I enjoy using the app for pinpointing the regions we are visiting, particularly in Europe and Canada. I also highly recommend making use of the “favourites” feature, as it helps tremendously when you are bogged down in options (as I have been) or are saving places you have been and will go again.

The most wonderful interesting hotels globally but the app for R&C is so substandard that it just doesn’t make sense. Please please fix your app so it doesn’t constantly crash!! Extremely frustrating to use. Calling seems to be the only way to book. Never R&C agents available, though. Sometimes I want to give up and try another hotel Company🙄
When it works, it is fine - especially if you know where you want to up front. But looking at different properties frequently results in a crash on my iPad. In fact, I have had to reboot my device to get the app to not spontaneously close. It has even failed in the middle of booking a room.
The app and the the pictures therein are stunning, but trying to view them requires more patience than it should. The pictures download incredibly slow, regardless of WIFI or LTE. Without the pictures, there is no vision for booking a reservation.

For two days in a row I have attempts to make an International transfer of $2500 only to get the error message "Something went wrong. Try again later" Very disappointing service!
The app is terribly slow. The app is not compatible with iPhone X and takes half of the screen only. The is no login or account information so useless.
I live in Baltimore, connected with Ivy Hotel. I am massively impressed by the hospitality standard. I am going to be in Kerela in January and will want to stay at Tha Malabar House. Could get used to checking out these properties!
I haven't actually tried to book anything on here -- I just use it as a way to discover places that I might want to visit someday. When I'm browsing, I find that the photos, in particular, load so slowly. I've had a strong wifi connection each time. I guess my main suggestion would be that I would prefer to wait for all of the photos of a location to load when I first click on the gallery, rather than watch a wheel spin and spin before every single photo in an album. I've found that I've stopped using the app and I just go to the website instead.
This app is a box checking exercise by some consultant who sold digital services to R&C. For a brand devoted to excellence and the best hospitality, this app is slightly embarrassing. I suspect that the only reason it hasn't been widely panned already, is that typical R&C customers don't ever use it. My advice, skip this app and just use the website in Safari.
Bring back the printed guidebook. There's nothing about this app that is compelling. The property pictures take up to 5 or 6 minutes to load. When I'm trying to sell the wife on a member property half the time I give up on disgust with how slow the app loads
Estuve en el hotel Atrio en Caseres y el The Yeatman en oporto y son simplemente espectaculares, las habitaciones son amplias y muy cómodas no te quieres ni levantar de la cama y las vista son las mejores, también no pueden dejar pasar por sus Restaurant la comida es un placer para el paladar y sus chef son muy atentos vale la pena probar las exquisiteces que ellos preparan y dejar q los somelier José Luis y Paulo te escojan los vinos adecuados para cada plato! Me voy maravillada de estos hoteles y con muchas ganas de volver Gracias!!
Esthetically pleasing but not very intuitive. Could use a QR code to show hotels so the stay is recorded as not all bookings go through the RC booking site/app. How about a reward program?
