I get constant service failures when using Face ID on iPhone X and Touch ID on iPad Pro after changing account info through NetTeller. Restarting device works and so does manual login, it’s an incredible inconvenience though. Otherwise, it has been a perfectly usable app.
We love our bank but the app constantly says user blocked. When I go tot the website it says I’m blocked. When we call the bank they say everything is good on their end. We aren’t blocked. This needs to be fixed immediately
I am trying to pay my bills through Rock Valley credit union site. There is no Icon to touch for the bill pay!How am I supposed to pay my bills. There are no updates for my phone I have an iPhone ES please help and get this fixed immediately.
Not a good app compared to so many other financial institutions.
I can only see 14 days worth of transactions. I can't search for anything. It's better just to go on the website (which isn't very well designed either, for that matter).
