The app isn’t working. I see my subscribed apps but when i click on the videos the app closes and they will not play. Love the idea I really wish it worked.
I don't use this app for my kids -- I use it for myself. I've long had issues with binging through YouTube videos displayed by the Youtube algorithm on the home page and suggested panel. Your app was an amazing solution, and has drastically cut down the time I've used YouTube, while still allowing me to follow a couple channels I love. It has been a phenomenal tool. Given the prevalence of YouTube addiction and the growing public awareness of how algorithms can manipulate you to stay on a platform, this app has great potential to be marketable to a mass audience of people looking to cut down their screentime without giving up videos all together. If the app is repackaged, remarketed, and most importantly MADE AVAILABLE ON THE iPHONE, I could see it becoming a massive hit. Here are some bugs I've found. 1. Upon launching the app, I am able to full screen a video only once. Subsequent attempts to full screen a video fail, and require me to relaunch the app. 2. Some channels (maybe those with 1000+ videos?) do not load all the videos the channel has uploaded. It seems to randomly decide which ones to show. 3. Sometimes the app will just freeze after exiting out of a video and become totally unresponsive. 4. The home page will only show 6 videos at a time. Please consider my suggestions. I really love this app and would like to see it improve. I use it everyday.
