I have shopped @ Reasor's for approximately 14 yrs! I Love the fresh meat department & the ease of picking up my order without leaving my vehicle . I can find everything we need in one stop! I’ve got my Great grandbabies started already! They absolutely LOVE the small their size shopping carts! It is stressful after a busy day trying to grab groceries before heading home but especially with a 6 & a 3 yr old however with their size carts it makes it easy & they stay focused on our list & we’re able to get in & out without too many disasters! I could go anywhere for my food but wouldn’t be happy! The rewards program is awesome! I drive an SUV that loves fuel so when I can buy my groceries & get rewards on top of that for my fuel it’s the BEST! They have locations all over Tulsa & the area but I have my favorite location & that’s where I always end up!
Sometimes it gives me a error message throttled . I like the feature where you can remove the number of items on the right. I’ve had trouble getting that to work and sometimes I have to go in and remove the items from the basket and it’s it’s a pain. I love where you can order online and look at your products and find out what you have. I also like where you label the aisle the item is down. I send my husband in with a list. it would be great if you could actually select items to print off a list with the aisle Location. I have to make screen shots to send in with him. He never knows were any things is located in the grocery store since he’s never really shopped in 50 years. The only great thing about the pandemic is that you can look for groceries online at the grocery store buy them and have them delivered to the car. I send him in for four items and he comes out three hours later. He is very slow shopping. Thanks you for creating a online app. I would’ve given you four stars but sometimes get that error message and I go in several times and I keep on getting it but that would be my only complaint
The app as well as the website doesn’t load more items very well if you take to long ordering. Example: The last 3 days I have tried to shop and do the pick up. First day for bout 15 minutes and then when I tried to go to another section it check out it would just spin and not move so I wasn’t able to check out. Second day: after I got 10 items in my cart I tried to go to another category to pick up a few things and again wouldn’t load. So decided I would forget the rest and just check out. Continued to spin and again never moved forward (after 20 minutes!) for me to be able to check out. Never finished loading so I just went to the store. Third day: from the start categories took a VERY long time to load on screen. By the time I had 7 things in my cart (10 - 15 minutes) I had to reschedule my time for pick up(2 hours later than scheduled) and it would not move forward for more items again. Went to Walmart app got everything ordered within 14 minutes no problem and was done. Love to shop at Reasor’s but love the app convenience so until fixed we will do the Wal-Mart shop and pick up.
We tried using the app to order and pickup groceries before the pandemic and use it exclusively for grocery shopping now. Reasor’s keeps their products updated in the app and provides useful nutritional information. Products are grouped logically and the “My Favorites” section is great for things you repeatedly order. We like being able to get and use rewards points ordering this way also.
I’ve used the 41st and Yale curbto order all Superior Curbside Service—best service ever! Employees bent over backwards to help, particularly those involved in curbside pickup. They do a better job than if I’d picked items myself! my groceries since the first of April with no mistakes and the best, friendliest, personalized service one could never expect to have. A HUGE THANK YOU GOES OUT TO THESE FABULOUS EMPLOYEES!!
Every item sold in the store should be available for purchase through the app. The search function produces zero results when I search for things that I know for a fact a particular store sells. I am a huge fan of online shopping and drive up pick up but have never been able to successfully use this app for my grocery shopping needs because of the above mentioned issue. It’s really frustrating to want to buy some Chicken Caesar Salads from the deli and have zero results when searching. I buy them every week, they should be a choice on the app.
I understand that during this time everyone is doing there best. I love Reasor’s and their curbside pick up works really well. My problem is getting a time to pick up. I have been trying for two days to get a time slot. So imagine how very excited I was this morning when I saw the update with the new “Added ASAP time slot”. Well...not sure where it is as when I went to check out it still said “no time slots available”. Please know this is not a reflection on the hard working men and women in the store. The developers of this app just need to figure it out.
Love Reasor’s‘s pick up. The online shoppers are great and rarely do I have to have a substitution something missing. The apps just hard to navigate. You have to type in the product name just like it appears on the package where it says item not found.
Searches take a long time, and the ‘no products found’ message is prematurely displayed until available items are listed. Searches often show canned or frozen items before fresh produce. Please consider showing fresh produce first. Having a list of favorites or commonly purchased items on the home page would be useful.
Pleasantly surprises by how easy the app was to use and navigate. The only hiccup was that i had to enter my credit card 4 times because it kept “forgetting” some of the info i had entered (exp date, address, etc). On my fourth try i was about to give up but persistence paid off.
I used this service in the past, but ran into a problem when my card was hacked. Brittany worked with me very patiently until we got me set up for online order!! She was wonderful, and now I can order online and pick up again! Wish I could give her a raise!!
This site has been the best thing to happen. No going in. Always fresh. They even call to let you know if they are out of something and ask to substitute for you. Always nice and friendly when you pick up your groceries!!!
The Reasor's app is less than desirable. I had to go out and back in 4 times for it to accept my location and give me a time slot. This is frustrating and unacceptable---and could force me to go elsewhere for my groceries. I love Reasor's, but this needs to be fixed. Jh
I love the app and it is easy to use. An awesome feature for the future would be to add in my own recipes for ingredients. That way if I am making Alfredo that week I can have something autosaved I just click to get everything I need to make it!
Easy to use and navigate but would love to have the option to sort by lowest price or sale items. Also, the function to add previous order items back to your list doesn’t work. The button is there but it never adds them to your list after clicking. Would like the option to change pick-up time if needed. Thanks!
We have shopped at Reasors since moving to Oklahoma in December. They have never failed to impress with their professionalism and excellent customer service. Their produce is always fresh and their store always well stocked and clean
It’s an ok app, but has a very frustrating glitch. At least once during each use of the app, I will be searching for something and it will say “your request has been throttled.” It will do this when I’m on wifi, cellular data, heavy usage times or low usage times. It doesn’t matter. It will always do this. Often it renders the app un-usable. Would be a great app if they would fix this issue.
We love supporting our local business, but with 2 young kids picking up groceries is great especially with COVID-19 concerns. I get more time with my kids on weekends too because I can place my order at home am just pick it up!
Easy to find products and complete order online. A couple of the pictures items did not match the product description. Hopefully when I pick up order it will be correct.
More keywords are needed for products, so customers can find items easier and more search results are yielded. It took me more two hours to place an order because I had to find the exact words that Reasor’s uses for the products I needed. Unfortunately, Reasor’s is the only grocery store in the area or I would have switched and completed a grocery order through the Walmart app instead. Their app is much easier to navigate!

When typing a food item in the search bar, it pulls up everything with that word in the title before the actual food… for example, when I type broccoli in the search bar, it pulls up broccoli soup, & a million other things before the actual vegetable broccoli, then I have to scroll all the way back to the top to search for something else.
I’ve come to rely on it lately but this morning is the second time in recent weeks where I’ve really needed this service and it has not worked. I want to support local businesses but this app’s recent reliability issues are making me think about switching.
The one struggle I have with the app is that it doesn’t give aisle number for items on my list. There are 4 different Reasors I frequent (Tulsa/Owasso/BA). Each is laid out differently. I spend lots of time wandering around.
Love this service. Produce is always fresh and what I would pick myself. Everything I have needed has been available on the app if it is in stock in the store.

There are too many things I buy that can’t be found on the app. The deli section is very limited on cheeses. And baby Swiss cheese? Which brand? I want Red Bud but cannot select that over Dietz & Watson which is too dry. How do I select slice thickness? The app is just ok.
I was unable to put in my Reasors card number. I do not think I got the discount? I was also unable to add three items to the list. Otherwise it was a good app. I appreciated the kindness of the staff who I talked to. Valora Glinski
The app works fine. But when I search for something in particular, such as Tombstone pizza, it shows me primarily other brands and I have to scroll and scroll to see what I want. Same with “eggs”, I don’t want to see frozen breakfast egg bowls, I want to see freakin eggs!
Stupidly difficult to use. For three hours said my phone was an invalid phone number. Very difficult to get a different pay set up. Very frustrating experience. I prefer reasors to WalmartBut I get so frustrated with the app and the higher cost of getting it delivered, I never use Reasors unless I simply cannot get it from Walmart. Please people fix your app
The app kept changing the store on me. Check out is very difficult. Locating items is also very difficult. The concept is great however the delivery of this app is awful. I would recommend using similar apps that I have done with other stores but not this one.
I do not like this new online ordering site. The search feature is also lagging, but it always has been. There are items I know you have in the store, but I can’ t buy them online because they won’t come up. The latest is Canadian Bacon. I mean really!
The app is frustrating to use. It loads slowly. Further, I have to sign in. Many times it doesn't recognize me so I need to change the password. I use other apps without issue.
The app doesn’t function well at all. It take a lot of time between selecting an item and it registering that you’ve selected that item. It takes a lot of time between any command, really. It’s too bad. I like the store. But this is pretty annoying.
