Same day prints

And that’s what they mean . I love using this app . I have used this several times along with my daughters and we have never had any problems getting our pics to go through ( meaning it works very well for me and my daughters said no problem with submitting their prints ) excellent Quality photos as always . By the time I’m ready to go shopping my prints are ready and waiting . I save tons of cash just sending the pics. out rather than trying to print them on my personal printer. Thank You CVS . Quality a Problem

I decided to print about twenty-four, 4x6 prints for a project and downloaded this App. The photos were taken both with an iPhone 8 Plus and a mirrorless Olympus camera with a pro-quality lens. At at least 20 megapixels and 0 blurriness in the original photos, the small 4x6 prints should have been razor sharp. I sent the prints to CVS, and as promised by the App, the photos were ready in about an hour. However, the quality on at least 3/4 of the photos was absolutely atrocious. I’m not a photo snob, but there’s literally no reason why these pictures should be blurry. Some of the photos were also cropped in bizarre ways, which, again makes no sense. I appreciate the turn around, and maybe the horrible (and I mean, horrible) quality was the fault of the particular CVS I used, so I gave the App three stars. Update: I changed this review to 1 star because I downloaded CVS’ app and my photos printed faster and were PERFECT. Maybe it’s not the app, but I used the same photos...all I did was change the app I used.

Hit or miss

I’ve used this app about 10 times and 4 out of 10 there have been issues. When there have been issues, I placed the order, received a confirmation number and a confirmation email and then another email that the order was ready. When I went to pick them up, the store did not have them and had no record of the order. Disappointing.

Store Locations

I have enjoyed using your app to order photos many times, but sometimes it “freezes” when I go to locate nearest store. There is a Walmart nearby, but it will not identify it sometimes. I’ve been trying for two days to place an order, and just now got on again and “my Walmart” came up. It would’ve let me choose that one, but it said that’s where it was sent. I hope so. It’s very frustrating, because you don’t know til the very end, after choosing photos, quantity and edits. I did that so many times for this same order.

Quick, easy and worth it!!!

This app is amazing. You can upload your pictures send them to the store closest to you and in an hour they’re ready. The quality is great!!! we had to print pictures quick when my father-in-law passed away, and this made it so much easier in a difficult time.

Frustrating

It took 5 attempts to put through my order. Apparently there was an issue with one of the photos and that stopped the entire process. Had to go back to the beginning and had to keep changing the location from near my office to near home. We’ll see how it works out. Not sure I’d use it again.

Printing pictures

Downloading the app is the best thing I could have done. Printing pictures off my phone is only a click away. I like the fact that the app is really easy to use and navigate. I give this app 5 stars thank you for making it easy to print pictures.

Perfect App

It’s an awesome app, they get it done in hour but they won’t always notify you but that’s okay because pictures are always printed! If there was a way to crop pictures on the app that would make make it even better. Overall just a great and reliable app that is easy to use!

I have gone into CvS and Walgreens to print photo books with such heavy delays on behalf of their slow slug wifi. This App is truly a god sent on my valuable time. Thank you for making printing photos and books so enjoyable!!! Excellent App for retro photo people!!! 👍💯

My CVS

Every time I go to CVS they are very helpful. Nicole in photography has had to show me at least 7 times how to print from Kiosk. My husband passed away 2 years ago now. I had a locket I wanted to add his and my photo to. Nicole patiently worked with me until it was perfect. I am grateful for such wonderful and caring people.

Quick service!

What a great app! Took a picture of something I wanted to include in my son’s birthday package, uploaded to CVS, and picked it up 45 minutes later! (I remember the days of taking a roll of film out of my camera and taking it to drug store to get printed and waiting a week or so.) Technology— so easy and fun! Thank you, CVS!

I like the convenience. It would be helpful if you could order wallets with prints and group like items on checkout. It’s also inconvenient to have a $50 limit after you have ordered.

Easy and convenient

Love how I don’t have to download to my desktop or these other sites. I can just select pictures right off my iphone using the app and send them off to be printed and all within an house. Not expensive at all either!

Orders not going thru

I place four orders all within 1/2 hour. Each order was for 18 5x7 prints. (The app would not allow me to place an order over $50. ). I called the retailer to ask if the orders had been received and asked when the prints would b ready. None had been received even though it had been 25 minutes since the first order. I gave the retailer each confirmation number and no luck. It was the correct retailer and she spent quite a bit of time looking for me. What’s going on??

Quick and Easy

This App is super easy and quick when u need prints right away!!!! This isn't meant to print prize winning photography so if that's what u are looking for them go out and buy material needed to do so don't expect a free convenient app to do the work for you

Easy Peasy!

So much simpler. The old system made me scroll through all my photos to find the ones I want. By letting me select an album to look at, it’s much easier to find the desired photo. Overall it’s simplified and easier.

Gets the job done, UX could be better

Gets the job done, so 4 stars. In my opinion a 5 star app also has a pleasant UI. IMO the user experience could be made a lot cleaner, with less elements on screen when selecting a store and reviewing one’s order, for example. Also, it could be modernized for the latest devices.

So far I’ve used this app a lot ever since I’ve had a baby I what to document and print out every picture and it’s just so easy picking them out from my comfy couch and picking them up when I’m ready ! Love this app!

Great only one little annoyance

Great mostly easy to use! However I need to select 573 photos from my library and that took forever. Please implement a way to either select all or slide a finger to select the ones you want faster. Thanks!

CVS app wasn’t uploading my photos. This app was simple to use, downloaded the photos quickly, and even allowed access to all of my photos versus just my camera roll on the CVS app. Very pleased

How amazing to see little faces when they see a picture of themselves working or reading. “This is what you look like reading with your classmate.” Very powerful motivation.

Good app, but Poor Accessibility

I've used this app for years, and I like it a lot. The one difficulty is that it's lacking in accessability. The store picker and item quantity chooser buttons don't work well with voice over.

Almost perfect

I love this app because I can print out pictures quickly. The only problem is my order never successfully downloads if I have more that 20 photos in my cart. A little frustrating but that’s alright, I’ll just stick to making multiple tiny orders that actually go through.

Needs a cancel/escape option throughout

I can wait, it’s just so convenient and simple otherwise. Workaround: Double tap Home (IOS), swipe up to unload, relaunch app. Walgreens should offer a mail order option for the housebound.

Prints

There’s little quality control with at least 1/4 of the prints being unacceptable. For example, often the skin tones are reddish &/or orange, grainy bring out of focus and cropped with the pictures being distorted. Today the system crashed loosing all the undeveloped images. The clerk was unable to offer a solution or seemed very concerned regarding the customer’s inconvenience. Will never use CVX again!!

It cut my head off

Purchased an 8x10 and it cropped my head off of the photo. I wish it would have told me or warned me that it was going to automatically do it. I do enjoy printing photos off my phone and picking them up within an hour
