Fantastic. Does what it says and low cost!
This feature comes in super handy if you usually get paid biweekly. You won’t get the full amount of money for the hours you work but it seems like it is a percentage of it. It definitely comes in handy the mid week after payday cause we all know how most of us go broke a few days after getting paid. Although I am paid biweekly, I consider myself getting paid weekly due to this program/app. As long as you have hours in at work and the next day it registers on the app, you can take out money. Just remember that whatever you take out does come out of your final check. The fee for withdrawing is crazy good as in $1 per transaction. I think it is different for how you withdrawal but if you link your debit card to it it is only a buck. If you’re short on cash for whatever reason, take a withdrawal out, pay the $1 fee, and the money comes instant! Glad my job has this program.

I’ve used this card now for 4 yrs. now. The online app has improved. I lost my card recently and tried to order one from the app which it advises you to do. I went through all the steps and it didn’t work for me. Ended up having to call customer service which was helpful I thought. After paying for rapid return and no card in the mail, I called back into customer service. The lady I spoke to verified my current address with me and advised me if I hadn’t received it by the end of the day to call back and they would issue and send out a new one a few days later still no card called back to Customer Service. This time I was made aware that my card had been delivered. Only it was to my old address. Apparently when I change the address on my account. That didn’t change the mailing address on my account. Long story short the first agent I spoke to should have told me the first card had been delivered and verified both physical and mailing address if they had of, I wouldn’t had to wait so long for my card. It took me about two weeks to receive it after paying for 1 to 2 day delivery. It really put me in a spot seeing as how my paycheck went on this card. I didn’t have a bank account. At the time, but I do now! Never have all your eggs in one basket! That’s my complaint. Don’t know if that will help anything but have a good day

Why I am giving such a low star rate, and the reason I was so unhappy with this bank
I am very unhappy with this card, and the reason being I was overcharged at the gas station. I immediately brought it to the gas station and the banks attention.. I gave them all of the details that they asked for did all of the footwork that was required of me called multiple times. I was reassured that I would be reimbursed my money time and time again after multiple phone calls and several months of passing I still have been reimbursed for my money, it’s basically like they did nothing other than charge my card twice and lie to me and not reimburse my money. As a single mom, who’s raising children on her own, due to the fact that my husband passed away every dollar is extremely important to me, and I feel like I was taken complete advantage of at its time when I was most vulnerable and needed every dollar so I am sad to say I am not very happy and do not recommend this card. I would like to stay up until this issue that I had I never had any other issues with the card but the fact that they did not reimburse my money is a major issue for me, and enough to be a dealbreaker, I was very unhappy and don’t feel like anything was done to give me any Aleutian to the problem

$0.50 fee for declining a charge?
I was at the checkout and thought that I had plenty to cover my purchase. It didn’t go through so I thought maybe I just swiped it wrong because it did not say it was declined, it said something like “card error.” It didn’t work again but this time it said declined so I checked my balance and for each time it was declined and without even covering my purchase, I was charged $0.50. I know it’s my fault for not checking my balance first but this is the only prepaid card I’ve ever had that charges a fee for being declined. I really REALLY wish the organization that distributes my payment with this card would’ve found a better card issuer. I understand the company has to keep their lights on but come on! GreenDot has always been a last resort for me when it comes to reloadable prepaid cards because of their predatory, garbage fees. Do better. The people who use these cards often have no choice. However, as a company, RapidPay has a choice. It’s unfortunate that they choose to take advantage of their customers’ circumstances with these predatory fees and loopholes. As for the app itself, it is very functional and thorough.

Cancellation of a transaction
They had lied to me about a cancellation of a transaction an employee said he cancelled the transaction and said it’s goin to take 1 business day for the transfer to be cancelled and the funds will load back up in the card, so I waited a whole business day and no money was loaded into my card so I called again and a different employee answered and it was a female employee named Amy and she told me that there was no cancellation of an transaction . Once she told me that I was upset and mad the male employee told me he canceled the Transaction but didn’t do it so Amy filed a cancellation report and said it’s goin to take 1 business day so I waited again for 1 business day to pass on . Once it hits a full business day there was no money in my card again so now I can’t believe that the employees were lying to me . Saying it’s goin to take 1 business day I wait for 2 days in a row for my money to load on the card and I call again and they said it’s goin to take another business day for the funds load back in their so I hope the funds are transferred back to the card and I want to have this funds loaded back into my account of the card . An if I don’t imma sue y’all .

Works great for me
I’ve been using this app and card for over a year now and have had minimal issues. They have safety guards so if I try to use my card on a sketchy site it’ll shut the transaction down before purchasing which I appreciate bc it’s an extra measure for security. I can also take this card with me when I move jobs so I don’t have to get a whole new card or company. The only downside I’ve noticed and this has been since they updated is the fact my balance doesn’t update as quick as it used to. Now I’ll have to go into the app click into details then back out before my balance will update. Besides that I’ve had a wonderful experience

Absolutely Horrible
My card was hacked. Called, they said they would cancel my card. 10 different transaction went through after canceling the card. I still get pop-up that the old card is being used?!? How? new card arrives, try to set it up/activation. Nothing would work correctly, was locked out of everything. Called spent nearly two hours on the phone to fix the issues. had then down load 4 pages to fill out to dispute the charges. 6 days later i’m still locked out of my account. called again. Rep claims she unlocked the account. Nope still not working, i faxed the dispute forms and can only hope there get there the appropriate person to handle this situation! The rep tonite sounded like she was home and can he people in the back ground. i ask how secure is our data if employees can work from home and have anyone around and or listening to the conversation and or watching what the rep is doing! this is probably how my card was hacked in the first place. I just want access to my account and my money back that was stolen! Thanks Concerned customer/cardholder!

Alright but not trustworthy and not reliable when I counted on your services
Most of the time I'm grateful to be able to pull money out from my check a little early ... but frankly I've had issues with your service a LOt lately and I'll never put myself in a position like that because I trusted I would be able to use it when I really needed it but your app wouldn't fail my request for on demand pay and then my corporation has to send me my money your app wouldn't succeed in giving me or failing so my money was in limbo for two weeks because your company couldn't help me or fix it and it's happened multiple times. Last week I was late in my rent because I put trust in your system and was let down. So I no longer will rely on your app and use it with discretion. I'm thankful when the all works smoothly though. You should warn people on holidays it seems your app has problems because that's basically been when I have issues and also randomly last weekend. Have a good day to who reads this. -Amber

Horrible experience
I’m not sure why they say it’s easier on the app when you can’t handle do anything but look. I would give this 0stars but you can’t. My whole ordeal with this card has been horrible. If I try to transfer money through anything to that card it takes about 2 weeks for it to be on the card. I requested a transfer from the card to my bank and I got it 2 weeks later and wasn’t sure where that money came from until I thought about it. And direct deposit setup DOES NOT work every time I set it up I’d still have to wait the whole weekend without my pay check until Monday bc I get paid Fridays. I’ve called the customer service number but they don’t help nor to they know what they are doing and the phone call is always delayed and some of them are rude like they are wasting their time. We can reload the card through western union and I did that over a week ago and on the site WU it says 1-2 days to complete and it’s a week later and on my acct on WU it says complete. My temp agency has taken care of it.

Lost over $500
Lost over $500+ and they didn’t do anything. At one point they purposely ignored what we were saying even when they heard us. The amount of times we had to call and ask about the case we were denied the reason onto why we couldn’t get help since I had things to pay and nothing. They never gave me a reason why I was denied help for money that was stolen from me. Let it be noted that I had my card with me at all times and no one knew my pin and yet someone deposited over $500 a couple of hours after I got paid. Which is a weird coincidence. Not only that but the behavior of the helpers was also rude and unhelpful. That includes hanging up and pretending that they couldn’t hear me. Both my brother and I tried to call them again and still we had through through a couple of multiple people who repeated the same things over and over again. In short I would not recommend using this. At all. I had to reopen my case and it’s been ongoing for months.

Always a problem
I always have a problem with this card. I tried paying a ticket once and I could not for some odd reason I did have enough funds, when I called to ask why I couldn’t the guy kept on asking “is your address correct where you are trying to pay at your convenience store or gas station” i don’t know what I’m address had to do with that because I was at a court house trying to pay a ticket. This next big problem I had funds transferred into my account and they are not there I called to ask them where my funds are if it’s taking a while to process they told me they didn’t receive any (I know for a fact funds were transferred at 6am) then said it may take a while for them to get to your account. I have waited an hour like she told me and my funds are still not there. I honestly would never recommend this bank never ever in a million years because it’s always a problem when you is this card.

Scam
I’ve had this card for some months now and when I add my money I work for to it I usually get it the same day but if I leave it over night on the card as I did twice I’ve been robbed. I made it aware to the company both times and the first dispute I found out months after(from me asking) that it was denied and closed. The second time I basically just yelled and argued with the person I spoke to cause he didn’t like my opinion of the card and company calling them scammers and thieves. When I ask to speak to a supervisor I got questioned why and when I gave my answer the person told me I would have the call disconnected is I kept yelling at them and then if I asked for their supervisor again. Like what? I should be able to speak to someone else, including the higher up. Now I’m scared to even use this card again when the new and “improved” comes in. I honestly hope no one else goes through what I have.

Terrible Replacement App
The Rapid!access app had the option to pay with debit card to private individual and there was also the option to transfer to Chime or other platforms! In this version you have only the option to pay companies or with a check which will take 2-5 days to receive. This is very inconvenient for those who transfer payments to private individuals for things such as mortgage payments. Also how do you transfer from savings to checking? I will be canceling my account as soon as I can figure out how to retrieve my savings! So far this has been the most inconvenient app I’ve ever used.

I dont recommend this bank
The reason why is because someone stole my physical bank card went to rite aid an spent 300 off my card and I called the police made a police report and the officer seen a guy on camera using my card multiple times in one night and your company told me to write a claims report so I did and I faxed it to your company from my local library and when I called the next day to confirm if the paper work went through you guys said you never received the paper work and I know for a fact that you guys received it because I sent it twice than you guys told me it’s been more than 10 days and it’s to late now I have to wait 90 days to get my money (if I ever even get it back) I was so disappointed my job referred me to this bank and I will never choose to bank with this company anymore and I do not recommend you guys need to come up with a better solution for people

A fee of $.75 ?????
Just noticed I have been getting charged .75 for “attempting” to withdraw cash at an ATM and asking for more than what is in my account. Not getting the cash…because of insufficient funds, but trying to get $60 out when only $40 was available. So put the card back in thinking I should have $40… another insufficient funds message. If you are not actually getting the transaction to process there is no reason to assess a fee, well the is one reason: GREED!! So $1.50 from me and how many other $.75 charges went to hundreds of people. Let’s just say 500 people. That would be $375 they are making for sending a message on an ATM to “customers”. And 500 is probably way low. Would not be suprise me if the number was more than 10,000. Come on man!!! E Dddd

Cannot add card. Customer service isn’t
Cannot add card in app. Somewhere in their system is a mismatch of information. Missing information cannot be updated in the app. Can update the website but it does not translate to the app. And in the end I still can’t add the card on the website either. Customer service idea of “fixing” the problem is to wait 24-48 for everything to update. 2 weeks later we still have the same problem. I didn’t ask for this card it was pushed on me. Fine. But because it app does not work it is an inconvenience. “Supervisor” did not know the difference between logging into account and viewing card info in account. Kept trying to make me reset password. Asked for another supervisor and was transferred back to the same rep who transferred me to the “supervisor”. Neither of them seem to have any clue about an IT department.

Disappointed
Will have issues accessing funds and when you try to call you will get an operator who can’t speak English that will not awnser your quistions all they can say is sorry updating system had this happen several times what happened to sending email or letter when company’s where shutting down or updating to let the customers know they won’t be able to access there account very inconsiderate and unprofessional I’ve had thousands upon thousands loaded to my account Over past couple years and this is 5th time I’ve had similar experiences they just lost me as a customer tellers should be speaking proper English and fully under it and should be sending notifications when having system issues very disappointed

I would give them a better again they would fix the message that you sent reason I’m running the transactions that went. I was billed double, and you guys have not returned my money yet. I also paid for a card to be customized when I first got the card from you guys in 2020 and still have not received the card that I paid for that I customized! if my school wasn’t using you guys, I would switch to someone else. Volatile timing & careless staff
I have been using Rapid! for a few months now. The business model is in the name; “rapid” yet their services are anything but. You can never count on your money being available at 10am when they claim it will be. Could be earlier, most of the time it’s much later. Especially on the weekends. Sometimes money won’t be available until 3pm or later. The level of unprofessionalism with the customer service is insane. They do not care about you or you needing your money. The service is nice in a pinch but you can’t rely on it being available when you need it. 2/5 stars because the service is very helpful when it does work on time.

Worst Account Ever
The Rapid Pay account is so useless. I tried to set up my account but it wouldn’t activate online so I had to call the number and activate my card. No problem I tried to call and see why it would not allow me to set up online access but when I questioned it the representative would say I’m not able to see why you can’t set it up you must be entering something wrong, and I couldn’t get what information I was entering wrong or they would hang up on me when I would ask what information was wrong! This was back in December. Now I’m constantly getting locked out of my card, they don’t have it so I can set up my bank account to transfer funds to my bank and the customer service is horrible so I don’t want to call! Don’t waste your time with Rapid or any of their affiliated companies. Green dot I’m talking about you.

Beyond Satisfied
I first used RapidFS in 2017 after starting a new contract in a new city. It was an easy and inexpensive way for my employer to pay me, and transferring the funds to my account was a snap. Once I started using the RapidFS app I realized I didn’t need the other bank account. The re-brand to RapidPay and the RapidPay app only made things better. The InGo integration rocks but the custom card feature is my favorite. I’ve only had to call customer service twice because of fraud alerts that turned out to be me. Both reps I spoke to were incredibly polite, helpful and fixed the issue quick.

Had worst experience ever with banking organization rapid basically called me a liar and thief by way I’m professional that has put thousands on this card in over year Someone made duplicate card and took 240 dollars from me I reported even did written letter and changed cards RAPID denied saying not enough evidence Wow insurance surely cover 240 dollars not to mention you questioned my character as customer RAPID also use reps unfortunately that English understanding and expressing is difficult for customer to follow . Which also reps are not good resolution or listening skills worst service I ever encountered

Would be five stars but
I like having the app on my phone and it would get a five star rating from me except for the fact that unless you give it a review, the message keeps popping up every time you change your screen. So if you look at your current balance, and then go to your latest charges, and come back you have that pop up screen one more time. I cannot express to you how it’s extremely irritating that is. You fix that one item, and I would change my reading to a five star rating.

Don’t file a report
I was never told information when I wanted to dispute a charge and the support personnel was very unprofessional leaving information out leaving me having to constantly call and check in my case having not being contacted in two months about my case and then when contacted proved me with no help and hearing the line your case is being investigated and when told I would receive a credit after 20 day and that I didn’t need to send in any information i then ended contact them and asking to help their investigation would they like the police report that comment was ignored and after being contacted again was given a rude representative who claim that I was given this information when I didn’t even receive a case number so plsss never received you money on this app

Bad Service!!!
I first got my RapidPay card from my first job everything went by smoothly. They let you see the amount of taxes that’s been taken out but then I got another job and decided to get another card and I tried to add my second card onto the account and it would not work at all. It continuously said I put in the wrong information when I knew everything was right and tripled checked I was tired of having a long phone call process of seeing the amount of money I had on my card so I decided to delete my account and try to create another one. Your account gets temporary locked when you delete it so I decided to wait for a while, but nothing works with that account at all. And then, when you try to call the services to help you. No advice and say they can’t help.

Time cards not accurate and doesn’t adjust for raises
The app is constantly 2 to 3 days behind on hours worked and often doesn’t show you the full half of your pay that should be available.I’ve also had problems with punch time accuracy. The app needs serious work. It also doesn’t adjust itself when you get a raise.I’m thankful that Harbor Freight Tools given us this resource tool to use if we need to but I feel like just like with the rest of the company, the hardware to software compatibility isn’t what it should be. We’re either running new software on dinosaur hardware or machines that were around at the time of the dinosaur, (or as in this app), we are running terribly undeveloped software across multiple operating systems.

Really poor app
This app has never worked for over a year I’ve worked at Harbor Freight Tools. My work hours have never been reported correctly so I am always allowed only a very small portion of my paycheck. Two times I spent quite a while on the phone explaining the situation to two different representatives and I was promised the issue would be resolved and it never was and I was never contacted again even though I was promised both would happen. My manager looked into it and had no way to fix it so it needed to be fixed by the people running this app. It has been extremely disappointing not getting any help and I hope it will be resolved in the future for other employees just trying to receive the 50% of their hard earned money as promised by this app.

Quick summary Racism and just normal rating it what has my rating at 3. CS for racism. And normal rating. Im not gonna give something 5 stars unless its at bare minimum great Well by today’s standards id put 3-4 stars. But out of mine its like 1.2. Its not bad just. Not much I wanna give it 2. But because only. They have cheap customer service. I mean for them. As in its the people you neverr want a call from em hellu. I am wit repid bay. Haaw ken uih hellph yu? If you call you understand. Anyways thats the racism One of the stars off. Cuz its pretty. Im not gonna give something 5 stars just cuz. And the other star off. Cuz every now and then i randomly get 1$ cuts off what i have in rapid. Like monday i got 4 separate random. ‘Money Transfer Debit AFT Advice. Oh. So im just Having some random person get 1$ transfers randomly. Oh. Some random person knows my number and oh. I know exactly the person it is So basically this is a 4 star review but. Disappointed
I am very disappointed with this service. The Website says that you can get paid up to half of what you make. The first several months that our company had this app, I set it up and months went by and no money was loaded. I called multiple times to get help but no one was helpful. Finally, I saw money go in but it was like $100 which is a far cry from half of what I make. The amount went up some but still terrible. I wish our company would go back to paying every other week.

Communication
The intent for this program is good when bills arise in between your pay period, however posts are delayed and when you call to resolve the information showing, you’re on hold for an extensive amount of time (currently over 45 minutes on hold trying to get to a supervisor/lead). “Customer service” is definitely lacking because they will disconnect you multiple times requiring you to call back and go through the long prompts once again with NO resolve! The “agents” are very difficult to understand as English is not their primary language so the need to get a full understanding for the money you worked hard for will cause an “unpleasant” experience, and that’s me being nice about it!

Doesn’t work
This is my second time submitting a review, BEWARE of this app, I did not do my research before signing up through this, my company advertised it so I figured it was good but NO! I have been trying for two days to do cash pickup in store, the first time the register said it could not validate the transaction, this morning I got hold of a representative who told me in order to cancel the transaction I had to call my Human Resource department , of which they have no knowledge, we did a 3 way call and they never picked up was on hold for 1 hour and 40 minutes. I’m going to assume that the company I work for have absolutely no idea about this app, I’m gonna write to the president and urge them not to use y’all. Long story short my paycheck better be right when I get it next week.

Steals your money
There has been too many times and so much money they have stolen from me. They will over charge you for a purchase or something will have a higher pre authorization charge and the app will take that amount out. You will see it deducted from your balance and the charge will be in pending. And once the charge posts and you are charged the actual amount you never get the extra money they charged you back!!! For example spend 15 at qt they charged you 100… it takes 100 out of your account but once the charge posts to your account and it shows 15 as the charge your balance doesn’t go up the extra amount they charged you but it came out… it’s a straight scam. Happened too many times and they do nothing about it

Very Helpful
Just want to say I really appreciate rapid pay it really helps me out with my bills with my car note etc. even though my check is short when I receive it but doing so that kept me from being behind in my billsI I really Thank God for RapidPay and the founder of this app it’s so really wonderful and I have all my coworkers joining my whole second and third shift joined and everybody asked me to help them out every day and nightThanks again rapid pay for helping me out doing my struggles and helping me with my family thanks.

Rapid Pay
Was rough at the beginning trying to sign up. I think the case why I was struggling though because I tried so many times and I was still a new hire. They kept sending me from CVS back to Rapid a never ending opening and closing door. But I did a quick email and things got figured out. From my experience don’t do this until you’re 6-7 months into the company. That’s how long I’ve been with CVS Caremark. The app is awesome and emergency funds have never been easier for me. I can say goodbye to Brigit, Earn’in, etc.

Good but can be better
I gave 5 stars for the Instant pay. However, I feel that we should be able to lock the card or block certain brands in the app so it can't be used to make in-store or online purchases, or withdraw money from ATMs. Also, in regard to direct deposit most cards allow you to get paid two days earlier. Basically, after you set up your direct deposit, if you get paid on Friday you'll receive your paycheck on Wednesday or Thursday instead.

Good for the most part
The app is simple and provides you with an easy way to have access to your money when you need it. However, the 4x per month access is a little odd considering that paydays can fall on different days. So even if you have only accessed a previous pay period you can’t access the new pay period if it has been 4x already for the month. It should just be 2x per pay period and done. But, it is not set up that way. Makes zero sense. Why restrict it for all by month and year unless you’re being paid monthly?

It’s alright
I got this card and account from my first job when I was 15 and now I’m 17 and found a better job and have an acc bank. This app is really sketchy I’m not going to lie. I had an easy time personally activating my card. I did enjoy the savings features and after leaving my last job I had enough savings to live off of until I found a new job. This app was for sure helpful as a 15 year old who was not able to get a bank account anywhere else. I also could take money out easily at an atm and even used it to buy a car!

Preys on the middleclass
Apps like this were made to help people get by because they’re already living paycheck to paycheck and may need money before the check payday this app not only only allows you to do one or two withdrawal a pay period. They actually charge you for the money the concept behind a business model like this is disheartening, these companies try to nickel and dime you to death. Yes, I understand you nothing is free in life, but having access to someone’s funds and then limited them on when they can, and cannot withdraw their funds bad business in my opinion. The app also doesn’t let you withdraw all your change which means they’re always gonna have a little bit of your money left over.

Not a good start
I just signed up with my employer. I’m waiting for a payment still, but I wasn’t even able to request a rapid pay card. They state that usually you can and told me to wait 24 hours lol. Then after about 48, hours, I called back and was told to contact my employer. This is a pretty rough start. They definitely read from a script and don’t know how to deviate from that script at all. I gave them 2 stars while I assume that I will get my payment at least within in the next day. Doing the review now, because if I don’t now, I probably won’t. Just been a rough start to even get the card. And looking at other reviews, I’m thinking I should just pass on it.

Wrongly Inactive card
Two times going to pay for food when I’m out of state, and my card was declined, saying that it was inactive because a glitch in their system. I spent 45 min in the restaurant w my take out in front of me , getting transferred a total of 3 agents to be asked all my information 4 times including having to manually type in before a human…embarrassed, hungry, cold, tired ,on way to daughter from working …. End up angry my dinner would be cold and soggy and or end up making the restaurant waste a meal . I go home without dinner had no means of money aside from 10$cash. Too Disgusted to call to be sure they switched to an “active account”. I’m beyond unhappy. You owe me my Pho dinner !!! Please Fix your tech! I don’t like to have to get angry

Terrible. Company, app. Not recommended
I can’t even believe I’m being forced to use this company. This new app won’t even recognize my login, even though I still have complete access on my computer so I know I’m using the correct information. Both the (previous) app and the website won’t even allow me to transfer money to my bank OR my bank card so I can use the money I do have on this card (I recently lost it). When I called hoping to request a new card, the phone options were incorrect so I had to start over with their LONGGGG intro (which BY THE WAY, they say at the VERY END of all the options that you may be charged for the call, which is absolutely absurd considering you have NO OTHER OPTION for help). I’m so fed up.

The worst card ever
I had someone steal $284 off me they would not help me whatsoever to get my money back. I canceled my other card out like they told me to. I did not get my card it was 14 days still waiting on card my check it been deposited, I called them back to talk with them and ask them if they could reactivate my old card I was starving and my bills needed paid they would not do it instead their excuse was to send out a new card. I still never received my $284 so my best advice is to never use this card if any way to avoid it from any payroll as soon as I receive the card, the new one, I will take my money off of it, and I will find me another way to have money put on somewhere else.

Scam worst app ever
This app is a nightmare. I hope nobody use it because it is a scam. They will use your information. They will steal your money from your account and you will have no customer service to speak to our supervisor. They are bunch of criminal that use people information to get their money with legit way, even after I call so many time customer service to complain about missing money from my account keep playing game and telling me that there is no way for them to see how the transaction went away. I’m missing over $500 from this ad and now I am on zero balance after I call customer service over eight times I couldn’t get no no answer and I lost over $500 from my account.

Trouble
I have had nothing but trouble with anyone I have talked to. Simone who hung up on me deactivated my account without me knowing out of spite. And I didn’t even know till I went to pay for my groceries. I call to see what is going on that is when I am informed that my card was canceled. Spoke to a supervisor and no help from her either. Told me I’d have to wait 7-10 business days even though it was on them why I couldn’t use my card! So even after the guy cancelled it out of spite he didn’t even send out a new one. So I’ve still been waiting on my card and have had to be without money for over a week now! I Will NEVER use this company again and I will make sure that anyone I know never uses it either

Good Job
Gotta give credit where credit is due. Thank you all for your excellent service(s) in handling my account. Recently my debit card was compromised online, fraudulent chargers were occurring and drains my account. Quickly to the rescue came the Rapid team. My new card came two days quicker than estimated! Funds returned and best of all, it was easy and hassle free. Customer Service couldn’t have been any better! Thank you all for your work and the manner in which it is done. Y’all are Rockstars!!! 🤟

Worst experience ever!!!
I’ve tried EVERYTHING to add my card to my account using this app but it keeps telling me that something is wrong and won’t let me finish!! I’ve called the 1-800 number twice , the first time I called the lady was useless the second one did try to help me but somehow we got cut off or she hung up on me. Either way, I’ve NEVER had so much trouble adding a card to an account on any other app like this!!! There’s literally no way of getting any kind of help when you need it. So I guess I won’t be using or recommending this app to I know!!!

Excellent App!
Easy to follow, everything is right there, for you to see what you spend, your deposits, you can even set your account up to alert you when your balance gets to a certain amount that you choose. The only thing I wish, was there were more ATM’s in my area that work with the card so I’m not charged the bank’s ATM fee and the cards fee, I get charged when I need cash. They can add up, quickly, but other than that, so far so good.!!!!

Company friendly but not cardholder friendly
This card is a nightmare. Bane of my existence. Once the money is loaded it is inconvenient too use since it’s a slide only so I’ve had MANY issues with this to the point I have to use a different card. So you wanna transfer money to your bank account? There’s a fee. And then a fun 2-5 day wait to see your money. Have an issue and need assistance? Good luck and Godspeed cause they can’t help with jack it’s all trough other companies. The app itself is dated and inconvenient, for a place keeping your money and finances you’d expect a more accessible platform to be in place. The bottom line of this whole card is MAJORLY INCONVENIENT! Which defeats the purpose of having a card vs cash anyways.

Trust issue
I’ve been receiving money on this card and 30 get took from me every pay check for some reason the ppl I work for can’t figure it out or the rapid card ppl can’t either I have requested a new card changed it and still money is been taken off my card idk what to do atp because they say they can’t use my personal bank or give me check definitely wouldn’t recommend it’s hard time and ppl are taking our hard working money and nobody is putting in work to get the money back stayed on the phone for hours they suppose to have me a credit it’s almost 2023 and I still haven’t received that credit and still getting money took from me someone is hacking these cards
