to show our dresses to shoppers across the country and WOW! The sales have been incredible. The shoppers on this site are knowledgeable about designers and know great value. It is definitely a win-win situation for buyers and sellers alike. Queenly has wonderful Customer service if any problem arises and are quick to respond. I definitely recommend Queenly to anyone buying or selling formal dresses.

Love how fast my dresses sell!!

I absolutely love this app. I can’t believe how fast I’ve cleaned out my daughters pageant closet. It’s so easy just take a few pictures and a small description and that’s it. When your dress sells all you have to is drop your box off and you get paid fast. Which I love most apps make you wait but not Queenly you get paid when it’s shipped. I would most definitely recommend this app for anyone buying or selling pageant dresses it’s by far the best!!!!

Beautiful dresses for special occasions 😍

I wished this app was around when I was still competing in pageants. It would have made dress shopping so much easier, more affordable, and less intimidating. I recently tried Queenly out because I was desperate to find a new home for my old gowns. Super pleased with how easy it is to list and ship the dresses. Even though I don’t compete anymore, I’ve been able to find dresses and gowns for special occasions like weddings and business events.

My favorite go-to fashion app!

I love shopping at consignment stores, but it’s always been so hard to find formalwear especially gowns for really nice events or a pageant at my local stores or even Poshmark. I was so happy to find Queenly a few years ago — it truly changes the game!! I’ve been buying and selling various dresses on it for years now, and I’ve used one dress for 5 separate occasions and it always gets so many compliments — if only they knew I got it for 80%+ off!

Great was to sell/ buy dresses !

I recently posted my old prom dress on Queenly after I saw a comment about how it was a fast way to see dresses. My dress was posted on Facebook market and in groups for prom dresses. It was on there for months with no activity. I received an offer for my dress within days, a week at the latest for my dress. The process was fast and easy. Queenly is good about texting/ emailing you back with updates and so on. I would definitely recommend this app to other trying to sell their dresses !

Preparing for a pageant or any special event can be pretty stressful, especially when it comes to deciding on what to wear. If you love shopping & saving money

I love circular economies, and how Queenly is helping with sustainability. This is an awesome app where you can shop new and used dresses from people across the US. Majority of the used dresses have been only worn once and the discounts are great! Who doesn’t like a good deal?! I don’t shop for dresses too often, but I always check Queenly when I do. Be warned it can be addicting as I have so many dresses I want to purchase but no where to go!

User Friendly & Lots of Variety

I’ve had my fair share of getting scammed from online sellers when purchasing expensive gowns. However, with its incredible UI, user friendliness, and features such as verifying sellers, Queenly prevents me from the trouble of getting scammed. This app is a great way to buy and sell your homecoming , prom , pageant dresses . It’s super quick to upload a picture and give some description about your dress . Once someone buys your dress queenly then emails you about how you’d like to receive payment . They then send you a shipping label and you take it to a usps store. The app is probably one of the best apps to buy and sell dresses . You don’t get scammed and they are super friendly . The queenly team won’t let you down !

Needs to Improve Paying Sellers On Time

Great idea, love to support a small business, however, there are issues with getting paid in time after the “within” 3 day sale. When it is brought up, they fix it but there is no apologies or recognition of their error. They state that “the earnings have been disbursed.” When in fact, as a seller, I am trying address not following through their own policy of paying“within 3 days.” This has happened multiple times and it is frustrating. As a seller, this is not an ideal. Hope they fix this soon.

Idea is great, app needs work

I love the idea of Queenly, but the app itself has issues. It feels like the business owners hired cheap programmers to build it. There are a lot of small things that could be improved, but my biggest issue is that prior to actually accepting my order, I received an email saying “Thank you for reviewing your order Black Size 2 Side Slit Formal Dress and confirming that your item has been delivered as described.” I think this issue is fairly self explanatory so I’ll end my review here. Would love to use the app again if the functionality can be improved!

Latest IOS & CRASHES INSTANTLY

I downloaded the app because of the NON STOP prompts on the website & the fact you could't view some items without the app - the website would go to the item then gray screen with a prompt to go to the app or continue in browser. If you chose browser it would go back to the previous page. This happen several times on items from a particular designer (A). After updating my IOS & downloading the app so I could finally see all the items - the app immediately crashes when opened. I tried removing & reinstalling. Still crashes instantly.

Thank God for this App

I’m not a big dress person, but as a woman, there will be occasions in life that you want to show up looking your absolute best. So I found out about queenly through a friend. The app has a very clean and user friendly lay out. It’s nice seeing dresses on people and not mannequins. As a buyer to the site, I highly recommend this app to all of my lady friends because it’s about time a system to recycle beautiful dresses was made. And this app did it splendidly.

Amazing Customer Service!

Listed a few formal gowns that were sitting in the back of my closet forever and my first sale happened SO FAST! (way faster than other apps I've sold on) I had a few questions about the selling process and their team was super responsive and helpful throughout the whole process! Also they have some pretty cool dresses on their site!!

Easy to list, browse, buy dresses.

Queenly has a bunch of dresses/jumpsuits to choose from. You can find pretty much anything your style in your price range. I listed my wedding dress on the app and it was a very simple and easy process. I also like that I can put my closet on vacation mode when I’m away so I don’t have to worry about it until I’m back. Great app and the customer support is A1.

Flawless and Amazing!

I am amazed at how easy it is to purchase a dress or even sell on Queenly!! I started off as a buyer and now have also become a seller. Queenly makes communication between buyer and seller fast and reliable. I have never experienced any problem with dresses I have bought on Queenly. This app makes you look like a Queen in the most adorable and affordable way possible!

Amazing and Flawless transaction!!

Such an easy way to sell your dresses!! After someone purchases your dress, Queenly sends the shipping label and all you have to do is ship it to them! They do the rest!! Queenly cleans and ships the dress out to the buyer!! The transaction was fast and flawless!! Two days after I shipped the dress to them I received the payment!! Everything went amazing and I will definitely be selling with them again!! Thank you Queenly!!!

Queenly is my new go-to for any event!

Queenly has been a life-saver for both my wallet & my closet! I have so many formal dresses that I only have a chance to wear once before they started bulking up my closet. With Queenly, I can sell my old dresses (through their secure and reputable system) and actually turn a profit! It’s also great to have a feed tailored to my fashion interests. I can find the perfect dress for any occasion!

I recently downloaded the Queenly app to see what they have available on their site. I enjoyed how user-friendly the app is: Everything is organized from different dress cuts to all of the different events these dresses can be worn to. AMAZING SERVICE!

Wow! This app is seriously amazing! Queenly made it so easy for me to list my gown and connect with buyers. Once the dress sold, I received a prepaid shipping label within minutes. Their customer service team is very kind and quick to review garments. I also value that they act as a mediator between buyer/seller to ensure each gown is in perfect condition. It was such a great customer experience and I can’t wait to list more gowns on the app. Thanks, Queenly!!!

Not so great....

Just received a dress that I purchased. It was described as “brand new.” Ummm ya, not so much. Strings hanging off entirety of the dress everywhere, two side seams busted out, no tag in it whatsoever to confirm the size and was sent crammed so tight in a Priority Mail box with no plastic covering at all (heaven forbid it rained - and it DID). Not pleased with this purchase at all, but looks like I’m stuck with it because this app has no confirmation of purchase receipt, etc. Will NOT order from Queenly again. Clearly their sellers are not reliable whatsoever. There was zero communication (which I guess should have tipped me off). Wasted my money. Fool me once..............

Seamless Process!

I’ve sold numerous items throughout my closet over the years, and Queenly has been the easiest platform thus far. Instead of worrying about shipping my dress directly to the buyer, I simply shipped it to Queenly, and they took care of the rest. As soon as they received my dress, I was notified and immediately paid. It’s a very seamless process, and the customer service is outstanding! Will certainly use again.

I love the ease of using Queenly. While I was looking for a pageant interview outfit I was quickly and easily able to narrow down my search by designer and size. Fast, convenient, & affordable!

If you are like me - a woman on the go with a billion of meetings and tasks to get through in a day - shopping can be such a chore, especially when it comes to choosing a gown for a more formal setting. This app is definitely top tier. Being someone who is not a fan of re-wearing certain looks when going out or to events this app helps to not waste money by having dresses that just sit in your closet collecting dust. They helped resolve my issue

My local post office lost my package. Queenly informed the package wasn’t tracking so I was able to make it to the post office in time to have the package looked for and found! Then it was on its way to the sender. I really appreciated the help ensuring the gown arrived at its new home. I was paid quickly once the gown was received. I’ll sell on Queenly again.
