The app crashes all the time when trying to make remote deposits. Something that should take 5 minutes winds up taking 15. I have deleted the app and re-downloaded it several times, and it still crashes. Extremely frustrating.
Downloaded the app thinking I could apply for an account like most banks and credit unions… WRONG ! Had to apply on their website which is NOT secure! After I applied I didn’t even get an “acknowledgement” email saying thank you for applying! No email! After 3 days of waiting for a response I had to call and find out they denied my application because I have freeze on credit bureaus and chexsystems 🤬 Really Quorum??? I would’ve been more than happy to lift the freeze had there been ANY communication at all !!! This bank’s sign up process is rude, dismissive, and a sense of entitlement! I applied with my local credit union down the street and got a phone call and email within an HOUR saying thank you !!! This credit union is NOT worthy of your business or money !!!
The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is it sometimes doesn't open right away or it's slow to open. Otherwise it's easy to use and manage outside of that
I have been using the Quorum FCU since 1972, long before it took on its current name, and after a series of awful experiences with banks. Quorum and its Staff have served my needs admirably, even although I feel the “personal-feeling” is less, now that Quorum serves more than one Company. Nevertheless, the Staff continues to be caring, kind and professional despite Quorum having increased its size and number of people served. Thank you for years of good service and please carry on keeping up your values and customer support.
this app is so fantastic it makes deposits so easy as I don't have to find a storefront location anymore I can deposit in seconds. All my banking information is a touch away. Absolutely love this app.
Best customer service, user friendly website. Love ease of transferring funds, paying bills, downloading statements. And mobile deposits—never had one problem.
Overall, I like the features of the mobile app for Quorum, but recently had too many incidents when the App crashed during the process of depositing a check. In addition, technical support was very poor.
Great app but it needs the option to manage two Accounts. I have a business and checking with quorum and have to keep Signing in and out to look at both

They are absolutely the best bank! The level of personalization is without a doubt A+ and are always so eager to help you! Oh and yes the app works great too!!!
App always requires you to have to delete and re-load. Almost isn’t worth having in the first place. When it works it’s great, but that’s few and far between.
This app is ok at best. You can check your balance and transfer funds. That’s about it. You can’t pay your credit card bill on it. I’ve stopped using it all together.
This is one of my fave apps because it's super convenient. However, with the latest version some of the buttons are hidden when I use my iPhone. I tried to transfer a payment to my checking reserve and when it asks for payment options the "submit" button is hidden so I can't complete the transaction. What the heck?
Guys, seriously, this app is great. Quit complaining, you other reviewers. Quorum is a small credit union and a great bank. I still use them as my primary bank even though I moved 400 miles away. It is a great thing that they have an app. I use it, it works, and that's all I need.
Earlier this year I called Quorum to ask if they had an App for online banking! And now it's here! App works great and meets my needs! I'm sure Quorum will satisfy every customers needs in they're future updates!
Not just this app, but everything about Quorum is excellent! All my banking, loans (home and auto), international banking, everything is through Quorum and I have never gotten anything but world-class service. As and more impressive is the fact that they always seem to be a step ahead of industry on leveraging technology to improve their customers' experience and account security. Couldn't be more happy with and proud of Quorum!
Clear, easy to use, and capable of most functions. Some services could be added to provide full functionality, however (e.g., online deposits). Overall, very satisfied.
Great app, works all the time for me. Quorum is the best credit union ever, much better than any banks I do business with. I love the quick deposit of checks on this app.
There is not an aspect of this app I don't like. I would consider myself a power user. I would suggest you learn how to use the app and practice its use.
