Safe 1 Mobile Banking

I've been with safe 1 since 1995. I used to be just a customer. I begged Lydia Chavez (best manager ever, happy retirement) for a job Everytime I went in she finally hired me. I went to school while I worked and she accommodated my schedule. I'm where I'm at because of her. I still bank with safe 1 all my loans I only use this credit Union. This will be the only bank for me. Customer service A=+++++

I have been fortunate to have been with Safe 1 for many years. Customer service and security and rates have been exceptional! Thank you.

The app will not let me cash checks through it anymore. I would usually use it because the bank closes pretty close to when I get off work and I have a commute. It will not take any picture I take no matter what. When asked the support they just say try again later. Full check is in view and it won’t let me submit even though I know is a good picture. Rest is cool though. Just that one thing for me.

Just wish safe 1 would allow mobile pay

Simple to use, however check deposit is not working. It keeps asking me to retake the photo of my check, even though it's a good photo and everything is visible. It won't accept any of my photos now matter how many times I take it. Such an inconvenience to have to go to the branch during this pandemic!

This is busy a great app and so simple. The only time it’s not good is when the transfer button won’t work for some reason.

I wish there were a way to access my account and routing number through the safe 1 app, also I would like to be able to use Zelle with safe 1 but it appears it is not compatible 😞otherwise it is easy to use

Nice and convenient, just doesn’t refresh over weekend and slow doing it , but I do like it !

Absolutely terrible in trying to deposit checks. You can stand there looking like a fool for 20min and it will not properly scan a check. Totally worthless other than seeing account information.

In the past, this app was good with showing what transactions I had made as soon as I made them but recently it hasn’t been keeping up and shows them 2-3 days later. I lose track of what I actually have. Please fix this bug.

I like this Mobil app. Of course it’s the only one for Safe1 credit union. Love the bank and personnel. For what I use this app for, it is perfect.

Can do my banking, pay my car loan, and my bills very easily!

I have a hard time keeping track of my transactions as the transactions are NOT loaded in a timely fashion. This makes it very hard for me to know what has cleared and what hasn't cleared. I love BofA because I always know where I stand with them.

No hassle with date 1! They make banking easy & painless!

I have the iPhone X and ever since I upgraded to this phone the app does not work correctly as it has not updated to utilize facial recognition. Please update!! Thank you!!

Gives everything I need with just one exception. All accounts should be available for transfer. Unfortunately my credit card through SAFE1 is not listed and requires me to call them to make a payment. That would be nice considering I can make transfers to my car loan through here. Something to think about.

I can check my account, transfer money between savings and checking, and even deposit my checks. At anytime! No lines or wasting gas going to the bank! Love it!

In the accounts section, you can see the breakdown of transactions happened in a particular account (savings/checking). I wish they add the time when the transaction happened because there can be multiple transactions per day and it will help a lot. Thanks!

Good app. Like that I am able to transfer money to cover purchases. I like that you are able to pay bills too. It's an easy app to use and I would recommend this app.

This app works fine. I do my folks banking and it runs smoothly. I did not give it a five because I need to see daily balances. It just shows the bottom line for the day you check it.

The app makes banking with Safe 1 so much more convenient. Way to go Safe One1. Now if we could just increase the number of electronic transactions one can do in a month would be really awesome.

Very easy to use; so far, I can do all the banking I need to do from this app. Granted, my needs are pretty simple--check balances, move funds, pay bills. Great so far!

This is a good app to use. It needs some improvement. It fails to show pending payments that have not been paid out. But otherwise I like the easy access to my accounts.

It lets me view my bank account 24/7 and deposit checks, pay bills . I rarely go to the bank

It saves a trip into town which is wonderful. Capturing the photo was a little tricky (capturing cards for Apple Pay much easier) but finally succeeded. Hopefully, this app will improve with time. For now, I'm very satisfied.

Complete bank control right at my fingertips! So easy to navigate. Now I don't have to go to the bank to transfer any money ^.^

This is a great app for banking. Now after the update they recently had you can now deposit checks right from the app!!

Easy access to view my checking and savings account. If I need to transfer, it is also accessible. :)

Great App that is super simple for all of my banking needs. Check deposit can be a little "iffy" on the pictures but it's awesome

It's useable but regularly crashes on my iPhone 5. It would also be nice to see it optimized for iPhone 5.

Well it is nice that you have an app for some mobile device at least but for those of us tech junkies, we a moving on. This apple stuff is getting old. Please get started on a Windows platform App. Thanks..
