1. After viewing an item and when I try to get back to the search page, if I slide the screen to the right it gets me back to the main menu! After viewing an item I have every time to click on the arrow up left so I can get back to the search page. 2. Taking a screenshot makes a banner show up on the upper screen, the banner stays there for a while! If I want to get back to the search page I have to wait till this banner is gone because this banner covers the back arrow, which is the only way to get back to the search page. 3. Notifications: though I permitted getting notifications from the app settings and on my iPhone settings, still I don’t get notifications from the app. I wish I could get notifications whenever there’s a sale, a price drop on an item I liked& new arrivals. 4. I’m not sure if sorting items by new arrivals (so I can see if there are any new items that I didn’t see yet) gives the right order of the items by date of release.. sometimes I see items that have been available for a month and below it you can find a new item. 5. I wish there would be more tools to find the right size for each item individually, specifically for each item& not a general irrelevant table for size. Size is an essential matter.

Trying to exchange and return items should not take an hour and a half. The person that I was “ chatting“ with did a relatively good job. I had a few items to exchange for smaller sizes and to return one item and I spent time online doing all the information and then I could not finalize the process. That was on a Friday early evening. I decided to wait until the next day to use the chat option. Return label then was sent to my work email instead of my personal email . That’s another issue. How did they get my work email . When I look online on the Ralph Lauren website, it has my personal email. How embarrassing to have people in my office that review emails for me find out what I’m buying my wife and what I’m returning for my wife. I tried to get this fixed three months ago. I was told it would be sent up to a higher level because the person I was talking to then could not understand why this was happening. I’ve been told the same thing this time. The person I’m chatting with said the return envelope was sent to my work email instead of my personal email, yet he was not able to fix the situation to remove my work email from Ralph Lauren database. Expected more from Ralph Lauren. I’ve been buying quality clothes for my whole family from their website is having issues I wish they would fix
I need a clothing app to allow me to input my sizing details. I can't name a single app that allows this. This is a missed opportunity. It is needlessly frustrating to click on an item, only to see it is not available in my size.(Or the trousers are in my size and preferred color, but the jacket is not.) This is a serious waste of time. Also, it is quite annoying, when searching for a suit, to have no option to purchase the pieces together. I understand they are separate items. However, when I am searching the "Suits and Tuxedos" section, the assumption is that I want to see both—another waste of time. Finally, when searching for items that are matched, e.g., a suit, leaving the jacket's page to look for the trousers results in me losing the page where I was viewing the jacket. There needs to be a 'Back' button or an 'Add to Wish List' button. Currently, it seems my only option would be to add it to my cart. These impressions were based on just ten minutes using the app. I'll just go to the store. This is not the place to search for a suit or tuxedo.
Have purchased several pieces recently online with success on sizing following the measurements provided for each piece. I had to send back one pair of pants that clearly did not meet the measurement description. But overall the experience has been perfect. I love the images, and the quality of the garments have not disappointed me. I also love that I can save in a wish list not limited to just a few things. It’s a great way to collect thoughts even if I purchase isn’t possible at the moment. my only recommendation would be to measure garments readily, especially from the waist down, to ensure the best fitting possible in an online experience.
Ralph Lauren is one of my favorite brands. I love the style and quality of most of the items and have made many purchases over many years. However, the RL App and the website are very disappointing. The website moves really slow with loading pages while scrolling and when scrolling thru the app, a lot of times it gets to a certain point and it stops showing the full list of items and continuously shows the same items forcing you to navigate away from the section or list you were viewing. These issues create frustration pushing me away from shopping and ultimately resulting in not making a purchase due to not being able to see all available items in a user friendly way. I would like to see some of the RL quality dedicated to the app and website by way of an upgrade and increased performance for a better user experience. I will continue to support the RL brand, but the amount of purchases made will definitely depend on the performance of the app. Thanks. Chris S. OKC, OK
It would be wrong very wrong for me to leave a comment only because I’ve been rocking POLO for so long that I feel like I’m the designer but what I will tell you and don’t just take my word do your homework and try anything from Ralph Lauren collection and I mean anything and you will see the quality that has been put forward to make it the brand it is and has become today I think we’ll I know the only thing MR Ralph Lauren is doing wrong is not letting me be a model for the brand but if you like quality and looks you’re at the right spot happy shopping
One of my friends recommended I check out the RL app as I shop here all the time, and I couldn’t be happier! I never knew how much easier it would be to shop from my phone and have everything in one place. I don’t internet shop often, but figured I should give it a shot. The app is so easy to use even I can figure it out! The ability to sort by size, prices, gender, style, are all at my fingertips. The layout of the app is great and is very user friendly. 10/10 would recommend if you’re a Ralph Lauren fan!!
I have worn Ralph Lauren for most of my life. The brand has everything from formal to western and everything in between. The customer service is outstanding. If there’s one complaint it’s this……the APP doesn’t allow you to save to your wish list due to a bug. I know it’s a bug because the option is there for you to add. I’ve tried on several devices just to be sure. However, it didn’t warrant me from giving it 5 stars!
I don’t understand why the precise fabric content is not listed in the details of each item. I notice, especially in the case of sweatshirts, several items vaguely list the fabric as cotton, polyester. There’s a huge difference in fabric between one with an 85/15 cotton poly content and one with a 50/50 cotton poly content. It doesn’t hurt to add the fabric content unless you are trying to hide information for the purpose of tricking customers into buying something with a higher polyester count (read fabric pilling). It doesn’t hurt to include those numbers but it is an issue if you don’t include them.
If there are app or website glitch’s with any given company, I abandon and won’t use! I am happy the RL ap is smooth and efficient since RL is and has been one of my “go-to” top brands for decades! I am pleased! Thank you. Of late, I’ve been very pleased when I have even had to speak to customer service. Operations are have been nice lately. It doesn’t take much to stay a cut above. Customer loves the horse logo and many of the designs that doesn’t have the logo makes the sales go down and less value of the brand. Smart shoppers know that Polo is overpriced in the factory store so if you want to increase sales market. You should consider doing more sales or add value to the product because majority of shoppers will never buy non sale items. Especially in the mall factory shop.
I raised my 4 sons wearing Polo, they are now grown and well over the age of 24. Now I am purchasing Polo for my neighbors son who is 4 months old and my friends grandson who is 3 months old. I am a tad disappoint with Polo though being that I purchase the Polo collarless shirts from you all and holes formed in them. I have a son who stay with me who is Autistic that I still buy for and I also purchased for myself and my friend and the same thing happened with our shirt It seems that the material quality has lessened in weight and quality. I contacted customer service concerning the matter and was told I would receive a email , however I never received it , that was 4 months ago. I had no idea that you could design your own shirts! That, combined with the sales that you send to me via email are fantastic! I never knew when you were having sales before I signed up for your emails. I have my Dad to thank for his great sense of style. I used to get him unique RL shirts for every occasion throughout the year. His nickname at his residence was Mr Polo! He was the most suave and charismatic guy in the building 🥰
The app used to have a lot of bugs, but with the recent updates I don’t see that issue anymore. I really appreciate how clean and smooth the app is, not many clothing apps can compare to RL. I hope they bring back some clothing items that they’ve gone out of stock of, specifically this brown sweater that I’ve been waiting for a year. Overall, amazing app!
I chose this vintage summer polo shirt in soft, muted turquoise with “wild flowers” in beige and coral-pink shades. My husband is Italian-American so he’s masculine (and slightly macho-enough) to wear this polo. At first glance, I assumed it was silk, which is hot and can cling in hot, humid climates. Happily, it’s all cotton-mesh like solid colored modern day Polos, which he loves for comfort and style. This will be an anniversary gift on June 7 (‘24) and a celebration of a certain stock, which will split 10-1, on that day. Bon-in-Bama
I used to just go to the regular website but the app just makes it really convenient to shop. It’s well designed. I like how the app will notify you if something you placed in the cart has gone on sale. Truly helpful and well designed. I’m not particularly tech savvy but it feels much easier to use than other store apps I’ve tried.
As a customer of Polo for years this is a very disappointing app. Things that are supposed to be on sale are not allowed, app moves extremely slow and buggy, and items that are supposed to be avalanche are constantly being removed from my cart. There is no ability to live chat even when the hours are available and honestly just very sad. I expect better from a brand like this, I’m exhausted of things not working and exhausted of being told no. A sad excuse for customer service and serving the customer I hope they do better in the future. Very disappointed.
I love all the clothes from Ralph Lauren and I buy them as my budget allow it however customers like me and anybody else will enjoy promotions or at least coupons for our purchases, your product is in the best quality and thats the reason we buy it but an incentive would not hurt anybody, I hope management LISTEN thank you
I love shopping on the app but, since the changes to the website, and they are no longer the Ralph Lauren app to see what’s new before it comes out, I don’t have the option of knowing what’s new anymore. I have to wait until everything is on the app and most times the new items are sold out . I do prefer the old way. It was much better. Do hope you will try to incorporate an app so customers can see what’s coming out before it drops.
While shopping on the App for my favorite RL shorts, I noticed how efficient the shopping experience has become. I know what I want/need before I open the App and search/find/purchase what I want quickly/easily. Moreover, the suggestions offered prior to check out often end up in my favorites folder for possible future consideration.
Love RL and shop often. And the app is much improved from a few years ago. However, sometimes for no apparent reason the app will say it’s unable to process on a certain card. This last order refused to accept ApplePay, a second credit card but then took a third. All cards are in good standing, so I’m not sure of the issue and it doesn’t give one. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I have been shopping for as long as I can remember and have never been disappointed… neither have the recipients in my family and my friends. Not only do I love Ralph Lauren but when the people I love most see the signature box they always have a smile before actually seeing what’s in the Box… Thank you for that!
I usually shop from Ralph Lauren’s online store using the Gmail sign in option. When I discovered that there was an RL app for more convenient shopping I decided to download it. However, there is no option to sign in using my Google account info, and I don’t want to go through the hassle of creating a brand new RL account to shop and explore. Will there be an app update that allows for additional log in options as it is on the website?
It would be great if profiles could be combined. Now I have 2 profiles, one for the app and one for email. The app is easier but, historical data, i.e. wishlists, sizes, must be redone. If not, flipping between profiles or previous email confirmations to avoid purchasing duplicates. It also would not face recognition or allow me in the app. I had to log in manually (gmail) because it wanted to charge me shipping.
The RL app is by far the easiest method for shopping as compared to other high end brands. Clear, photo oriented with and without models; descriptions detail everything a customer wants to know in making purchase decisions. I particularly rave about the item as compared to the model wearing the item. Check out is smooth and simple.
Apps should be intuitive. Navigation forward and back. Moving items from a wishlist to cart and back to the wishlist should not be frustrating. Ralph Lauren has this figured out. A better zoom option would be great for looking at details of items.

I appreciate being able to experience the entire world of Ralph Lauren through the app, including browsing the latest products and also watch items that are of particular interest. I do find that the app can go AWOL at times where it brings back blank displays and nothing but a close and restart is required.
This app is user friendly and allows for a quick shopping experience. I docked one star because it will once in a while log me out and that requires too many extra steps. It also sometimes crashes. Overall I use it often and haven’t had any issues with payments, items or delivery.
I‘ve been purchasing clothes for my grands for the pass 8 years for one and seven years for the other. The clothes are so well made that I passed some of my grand daughter’s down to one of my peers grand daughter. She sent me a picture with her in one of the dresses. The dress looked brand new. Thanks Ralph for keeping my grands in style with quality clothing.
I tend to buy only Double RL, I highly recommend it. Shame I missed on the limited-mini indigo workshirt hope it comes back on the app. I will definitely review the limited edition jacket that I got today hopefully it will fit since the limited editions don’t have complete measurements. Regardless I will always recommend RRL.
I was only interested in sale merchandise this time. There was so much to see and choose from. Shopping was extremely easy, maybe too easy! The minimum amount for free delivery was reached before I knew it. I’m excited to receive my package in less than a week.
Ordering and browsing simple as could be, makes life easier. The previous glitches where it would charge your card twice at checkout seems to be fixed since it hasn’t happened in a while
Ralph Lauren is my go to brand. I buy RL or POLO for myself, my husband, my son, grandchildren, and now my daughter-in-law wants to be included in buying her this brand. It’s dependable, fits well, always in fashion, and reasonable for the quality. I just bought my granddaughter the most gorgeous dress and jacket for her birthday! Plus, I can customize if I need to! I’m a loyal customer of Ralph Lauren/Polo!

I downloaded this app to get the perks associated with signing up for an account..free shipping, gift boxes etc. Still have not received any boxes..ever..without paying. After contacting customer service (on the app..twice..was even asked for screenshots and provided them )was told if anything pay for them and call customer service for a refund. Or to check out by calling customer service. Don’t bother frustrating yourself with the app ..it’s pointless if you have to call customer service anyway to order properly.
Love the sureness of ordering the correct size within each line of the Ralph Lauren family of clothing designs. The app makes it easy to filter searches to find what I’m looking for, has videos of most clothing items with models, and lets me save as favorites items that I’m considering.
The app is real buggy. I hadn’t signed in until I already had everything in my cart, only to have everything wiped from my acct once I signed in & had to search for all my items again. Then paypal wasn’t working. Always ordered through PayPal. Then when I tried to do it off the app and through their website; it wanted to charge for gift boxes which are free through the app. Nonetheless a frustrating experience. But overall I love polo.

I really enjoy the Ralph Lauren app. It’s very customer friendly and the design and flow have been well fed out. It is easy to shop and find those items that I am looking for. I appreciate the technical behind-the-scenes formatting and UI application development.
Cannot checkout with either Apple Pay or PayPal. I emailed customer service and received a condescending response. A few days after discovering the issue, it still exists. Luckily, I was able to checkout by manually entering my card info. Great site otherwise. Love RL!
I use the Ralph Lauren app often and it is easy to navigate, has great product graphics, and check out is easy. This is how I want all retail apps to work, make it easy to find what I want and make it easy to spend my money.

One of the better apps in terms of providing segmented/target content so that I don’t have to waste time wading through what wouldn’t interest me. The look and feel is very rich and does a much better job of reflecting diverse demographics than peer brands.
An easy way to look for an item or research a particular product is through the RL app. Quick results and easy check out. Check availability to pick up or ship purchases can easily be done on the app. The best RL shopping tool.

Visually the app looks amazing. Great functionality. My only problem is that sometimes when looking at the photos of clothing the model sometimes never comes out to display the clothing. Love the looks and stories in the app with a classic Ralph touch.

The filter is a bit finicky for finding exactly what you want. Was looking for some Oxford plaid classic fit shirts and it only brought up 2 in short sleeve but skimming through the men’s section I could find others. Other than that, layout is simple and does the job.
