I have been with Rio Grande Credit union for over 30 years and never been disappointing until our recent commercials. The commercials with Annette, makes women and individuals who live in the south valley sounds so uneducated. I have spoken with different Bank Managers who actually have stated that they cannot believe that Rio Grande credit union would have that type of commercials “what type of people are they trying to attract”??

Works fine usually
I’ve been using this about a year to check balances, move funds etc. I like that it lets me use the sign in for my cell phone, which in my case is my fingerprint. That function stops working once in awhile. I’ve deleted it and downloaded a fresh copy but it still does that now and then. Update: Just now I tried it for the first time in a few weeks and it worked just fine, so perhaps they’ve worked on it? I still recommend it though. There’s usually a time lapse between when things are introduced and when they are working flawlessly for all the odd devices out here.

Paying bills not as easy as with computer but it has gotten better
A great app for viewing balances when out and about. The computer is much easier for paying bills. I am editing this a year later: yes, the computer is still easier but the app is good for paying 1 bill at a time and for transferring from savings to checking. It gotten easier over time and with all the improvements I’m upping it to 5 stars.

A REAL PAIN
I don't mind change but this latest process has been extremely frustrating. Had to go into a branch to update my info. Because it had to be done on a laptop. I don't own one and I retired my desk top years ago. I'm not real fond of the new look either. I must say, the employees who have had to put up with members like me have been very gracious and professional.

Life made easy
Man I am all about my account and I want to know everything that’s going on it’s nice to see everything anytime anywhere I can deposit checks right from my phone transfer and see my vehicle loan do everything I need to with this app its so worth the time makes life easy 5star app thanks RGCU

So far it is great
As of this moment I do not have any complaints! My app allows me to see my banking information whenever needed. If I need to see more in depth I simply use a computer.

Password Problems
My only complaint is that I find my password has expired without warning ahead of time. Because of this I have had to call to reset my password. I’m not even sure how long my password is good before I have to reset it. That would be helpfu to know.

You can not do reoccurring payments and may not have access to a home computer, and if you cancel a payment it will cancel the reoccurring payments

Password change too much.
Hate the fact that you have to constantly change your password. I have an account with another bank that I do not have to do this.

Online mobile app
Called to get help with my banking mobile app and couldn’t reset or enter a password the customer service lady just hangs up on me after giving me the reset password that’s all. No call back or anything

Worst bank ever!
I have never entrusted my hard earned money with such an inept bank. They never have returned my request for communication & I’m done. They let my husband pull out over $40k without so much as a question about why & what they could do better.

Mobile check deposit does not work
Mobile check deposit routinely rejects deposits and does not inform you properly. Unable to view mobile deposits on desktop site.

I do not like that there is NO sign out!!! What will you do about that? The bank told me there should be a red dot that would give me a sign,log out. I do not have that. My unit is I-pad 2. Please respond.

Can't sign in
Not able to sign in. Says I need to sign in to reinroll for finger print but won't let me sign in. Just gives me the same error over and over. I can't access my account.
