I’ve been searching for a new swimsuit for several days with ROTITA and one more store, the problem is I saw my perfect suit on this site either this last year, but most likely in 2022, possibly, who knows! But, it was the MOST BEAUTIFUL SWIMSUIT I’ve EVER SEEN…. Couldn’t wait until I could buy that same one this year, but can’t find it. I also like some of the others, but because of a surgical matter, I really needed that particular swimsuit. ROTITA!! CAN YOU HELP??

Major Flaws With The App/Frustrating For Me

I’m giving 3 stars for the Rotita app… I’ve been having difficulties with this app… every time I try to check and track my order through the app it doesn’t allow me to go back to my account… and when I go into my shopping cart to check on my items, it shows the same item 6 times one after another when those are not the items I chose to put in my cart… I tried uninstalling the app several times and reinstalling it but it still has the same issues… I’m also waiting on my second package to my order that I was promised to receive by Christmas and I still haven’t received it yet and I paid the expedited fee… it’s been one thing after another with all this!! It’s disappointing because I love shopping at Rotita because I love the style and clothes they offer but it’s been a long wait on my package and dealing with an app that does do what it should!!!

Impossible to see all shipping availble

When checking out app is automatically assigning international shipping. However, Rotita warehouses are located in Jamaica NY, so international shipping for US customers should not be assigned automatically. In addition, there isn’t a way to change your user ID and no phone number to call for customer service to get it changed that way so don’t choose the Sign in with Apple option as it doesn’t appear the chat sign in or any other place on the app you have to re-sign in, so you must remember that long apple generated user id. This is extremely frustrating especially in the live chat.

Plus size tops

I’ve absolutely loved every single top that I’ve ordered so far. Haven’t had to return a single top. They have all been true to size and just beautiful. They have been accurately described regarding material and looking exactly as the pictures are displayed. And it’s wonderful to be able to pay in 4 installments instead of all at once. This is my go to store for beautifying my wardrobe this summer. Im a very happy, pleased first time customer.

Solving a problem

It wasn’t easy but eventually got it solved. Trouble with password,no idea why. My e mail was not accepted & you had to change/give me a password. It worked. Couldn’t see how to use a credit card. You had to explain how to via pay pal. Why not just put a credit card option along with the others?

Beautiful

My white outfits are beautiful watch your item amount I am not sure how I received two pant suits but I do know it is very difficult to even find your order to put in for a send the outfit back for a refund. I also think you have to pay to send item back for refund if that’s the case it will cost over half the amount of the item to send back. I like the clothes but don’t know if it’s worth order if you have to pay to send item back for refunds. Still trying to figure out how to send outfits back.

Good clothes but a bit overpriced

Rotita has a large selection of clothes for all occasions and I have gotten some try bargains there. However some times I’ve waited for a very long time to get an order, and if you need a present I would not recommend this site unless it’s well in advance. Some of the sparkly things are less well made than they could be..watch out for snags. It’s a good place to purchase things for a new fad or season though, or a party item never to be worn again.

I bought a Bathing Suit (2-Piece) and a shirt, I couldn’t believe it when it arrived, I was in Absolute shock, The product I ordered was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and Comfortable, excellent Quality, and it did not take long to receive, I will Definitely will tell all my Family and Friends about this site, and I will Absolutely Order Again, Keep up the Great Work Rotita, and Thank You!❤️

Great fit, better quality than I thought

I just received my first order. The colors were same as pictured. The sweater material was not super thick, but not thin either. Fits me perfect. I was expecting it to be too small like most of the cool looking clothes out there. Surprise, it fits like a glove. Love the hoodies, the different materials for the unique shaped flaps or collars. Happy with my first purchase!

Great prices and quality

I was hesitant to order not really knowing how things would feel/fit but have been extremely satisfied with all my orders. Being a little on the big side, I have found that sizes that are explained seem to be spot on. Shipping could be a little faster but no other complaints here.

The items I have purchased and there is a lot of them. The material is very well made and soft. The swim suits are true to size and well made. The shirts are true to size and well made. I ordered pants and can’t wait to get them. I’ll leave a review for them at a later date. All the products are all very nice and well made.

Great clothes…. Great prices

I love the selection of clothes that Rotita offers. However, it took 2 months or longer to receive my last 2 blouses. They came from “Jane” and were poorly made and WAY too big so I’m returning them. My first shipment came in fairly quick and everything was great! The fabric, the craftsmanship, and the fit were perfect. Not sure why the last 2 were so NOT perfect!!

Merchandise

I was checking to see when my merchandise was coming and the agent that helped me was going to track it and send me an email. I’m happy this is being done but I don’t think it should take 2 week plus for merchandise to arrive. I hope I don’t have to wait much longer.

Love all their close!

These guys have the most gorgeous clothes. Well made and fit perfectly! I go by the sizing guide for my bust and it is a great fit every time. I have ordered several times now and have never been disappointed. It takes awhile to arrive but these clothes are worth the wait! Kudos Rotita!!!!

Great store

I do most of my shopping online and I have gotten burnt many of time but this organization this company is amazing the quality is good and that’s what I look for and they are very timely where other places that I just got an order the other day I ordered on February excuse me January 26

Easy purchase and return.

I bought a jumpsuit and it did not fit well and the zipper was getting stuck. So I contacted customer service to get a return address and it was through their virtual assistant and they were very easy to deal with.

Swimsuits

I ordered 4 swimsuits- all according to appropriate size chart; only 2 fit out of the 4. 2 were the exact same style, same size, but only 1 of them fit! The other was 2 sizes too small, and the skirt was sown crooked so the suit was off balance everywhere. I will NOT order off this site again, nor do i recommend anyone else does. Everything is sown very generic, and the colors of my items were not bright & vivid as in the pictures. Very disappointed all the way around!

Shopping is a beeze

This is my 2nd time using the app and finding a broad range of selections in a variety of sizes. The sizing guides are helpful. I had so many compliments on my white jumpsuit I ordered which arrived slightly later than promised, but in time for my event. The jumpsuit was well made and fit perfectly.

Cute items

Great but sell out fast so purchase quickly. I just gave have trouble processing payment through PayPal. Seems to circle forever and I have to keep going back to unlock it to try and pay again

Swim Suits

I have purchased prob around 15 suits in the last 3 years. These are very true to size & made with perfection. I have so many compliments on these suits. Plus they are very reasonably priced. There is a wide variety of colors & patterns that are very unique. I truly have a bathing suit fetish.

Horrible business

Run from this site do not buy they are not what they say they are there is no support cheap material and they aren’t even made correctly. The one bathing suit top I bought is sewed on wrong so it does not lay flat the bottom so you cannot tell what side is the front or back and I keep contacting people about this and no one can help me just keeps telling me give me one business day and then not answering me back. After it took a month to get here.

Quality and Size

The quality of the swimsuits is excellent. Only thing is my top is XL so the bottoms are too big. I wish the choice of top and bottom sizes were available

The best swimsuits

I’ve been buying my suits from Rotita for three years now and I love them! Only once did one not fit (my fault). I get compliments every time I wear them. I live in FL so swimwear is a must.

Great fitting swimsuits!

Ordered a tankini suit not feeling good about it after failing on 2 previous purchases online. But, wow! The sizes were perfect!!! Fit me to a T!! Ordered a second one today!! Love them!

Beautiful top!

This top is beautiful! Unfortunately, when I ordered I was a large. When it arrived, I now wear a small. I will be returning and exchanging for a smaller size.

Reset and return process terrible

Trying to make a return is impossible. It wants me to go in and login and I can’t so I try to reset the password. It just takes you back to the same login when you don’t know your password?? Tried it four times does not work. Don’t know who to get hold of.

Trying to do a return and it is impossible.

The password upon creating my account said that it was incorrect so I tried to change it and it took me in a rabbit hole. Worthless!!! Bottom line.. they make it impossible to create a return label, therefore unable to refund . I just lost $100
