This app will not let me change my password, now I’ll be late because it will not let me change my password. Flex already gave me a card for self pay but can’t login to ResMan Resident Portal.
I paid my rent through the app but then 4 days later got notification that rent wasn’t paid!!!! I alway use our website to pay but remembered we had an app so I used that! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS APP!! NEVER!!!!! This causes me late fee!!! I can barely even pay my rent and now I have to pay an additional $115. Management has already waved my late fee once in the last 12 months. Unfortunately we can’t do it again. Even though it is your app’s fault!! I didn’t realize that I didn’t get a confirmation nor was the payment taken out of my account!! I am absolutely FURIOUS and will never use your app again to make payments!!!!!
I work and live in an apartment complex that uses ResMan for their resident portal and I have to say it was such a relief when this app came out! It has made it so much easier for me and our residents to pay rent and especially to submit work orders. Thank you so much for creating this app!
only lets u make ONE payment yet all the adds show more than one i don’t get the problem in that but clearly it makes my rent delayed since this is the only way to pay it. it will take one payment then if u want to make another payment in the same week it will say you have insufficient funds when you don’t and there’s nothing Chase can do about it. this app is trash and doesn’t work
I don’t like the fact no one has contacted me back about the error on my account, when I set up the login as the adult when I finally log into it, it shouldn’t have my minor child name on the account.. this is a matter that needs to be address and fixed immediately.
