I started using this app and most all of its features as soon as it was offered. It has never let me down, has improved with each upgrade, and is a solid part of Reliant’s commitment to customer satisfaction. I’m very thankful for this app! I have had a Reliant (and before that, WCTA) account for 20 years. Though I now live in SC, I have wanted to keep my reliant account and I thought this app would be so helpful. It’s great for checking balances but the check deposit feature is horrendous. The app decides what to keep in the photo and it has taken me upwards of an hour on different occasions to try to deposit a check. So not worth it. And then the check is endorsed with “mobile deposit” to a bank no where near here if I try to take it to a shared branch.

I find it ridiculous that I have to add so much information to the back of the check just to deposit via mobile. I’m a member of other credit unions. All I have to do for their mobile deposit platform is sign the back of the check, take pictures of the check, and I’m good to go. Time to stop micro managing your members Reliant.
I love everything about the app except for the fact that when I am connected with other accounts for transfers, I cannot give them a name. So I have to memorize what number account belongs to which person. Otherwise everything is quick and efficient!
I have been with reliant as long as I can remember but their check deposit on the app is the worst I have ever seen. I have tried it so many times and it never works. I had a friend say it was hard so they won’t ever do it. It’s not hard just reliant needs to update the way the app reads and deposits checks. 5 star company 2 star app
More often than not when I try to login I get a “application error: we are unable to display your information at this time” this should not happen on a daily basis but it does for me. Overall use once I’m in is great but 60% of the time I cannot access my own accounts through the APP.
I’m tired of this app always having issues I put the right password in then it says it’s not right and now it just keeps saying my account isn’t even a valid account please fix this I would like to actually be able to use my app to check my account when I want to.
99% of the reason for having this app is so that I can use mobile check deposit. For the past year or so, that feature doesn’t work. It will simply never accept the picture of the front of the check. So annoying.
This app as gone down hill in the last two updates. Refreshing happiness when it decides its ready to, the widget is now missing and depositing a check is the absolute worst. Such a shame, because the credit union itself is fabulous.
I love this app it's always up to date it's current I've been banking with them for over 20 years if I've ever had an issue they resolved it very quickly and I always have my balance no matter when and where I'm at. It's safe to use and I would recommend it to anyone thanks with Reliant federal credit union they are the best
It's great that I can be living in another state and now be able to deposit checks without having to go to a shared service center, but there are still some minor glitches that need to be worked out in order for this app to run effectively. I keep getting booted out and it took about 15 tries to get my check deposited but I finally got it to work. It's a great start, thanks for creating this useful tool!
This is a great app! Makes it easy to monitor my accounts. It even shows canceled check images. The only thing I would like to see added is the ability to see credit card purchase details instead of just the total.
