Some issues with this app that particularly limit usability: 1. Can you please add the ability to sort lists and portfolios by column. Lists are basically only presented in the ric entry order, which is very limiting. 2. Push alerts are very spotty. They will work fine for weeks then shut off with no explanation and the reappear days later. Very unreliable. 3. When operating in delayed mode, the delayed warning on the bottom covers the “show more” option in the alerts list, making it impossible to read though alerts unless you switch to real time. 4. Please add the ability to pause/unpause alerts from within the app. 5. Would be nice to be able to access the mp3 version of events from within the app.

Really really useful app. This is the glue for me to maintain my workflow while on the move. The app was disappointing when I started using it last year, but over the past 6 months I’ve seen tremendous improvements. Especially like the monitors, messenger and absolutely first class market data and news feeds.

- needs better charting capabilities - needs better news feed with the ability to share to other Eikon users - needs better layout for “dashboard”-esque views - needs more info on the overview pages

The Eikon app is very disappointing. Functionality and speed is unacceptable for an expensive service. List and charts are very slow to load (or do not load at all). Free apps such Stocks and Yahoo Finance have superior performance. Outside news pages you cannot adjust the font size. Refinitiv have an issue here...professional investors do spend time away from their terminals and thus require a functioning smartphone app.

The latest update prevents my login credentials from working. The UX and speed of this app is just crap overall.

Useful addition to my Eikon subscription

Barely functional

Moved after 1 year now to Bloomberg. What you don’t get Here is: Updates when you need. New iPhone models or iPads. Absolutely no support for iOS. The charts are a joke. The app Horrible app. Total crap. Eikon on desk is good. But this app here is far behind from Bloomberg.

Crash frequency makes this app useless

So it's nice to have access to all the data on the go. But as an app it's pretty bad. Incredible slow to open. Have to press to login and press another button to confirm you're logging out of your other sessions just to open the app. And crashes constantly. Sometimes after using, but right now I can't even use the app because as soon as it's logged in it instantly crashes. 12/21 - back to crashing while it opens. Not able to use at all

I have relied on it for many years as a tool to pull not only news but financials and research from the companies I follow. The only problem is that the most useful tool: "research", no longer works. I get the message:"error loading data". Otherwise, the best usiness data App.

This would be a great app, but the best feature--the research function--does not work, but instead says "error loading data." That is the main reason to use this app, thus 1 star. Would be a 4-5 if they fixed that issue.

I challenge you to find a mobile app with more market data than Eikon. This app allows me to track the markets that matter to me in real time so that I can manage by business without being stuck in my chair.

I use this every time I travel to stay in touch with the markets. It is easy to use and links well with the desktop version

The content and presentation keeps getting closer and closer to the desktop app which makes it seamless for me. I love the pace of improvement!

Easy to use, well presented, like it and use it every day. A couple of minor glitches early on but those seem to be resolved.

Great app. Access to real time news and quotes wherever you go. Messenger can be a bit slow otherwise would have given a 5.

New iPhone app is a vast improvement over the old one. New look and feel is great as well.

I am an ios 7+iphone 4 user... this app crashes all the time. Constantly delete+reinstall every week. Annoying since i need mkt data on the move. Pls fix this or I will migrate to bloomberg.

Works well on my iPhone 7 no issue.

The research consistently does not match my broker entitlements , and is not consistent with web or desktop Eikon. An ongoing issue since the first version of this app and still not fixed.

This app is great to keep track of your stocks or portfolio.

I downloaded the app but couldn't remember my password. Since the link to reset password doesn't work, I couldn't use the app.

Once upon a time there was some ***** who decided to make an app. so those b***** made an app. that is this stupid useless app waste of energy and data abusing environment by making such c*** app. ***** ******* *** ** ****.

I can find all of the information from Yahoo finance. Lack of research and analytics. Crashed 100% of the time with iOS 7

It was working fine till I use iOS 7. For now 1 star till you fix it.
