Having to use phone for deals can be a problem for those who don’t carry phone on them all the time. Especially with having rewards card or phone number in system. BUT, the associates here at the Olympia 76 are truly awesome and always helpful. Thank you associate Ken!!!

The app is so clunky and not user friendly, I’m a pretty advance in tech, it’s not that I can’t navigate it, it’s that it’s too annoying and I imagine ppl who aren’t great with tech will not know how to use. Paying through the app is just ehh, when you’re at the gas station who wants to do all of that with a long line, we just wanna pull upC enter out number, pay then leave. Savings offered aren’t that great…overall, if you want higher user-ship make it simple. The app is a waste of space and has been deleted. It’s crazy that you can’t earn rewards through entering your phone number like all other gas stations…there is no competitive edge with this app. I wouldn’t recommend.

Since I moved to the new crew card from kickback card I’ve lost so many points, I use the new card almost daily thinking it’s adding up points but it turns out it’s not doing so, today when asked the cashier to use my points in my purchase I found out that the card hasn’t been adding any points for almost a month and we couldn’t even use the transferred points from the old card (kickback)!!! I had to swip my old card in order to use or receive points, and the weird part is that the new points will be shown in the crew card if used the old card.

Fun app with great deals

I was told by an employee at a gas station to download this app and add the physical card I was given to it. I’ve tried entering the number and the app crashes upon trying to enter it. Can’t even get past making my account because of this bug. Definitely don’t recommend this app and after reading reviews doesn’t sound like you earn much for having one.

I was trying to use the 15 cent off coupon it kept requesting a credit card… I had already put it in I didn’t get the coupon 15 cent off … I got 5 cents off

Don’t waste your time. Not sure how has 5 start review. Makes you give so much information to make an account. Didn’t even work when I finally finished making it. Save your time

Employee told me that I have a bunch of points stacked up and to download the app. Come to find out I can’t even make or log into my account. Not even worth my time. Making my card useless. Don’t even bother to download the app

They ask a thousand questions when creating an account. On top of this, they ask for more personal information than necessary. Ended up removing the app.

I’ve been emailing to transfer my account to my new phone number and THEY WILL NOT GET BACK! I would t make an issue if I hadn’t been racking up my points and now I can’t use them. Thanks guys…

The app is very confusing. From imputing yhe card, to pumping

Only let me pump $75. It doesn’t even halfway fill my tank. Would be great if it filled up my tank.

The young lady woke up on the wrong side of the bed, I guess. Thank God her gentleman coworker was there to help out. He needs a raise, and for her I recommend a demotion. This happened at 3031 P St, Sacramento, CA.

I don’t understand the point of this app. I created the account and added my debit card. But then I realized I get charged like I’m using a credit card. It’s always .10 cents higher than the posted price per gallon. If I don’t use the app I get the lower price. The Rocket app has never offered me some amazing discount or food/fuel offer to somehow make up for the increased cost per transaction. I am also limited to only pumping up to $75.00 worth of fuel. I like to fill my truck each time I visit a gas station. The app doesn’t allow that. I couldn’t find one positive reason to use this app.

It says “coupon applied”, but in reality, it didn’t. I applied my account at the pump, but it never registered the 15 cent discount. What a waste of time and info, never going to bother with this or the gas stations it sponsors, unless this is fixed. Update 4/19/23: It still doesn’t work. Great job, team. Update 5/16/23: You are strong armed to directly pay through the app to use the coupons and for some reason, it doesn’t allow Apple Pay, so you have to directly link your card. Fantastic...

So I noticed these weekly deals in the store and while having the actual card, Learning this today. it's a hassle to download this app, scan the items in the app, pay in the app and give the cashier a code in the end ? Whaaaat? I've never experience any difficult app like this in my life. Also I had the card literally in my hand, and I couldn't use it and needed to use the app... line started forming behind me so I skipped the "child free water" and got Everything else. Also. Big deal save .25 cents on gas that's already the highest in town? No thank you!!
