Pros allows you to help clean things up around you and get a sense of neighbors who report you by seeing what is said , the day and tune it was said and even the addresses kind of giving a sense to who reported you, cons neighbors using this as a way to harass their neighbors while wasting taxpayers money on false claims. App puts complaints on blast before even proven guilty , no way to close s case on your own before escalates , and my biggest issue w the app is it shows on the report screen your cases are closed , when I called it’s not close it was just forwarded to a different agency ... ok why isn’t that stated? Just waisted my time and yours to figure out . Step your app up
App requires a login to submit service requests. Attempting to register for an account shows an error. Tried over Wi-Fi and Cellular. Issue appears to be on the app. This issue needs to be addressed ASAP otherwise new users can’t even use this app.
I’ve used this app a few times to report junk in the street and dead animals. I like how the app automatically loads a location map so I don’t have to know an exact address. Every time I’ve made a report the matter was resolved when I drove by the next day.
We couldn’t do our job without the support of the Sacramento County 311 teams behind the scenes. Thank you for all you do within the County- but must all thank you for your support in Carmichael.
I reported a pothole on Rip Linda Bl. The report was closed without the pothole taken care of. The pothole has been re-reported. Both reporting give an address in the 6800 block of Dry Creek Rd because the apps location lookup is inaccurate. The actual location is in the 5600 block of Rio Linda Bl.
Download and set up my account. Now all I get is an error message. Just moved out of Sac City and the app there is great, I hope that the Sac County app will catch up and be just as good...
When on the go, use the Connect 311 app to report a pothole, abandoned vehicle, or illegal dumping. The app makes service requests or reporting issues easier than ever. The app: GPS identifies your location; Add a photo to your service request/issue; Routed automatically to departments for resolution
