The employees in your bank are fantastic. The issue lies with the awful. Awful. Awful online banking services. From Friday at 5 until Tuesday at 9 the service is unavailable. It is drastically poorer quality than even the smallest local credit unions. Yet. In a daily basis during those times. I can receive endless. Useless messages about common sense items. Phishing scams on line safety. Perhaps we could skip beating routine information to death. And focus on having a more real time experience with the online banking features at Saratoga National.
I love Saratoga National's phone app, you might be wondering why I love it so much? Because it has tons of useful things like bill pay and mobile deposit, fingerprint instead of password, etc. My old bank that I still have a credit card through still doesn't have any of that on their Mobile app. Their app is useless essentially, Saratoga National's app lets me pay bills with ease, if I want to check my balance it's literally a fingerprint away. No writing an absurdly long password every time I need to check. No having to log in on a computer to pay my credit card. I love this app.
