I spoke with a Mrs. Winters (I think) a few days ago about a situation that has been prolonged since October of 2019. She was extremely rude and not willing to work with me on any form of solution to the problem. I have made payments every single month since I bought my vehicle and for the most part all of my experiences have been handled professionally. This time however, my was experience was so bad that I will be looking into refinancing my vehicle for 2 reasons.... 1- so I can lower my payments 2- so I never have to deal with that particular service agent “manager” again.
Love being able to pay online and not over the phone. My last car I had, we did not get that option! Easy to read statements online. Only thing I would recommend is being able to save the card for future use so we don’t have to keep re-entering card information!
I’ve been paying this company for a few years now. For some reason the app isn’t working and when it was working, I was unable to make car payment. I would have to call and do a payment by phone. I don’t understand and I’m confused why the app isn’t working anymore. I would like to see my balance, and what do I have left to pay off since I changed it to paperless a few months back. If this continues, I would like to get the actual paper mailed to my address moving forward if this app is continuing to malfunction. Please and Thank you.
This app is the worst app possible. First You can’t save a payment method, you literally have to type your payment method into the system every single time you go to pay your bill, Then your payment due shows 0 owed/due up until your late which makes no sense, Lastly your payment system is the worst I’ve ever used!! It rejects my card/payment everytime and I literally have to go to the website just for it to take my payment 🤦🏻♀️save yourself some time and storage on your phone cause it’s not worth the hassle I’ll be deleting the app till it’s updated properly to take the payment correctly every time and they add in a payment saving feature!
Sometimes it connects to the server. Sometimes it doesn’t error when you connect to the payment screen. Sometimes it doesn’t error when you make a payment. Sometimes your able to make a payment on time with the app. Sometimes your able to get through on the phone tree. Most of the time by the time you get trough everything your paying a late fee. The app will never take your money until there is a late fee. Then they will call several times a day with a recorded message and a phone number that doesn’t have an option to talk to a live person.
The app doesn’t allow you to save a payment method so you have to put in your bank account / card info EVERY time you want to pay. (It doesn’t allow you to save it through the actual website either) It also will not show you the amount due. It just says $0 even though there is still an amount due. I called customer service because I was not sure if my first payments were actually going through and they said “sorry, it says $0 until the actual due date”. Overall very inconvenient system as a whole and lacks the necessary features that would keep it relevant and up to date.
Not a bad app overall. No issues so far using it and would recommend to anyone who uses RAC. Would like to suggest a few wishlist items though. 1) A way to save payment info as to not have to enter bank/debit card numbers every time I make a payment. 2) Make the app/website more iOS friendly. I can’t look at my monthly statements on the app itself or on Safari. Have to log in to my PC because it wants you to “download” each statement.
The app does not allow for you to see upcoming payments due. So for instance it will say current amount due when you first open the app. The amount listed would be $0 until the the payment is late than it will show you that there is a payment due. So it makes it very confusing to pay on time, which I believe is done purposely so the company can charge a late fee. Among other things there are no recent reviews for this app. All the reviews are over a year old, which is also very suspicious. Yeah I will definitely be refinancing ASAP
I love Regional Acceptance so much ! They are the best finance I’ve been with . I was at the dealership all day hoping I would get approved for a new car and they gave me a chance. I’m so greatful for them !Great customer service, resolve your issues every time . The app let you choose different payment days to set up and more . I highly recommend 🥰😍Love love love 🤗🤗🤗🤗
These people have been hired and trained with care, because every single contact we have had with them about our car loan had always resulted in great customer relations for us and I’m always impressed just he careful they are at helping to solve our problem. This application does not work correctly. I already expressed my opinion to one of your supervisor. I was receiving a different due amount on paper from the application. I paid what the application was asking for and I ended up with a late fee. Which the supervisor agreed to get rid off but I still see it in my application now. I can’t trust it. I can only use it to make my payments. I had actually requested to go paperless statement and I had to request a paper statement again. You should fix it. It should show you ahead of time what will be due and when like everyone’s else’s application. Thanks
I have made payments on app for years but new update app and Try to make a payment on app and either it rejects the card used immediately or it rejects it hours later saying invalid card. Call automated service and make the payment using same card and it goes through immediately. Tried to find a customer service number for them and it’s still an automated system no matter what numbers I’ve called. If the app acts up and there is no representative to speak to then this makes for a scary situation.
I’m happy that there is an app but, it could be more up to date! You have to enter in the password every time, you should be able to just open it. Most people have their phone locked for privacy. You have to enter in the CC number each transaction also! I think it should’ve been thought out more. Also, they should have the original loan amount visible as well, so you can see the balance change for each payment. Work on this app some more please!
I have had a loan with RAC for almost 5 years now and have añafil service through. For the app specifically, my statements stopped showing on the app in October 2022 and every time I call to get my statements I am told that they cannot fix this. Seems silly that I have 4 years worth of statements and now I can’t get them anymore? And you can’t update your address or phone number in the app, you have to call the hotline. RAC couldn’t care less about its customers, just the money they collect.
This app is trash. I called the company to get help with my user ID as the app had logged me out and would not recognize my user ID the company took my payment over the phone before saying they could help with the app then they confirmed that the user ID that I had been trying to use was correct. They told me to uninstall and reinstall the app and try again and then hung up on me. I uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and still cannot use the app to make payments.
I paid my car in full and was changed after it was already reported closed. I called their main line but nobody would talk to me because my account is closed already and they would have to transfer me to “recovery” to get my payment back. I get there and immediately gets hung up on every single time. I’ve called 7x in a row. Now the main line hangs up as soon as someone picks up. Absolutely disgusting company hiring a disgusting group of people. I’m so glad I’m done with them
Every since the app was updated I have not been able to make a single payment through the app using my card. It always says invalid card credentials. Which is incorrect. I have used the same card for the last couple of years no problem until they updated app. When u call the, contact us, you can never get ahold of an actual person. It is a automated system. What’s the use of having the app if you can’t make payments.
I’m new to the app. I had made two payments in January due to the inconvenience I find phone calls to make. I assumed the app will allow me to check my balance due regularly, since I am very forgetful. My app has shown me up to date with $0 due for my Feb 13th bill as recently as 5 days ago. Well today I check it and see I’m 2 days past due with my normal monthly payment. That’s very frustrating and unhelpful in for my need.
I would’ve given the app a five star but every time I put try to put my credit card number into the system it does not recognize you touching the space to provide the information. I usually have to continue to mess with it by exiting, hitting other buttons etc. Thanks,
Only thing about this app, is it doesn’t show you that you owe until days after your due date. We were told it was paid, and caught up, then it showed that we owed. Other than that it’s good!
With the update that came through made the entire darker and hard to see. Making the app very difficult to use. App was great before update. Needs to go back to the old version.
I absolutely love this app. Easy conviene and Love that you can view your history and make payment arrangements on line quick and easy! Definitely user friendly and will recommend to others!
As long as you contact them and let them know what’s going on they’ll do almost anything to work with you I can’t say enough about how great customer service they have!!
The only reason I wrote 5 starts is because it wound show if I write 1 start. Each time I tried to make a payment, the app is not working. Even after deleting the app and reloading it to my phone.
This app makes it so easy for a young adult like myself to keep track of statements and also make payments without any hassle. Multiple options to pay using my card or through my bank account are awesome. Great Job RAC Auto!
I’ve had RAC since 2018. They’ve helped me when I’ve needed the help. We all have rough times. I love their app. You don’t have to physically talk to anyone. You can just do it yourself. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
I had auto pay set up, did not miss a payment for 2 years, I receive a call my payment is 15 days late due to the fact that they have it set up to expire which they fail to tell you, and then charge me a late fee even though I paid immediately over the phone when I received the call.. and now, have to have a form sent to me sign it and send back.. you ever hear of convenience???
Maybe when you have a customer call to ask questions you have a real person to answe the phone so that I can ask questions that I have instead of making my life difficult
Very easy and convenient way to pay your bill. I love that it even gives you the option to pay via your debit card so the transaction comes out right away with no delays.

Loan was sold to this bank in November. They charged a double payment at the first of the year, at holidays. I log in at the end of January for the Feb payment, has $0.00 due. Take screenshot, log back in on the 4th of Feb and have a payment due on February 1, for a dollar less then my normal payment, listed below the payment due last week that was 0 the day before. This shouldn’t be difficult to calculate a monthly payment...
Very pleased with this company, if you have a problem making payment on time, just keep in contact with them and they will work with you. Very pleased with them.
The app is fine enough. It’s ridiculous that they don’t show you what you owe until the due date. I’ve never seen this logic used for any of my bills. It’s like they want you to fall behind so they can get more money out of you. I’ll be so happy when my loan is paid in full and I can delete this app! Also, it’s impossible to get a response back from a person.
App is okay wish it would save payment data so I don’t have to put it in ever month. Also no option to make an early payment have to wait for due date. Dumb
This is the worst company in the world to get an auto loan from. They take advantage of their customers with underhand schemes so you pay quit more than you should be paying. And when you try to discuss this with them, you get nowhere with them. If you miss a payment or ask for and extension payment you get so penalized with extras interest and penalties. One of the most crooked companies out there.
Logged in to make payment on iPhone, words are so tiny and jumbled up even with glasses I was unable to make it out. You need to fix this app ASAP worst app I have ever used

I bought my car in 2018. I’ve never been able to get a hold of a actual HUMAN BEING. I with get hung up on or sit on hold for hours, I received a letter saying my account is behind.. it is . I’d like to solve this problem and speak with a human.

This app is great fundamentally I can pay my bill just fine , the only thing I wish was an option is to have my card information saved like the banking info is .
Works well. For some reason it always shows I do not have a balance due 🤷🏻♂️ I just pay anyway cause I know there is. Maybe the last update fixed that. We’ll see
First time in 3 years past due on one F month. they would call you harassed you all day when you promised a payment. Not also that they asked if they can call your employer, i said no and they would just do it without carrying. If i had funds go take care of this loan i would 100 million times. if i ever get a loan and is with them i would prefer not have it. watch out and don’t take loans from this company. annoyed
This app is overall a good basic app. However it could be better. For starters, it would to nice to see how much is due monthly without having to receive the paper bill first. Half the time I don’t open the mail.
Why all of a sudden is the app showing in what I can I can only describe as “Dark Mode” with no way to change it back? On top of this, certain screens have both black lettering and a black background. Can’t exactly see anything with that setup. This should be fixed rather quickly.
