The Money Management section is very poor. I’ve had the same connection problem for 6 months and the technical wizards can’t seem to fix it. You should look for another vendor
Quincy credit union has always been on the cutting edge of technology and advances for the customers. I will never use another credit union. Can you see you is by far the best.
Everything about QCU is antiquated. They don’t send bills (is that even legal?) so you have to guess when your payments are due. I created an account, which they acknowledge, but they can’t find it. Hire an IT team? I don’t know what to tell you. Find another bank is my best advice
This user friendly, easy to learn and use app for QCU Banking couldn't get any better than this! Organizing all of your bills, paying them on time, mortgage, car payments, budgeting and watching investments grow anytime day/night is incredible. Better yet, is the settings for automatic deposit so you never have to think about it when the bill arrives, yet it gets paid on time. No more paper bills all over the house. I can always go back to my statements anytime for tax purpose, all this from my home, car, work, vacation, overseas and in the Caribbean. Transfer money, pay bills. I cannot be without it and we can't be without Vinh helping get the best rate mortgage and helping us pay it down with principle. QCU has come a long way since its first app years ago. Outside of depositing checks from home, I feel, I have the ease of managing my accounts wherever, whenever and I love it! Every QCU Member needs to have this app... Or become a member and have instant, organized user friendly home banking. You'll be glad you did, for more reasons than you can count!!:-))
I'm sixteen and I started my bank account in Quincy credit union last month and I can say no bank is better. No charges on any withdraws of cash. Plus it's app is the jewel on top of all that. I can check my balance any time from anywhere I want. I can also transfer money with a touch on the screen at the comfort of my sit, if I'm sitting at the time😂. I'm Just surprised by the fact that I can't pay someone using the app because I'm under 18 otherwise you should Download the best bank app you'll ever see, I believe.
Being a current user of their mobile website, and coming from both BoA and Chase, I've been mobile banking since the first services on the first iPhone. And even before then i was using SMS banking. This app is more than i could have hoped for from such a small bank. I am very satisfied with it so far, and love the naive feel of it. Thank you so much!
Love Quincy credit union's never had a problem. Never have to call them or go to the bank, everything can be done right from my phone when I'm anywhere .. Love it!!!!
I wish offers automatically attached to the card instead of having to manually add them. I also would love QCU to accept Apple Pay. One last thing that would be great is a history when you do bill pay like there is on the desktop version.
This is great so much more easier than logging on through the computer. All options are here account viewing, transfers, ATM locater, bill payer! It's great hopefully it can stay up and running well!
The app works great only thing that won't work is letting me use I touch. Wondering if this happens to anyone else... I have I touch on other apps so I know it's working just not on this app

Of all the bank and credit card apps I've used before, this is one of the easiest and most logical. Clear and functional, QCU's app makes it a snap to do my banking.
I have 4 different bank apps on my iPad and iPhone, but the QCU app is definitely the best!!! I can check balances, transfer money, and pay bills on my iPhone anywhere, anytime ! Very intuitive design - easy to use!
The app takes forever to load, not just on my phone, my hubby's too. When I finally do get it to load it often freezes. Also, it would be great if I could see what's pending in my account.
This app has made my life much easier. I find it difficult to get on laptop or desk top w kids running around. Love the ability to find ATM that doesnt charge.
