I went to the festival in SoCal and this app really came I handy. I was able to find my friends when I got lost and get notifications throughout the day.
Honestly, you can download it but don't trust it to work. I used this for the NYC Rolling Loud a couple days ago. Great experience except for the resulting back pain, neck pain, leg pain, hip pain... Anyways, the app doesn't open properly 90% of the time. I swipe up, reload, and get a white screen MOST of the time. On the off chances I could get in and see the schedule, there were inaccuracies.. Why is the app not updated real-time when artists don't show up and schedules change? Like how Rick Ross went ahead and performed before Wale. When I got there I couldn't tell if Wale had already performed or if he was supposed to come on afterward. Tbh service in the area pretty much stops working after 3 or 4 PM so the app shouldn't be the primary way for you to build your schedule. So the fault really lies with Rolling Loud, who can't be bothered to ensure that the promised lineup actually appears, or even to update the schedule they show on the big screen when the artists don't show up. Don't have me paying half a grand only to waste my time. I was supposed to see Lil Durk and Lil Baby, but no explanation no nothing was given when they didn't pop up. I was just lucky the first night that I heard A Boogie and ran back to Deleon stage instead of waiting for Durk like an idiot.
The app is not updated enough for me. I attend festivals often & a less than a month away from the event we should be able to view the NY lineup & favorite artists we want to see to create a list for each day. This helps when you’re going with a big group of people for proper coordination & also gives you the option to already know what your day is going to look like when set times roll out. The twitter feed page can be removed for something more effective & the “news” page is just their IG feed which can be better managed and treated as an actual blog for the festival instead of another page for their social media page. This is not related to the app but I also would like to see more information about the location of the festival — I’m guessing for now it’ll be in the parking lot so lots of concrete? I guess I just expected so much more.
Don't support these clowns. No they don't have any control over what happens in crowds, but they can control how they respond to it. Telling people "Glad you got your cardio in running for nothing" is hella insensitive when we didn't know what was going on. How about you come down from that stage and stand still while 10,000 people running at you? To add to it, hella people got in free so don't bother paying just walk in with a group of people.
Trying to sign into my account but it says my email isn’t registered but I’m signed in on my computer. When i try to make an account on the app it says the email is already in use (duh) but still says email isn’t found??? Other issues but i forgot so whatever hopefully it updates before RLLA in 4 days
Downloaded the app to see set times because website said set times were available exclusively in app. Opened the app. See the same message as online: “Download app to see set times” ON THE APP. Pretty freakin stupid. I tried to log in with Apple it will not let me even log in! Absolutely BOGUS app.
This app is very sound in design but it does not run smoothly AT ALL. It’s nice to help you know what artists are playing next and maybe to grab a drink, but dont even bother trying to use literally any other part of the app.
For starters it makes you make an account you can’t skip it. Spam(.)com folder it goes. Secondly it doesn’t even work nothing opens up not even show times. I was planning on using it as a reference guide since I’m a staff for this show and can’t even do that.
I was on the app for a good hour, trying to navigate the whole thing. Not only could I not really find music I personally liked, but the app made my entire phone bug out. I’ll admit the app is alright if you like the only kind of music they offer, but other than that it’s not very good.
I can’t even login, it’s not saying login fail like it would if I typed in the wrong password but when I type in the correct one it just goes back to the login screen and doesn’t move.
App crashes constantly when you click things. The set times have one of the worst layouts I’ve ever seen, W Coachella Fr. Site map is about the only useful thing on here.
Whoever or group that designed this app needs to download other festival apps and take note. I’ve been to rolling loud since it first started, and I can tell that it’s poorly organized, just like the official website.
app is great and benefits everyone to situate who they want to see at the festival as well as making it easy to find your way around and plan for the amazing days to come !!!
The app is dumb and automatically only showing me Miami. I live in LA and I’ve previously only done LA so why can I not see the LA lineup or schedule or map. Give me the right one because that’s where I’m going.
App wouldn’t load so I deleted it and reinstalled it and now it is crashing everytime I try to log in. GET IT TOGETHER. I spent 400$ for the tickets so I need an app that functions properly fix this before May 11th.
