Very nice app and the food is excellent. If you do not see a pizza on the menu that has everything you want be prepared to role up your sleeves. $2.95 per topping, especially vegetables, adds up quickly. Also, the Cypress, TX (Fairfield) never has Dr. Pepper. Other locations don’t seem to have this issue.

Great pizza place

Love that they now have an app. Just wish it offered descriptions of some of the menu items. Also confusing in places like the appetizers offering a general set of options that's the same for every item even if its not relevant to some of the items.

Cool app and awesome food!

I order from the app at least three times a month! I've not had one issue with the app or the food quality, quantity and the delivery drivers are pretty cool too.

Food Amazing! App= :(

There seems to be glitches in the system. It times out when processing an order and multiples go through. This creates extra work for the employees because they then need to call the customers and verify the correct order.

App needs to be redesigned to use location service

Ordered using app. Received call from restaurant saying my apartment is outside their location. Please update your app to check distance of locations and if they fit within your delivery range. I ended up driving to the wrong location and spent an additional 20 min in transit.

Can’t use credit card

Every single time I have ordered on the app and tried paying with a credit card, it gives me an error. I ALWAYS end up having to pay in cash.

Could Not Check Out

Could get order in basket but could not check out for a take out order. The app kept looping back to third party drivers as if my order was for delivery. Tried on iPhone and iPad. Am uninstalling this app.

Won’t let me start an account

It says I already have an account on my email address. To reset password to give email address and they’ll send a reset email The email is never sent so I can’t register an account. I don’t always want to be a guest.

Good food, buggy app

Unable to place an order. The app will not process the selection of a particular location. It would be helpful to associate a location with an account profile and use this as a default.

Add your Kingwood location

I live a few miles from your store in Kingwood, TX and it appears that location isn’t on your list. Closest store that pulls up is your one in The Woodlands and says I am out of your delivery area.

Horrible app

Have lived at same location for 6 years with 2 Russo’s within 2 miles of my house... and this #%!?%# app says there's not a pizzeria within my area! So frustrating

Thrown Together Feel

The app works in that you can order but it doesn't seem like it had a lot of thought in the layout or actual functionality when you use the app. It can be very quirky; such as, if you try to take something out of your cart, forget it because you can fight with it for a half an hour and it will not remove the item. I don't like Domino's pizza and I know it's not even in the same category as Russo's pizza but their app is 10 times better.

Always good

Everything I've ordered in the past five years has always been fresh and good. Buffalo chicken pizza is our favorite. Don't know why people are complaining about the app. Simple and easy, never had a problem with it

Buggy and Crashes all the time with credit card info

This app is just filled with bugs. It crashes constantly and after entering my credit card 3 times, it kept declining it. Better to call the store and order. Save the hassle. 1 order didn't receive special instructions, so had to wait another 20 minutes to cook right order. Waste of time!!

Won't allow login

Unlike the claim, I cannot login with my online information, and it won't even allow a new account to be created, keeps telling me my address is invalid. FAIL

Clunky

I love Russo’s, but this app is buggy. Although I have a credit card saved into it, when I check that card as my method of payment, I get a message that no method of payment was chosen, so I have to re-enter the card number, expiration, name on card, and security code every time I order. Also, if delivery is chosen, the app doesn’t provide an option to tip the driver, so you’ll either need to have cash on hand to tip or use the app only for pick-up. It definitely needs some work.

Bad App and store

Don't use. The local stores do not know how to use. Ordered pizza, delivery chosen and it had a coupon. The coupon was theirs online. Used coupon. 1 hour later, called. Said it was pick up. They delivered and charged more because they said I need a coupon code and they cannot accept.
