I first saw this company while traveling in Europe a number of backs. Bought some shirts and still wear them today. Great clothing and great value. I’m glad to see the stores opening in the US. Only think I would say not positive, is the sizing of the men’s cloths. I’m normally a Med in shirts and sweaters. 32-33 pants. I have scotch & soda clothing from XL to small. It makes it very hard to shop on line. Also some of the models on the website do not represent how the clothing fits when I try it on. It normally looks much better on. But over all I love their clothing
I tried buying several items during the cyber Monday 20% off sale. I had the items in my cart and the site would not allow my purchase even tho I purchased items from SS a week prior. I contacted customer service and they refused to do anything to help. It’s baffling that they wouldn’t even offer 5% off but told me to wait for future sales. What a shame.
App runs smoothly. Easy to use. Everything is placed where you’d expect. One thing I’d like to see is being able to swipe to see different sides of a piece of clothing while on the grid screen, instead of having to tap on a piece of clothing to see different angles
I had a very frustrating experience shopping at Scotch & Soda. I was very happy going in, because I love Scotch & Soda clothing, and there was a large sale. I picked out some things I wanted to buy, but when it came to payment, the site rejected had problems processing the payment. I called and emailed multiple times, but still haven’t a single response more than a day later. I went back and tried again a few hours later, only to find that some of the items I wanted were out of stock :/ 2 stars because I could never give you guys 1 Star :(, Ben
This app has a lot poor user experience issues around favoriting items (adding other items to your favorites) and going in and out of an item view without resetting where you were in the scroll. That said, it still great for quick viewing and item tracking. Disappointed it has been down for maintenance for so long. Hopefully they’re making some big improvements!
I love that I can create a wishlist. Shopping through look books is an excellent feature. Haven’t had any glitches to the system and the content itself is always top tier! Got to love Scotch & Soda’s seamless presentation.

I’ve been using this app for a while now but seems like for the past few months the app has been under maintenance. Is there any timeline on when the app will be updated and functioning again?
This app is always a pleasure to surf for new gear. I particularly like the force touch to zoom feature. Development for this app is definitely many steps ahead of others.
I am 6'5" and thin. Have trouble finding slim clothes my size. Not only do these clothes fit but the quality is top notch. Love this brand. A must buy!
This app has been down for several weeks at this point, yet somehow still manages to send me push notifications all the time. At least fix the typo on your error page.
So I have an account on the app and on the main S&S website, but they are not connected since if I put something in the shopping cart via website the app will not sync and my items in the app are not visible. Keep in mind it’s the same account email address and password but I think the issue might be that within the app I am unable to select my shipping country as it is not available even though on the website it is. Can you help with this, please? App is great but it is simply useless to me in this state since I can’t really order anything with it. Thanks!
Don’t buy clothes from this retailer. Never got updates on my order, at some point they claimed it was shipped, no tracking # was provided, then got some refunds but am still waiting on $7.95 (all items were well above this). Customer support has been unresponsive.
The app looks great, but it never loads the pictures of clothing in for me like the website does. I have a 1GB/s internet connection, the Scotch app refuses to load listings. I’ve stopped shopping at scotch and soda because of it
Never use app tp buy!!! I order 6 item and after I pay them, the app “Order History” section shows that I didn’t purchase anything, and when I use the website to review, I lost two item but still the original price.
Shopping experience is great on the app but PLEASE fix the Apple Pay. I’ve had to re-enter the payment info 5 times before accepted. It’s annoying. Otherwise, carry on.
App has been in maintenance for months but I still get notifications of sales???? I like this brand before the acquisition. Been disappointing so far after. Dropping the ball hard.
Apple Pay does not work, creating a new account does not work. I had to open the account on their web, and then come back to the app to complete my payment with a regular card...
They sent me the wrong item and then charged me $7.95 to return it. Tried to contact customer service but didn’t get a response. You just lost a customer and I’ll be disputing the charge. Cheers!
