This app doesn’t do anything that the website doesn’t. It also looks the same. I’m 99% sure it is just loading their website and displaying that. But it is worse then the website because password managers can’t auto fill your login, and just like the website it doesn’t give you an option to remember you. So you have to manually login each time. I had hoped it would make it easier to view my account’s gains/losses on my phone. But it doesn’t. Deleting it and going back to using the website directly.
The app worked great until about 3 weeks ago…now each time you log in it goes to the time expired page and asks for you to log in again. Then you get stuck in this loop of constantly trying to log in with now success. Also, with all the technology available why can’t this app use face recognition like every other app?
Makes you sign in repeatedly after you sign in, can't search the app from the library, can't set it up to autofill or auto sign, difficult to find updated information when you need it, but thank goodness I saved one tree and cannot get the information that was on that piece of tree now.
I don’t know how they can let this app represent financial management companies that are striving to have a good reputation. The app works about one out of every 10 times. Usually I get a “session expired“ after just logging in I’m not able to view anything. They need to scrap it and store it over.
This app would be ranked much higher—4-5 stars—if it had the simple, seemingly common sense ability to display the total principle invested in a particular account. What knowledge could be more essential to investing than to see what you’ve put in, contrasted with total value of the investment account?
This app was great until did the update requiring more information for security. When you try and continue it goes nowhere and you can’t make wanted updates. WTH???
Once you get in, I keep getting session expired. How can it expire if I haven’t been logged in for even 10 seconds. ONE time I was ‘allowed’ 3 minutes before session expired. In those 3 minutes, I agree with many of the earlier reviews.
A forced update from the FSC app. However, the ‘updated’ app has many errors. Initial login fails, requiring second login. More errors that are too detailed to list. Overall, a disappointing experience
Each time you try to sign in the app it boots you out. That plus lacking user and password recognition makes the app outdated. How hard can it be to create a functional app. Not to mention you can’t do much analysis! Yikes!!!
Won’t let me give anything lower, wasn’t to bad before, but since new update requires you to login twice, stating time expired. Nothing you can’t do on the website. Horrible needs to be redone.
Nothing’s mentioned about a fee for the app…would have downloaded this if I knew it cost money as it’s readily available on the website! Deception and wrong!
