Enjoy the company’s product when I actually have it. Ordered product that sat in one location for 5 days. Emailed Redcon asking what the deal was. The “customer service rep” put it on the shipping company and told me to wait 2 more days. I waited two more days and my order was still in the same place. Reached out again to be told that the things I ordered were out of stock. How can my order be in the middle of shipping and the shipping company blamed for the late arrival when the items are out of stock? lol this company. So the rep put a new order in for me with random flavors and told me it would be sent immediately with priority. That was 4 days ago and my order still has not been shipped. I will never order from Redcon again.

I have enjoyed every single item I have received from RedCon1. I downloaded the old app so I could make purchases quicker, especially when they have a special going on; however the old app never was able to keep up. So far the new app looks a lot smoother than the old one and waiting for the Black Friday sell to really test it out!
You guys have always had great customer service and great products. But the glitches need to be fixed. It ruins the convenience of having an app. Right now i am currently typing this because when i try and checkout with an order i click “checkout” in the basket icon and it brings me to my order history… but why?? I wanted to order something new this makes no sense. This could be hurting u guys for one thing so i would worry about these kinda glitches if i were you.
The new REDCON1 app is SO MUCH BETTER than the previous one. The old app was so buggy and just couldn’t handle thousands of people ordering at the same time. The new version is streamlined, runs so well, and has all the content you would expect from REDCON1!
I get different prices when applying discount codes on the website and on the app. Not to mention I can only use my points on the website to redeem rewards. App needs work to use rewards without redirecting to the website. Also, trying to cash in my rewards for free stuff doesn’t work with the discount codes, and it tries to charge me for the free rewards I’m supposed to get. Just a hot mess

When I click “checkout” it takes me to my order history. There is literally no way to checkout. It just seems to be sone sort of shell that just has the website inside. JUST GO TO THE WEBSITE. Why do companies insist on having apps if they can’t get them right. Probably for the same reason it takes two weeks to get your order. I’m ready to be done with RedCON1.
The first version of this app had some issues such as freezing up if too many people was using the app and would load slow. So far this version is working great.

The app itself works OK, nothing ground breaking and fairly basic for a company their size. The real issue is getting your products. I’ve had several orders lately take up to a month to ship and now most recently an order was cancelled without notice and no refund.
I hate to write this since my experience with the products is top notch, but the app is worthless. Constantly crashes, no real in-depth information on products and what they do, can’t checkout without it glitching and going back to the Home Screen. Do you want my money or not!!? Lol
