SeaComm FCU Mobile Banking

Amazing app still love it but this new update is horrible!! First off I don’t know of to many elders using the app. So therefore everything doesn’t need to be triple the size it needs to be. Can’t see but a couple things on your screen at once. Just completely failed on the things that needed work within the app!

Before the new update came out the app was my go to. I always used it and I loved it! But once they updated it it keeps saying I have a one time outstanding pin but I never received an email with the pin or a text. I have called the company multiple times and they told me they fixed it and would hang up. When I go to log into it it would still say I have a one time outstanding pin. I’m not the only person that has been having this issue, all of my sisters have been complaining about this as well and it has yes been resolved. If this app is going to keep doing this you might as well just get rid of it.

Really enjoy their new update. However, I dislike having to change the password every six months. Should make it a year! :(

It is currently not showing any transaction history. I have called and there appears to be nothing wrong with the app that they are aware of. It has been very frustrating. It does still show me my balance though, just no transactions.

Being visually impaired this new app is very difficult besides there’s huge waste of space on the screen little tiny letters huge blank screen doesn’t look like SeaComm please bring back the old app thank you

Now with fingerprint support. No longer need to input password or change it once every 3 months. The one update I’ve been looking forward for for a long time

The updated app this week is awesome! Completely refreshed UI, TouchID, applePay, and PayPal transfers all included. App feel and quickness is much improved. Even on my old iPhone 6 Plus. Highly recommended!

Jess Roach at the Watertown NY branch is an absolute SUPERSTAR!!!! She is always wonderful to speak to and goes above and beyond to help whenever I have an issue with any of my accounts!!!!

I like being able to check my accounts 24-7. Nice service to have.

Like the update, but agree the font could shrink a bit to allow more info on each screen. Even we “elders” could probably handle it.

I really love the app, easy to use and very effective! Also like that you can send money to and from SeaComm accounts!

This app has ALOT of room for improvement. The website does as well. Having to log into multiple places to get things done is far from convenient. What’s worse is that none of the employees know how to use it either.

Saves alot of time doing mobile deposits.

Great 24/7 app. I appreciate the ease of use.

I was very happy with the old app. The new one is pretty, but not as useful. Shows less info on the page. It’s not “bad”, but more bulky.

So glad they updated it to fingerprint access. They are slowly but surely catching up with the larger banks apps. Great job SeaComm

I can’t log in, every time I’m given “Invalid signon”. I’m able to log into the green SeaComm app but this one won’t budge, even after resetting the password. I’m sure I’m using the right credentials, so this is all on the app.

Love the new app with face recognition!!!

New update is terrible, I can only see three transactions at a time when doing my balancing. Why did it have to change so much 😭

The app is constantly crashing! It seriously needs some updating. Very frustrating.

After multiple attempts made and upon last steps app shuts down.

Great app, I've waited a long time for this, and so far it's awesome.

Good app, could do more but otherwise being able to check balances or transfer funds on the fly is ok.

So I just switched to SeaComm and I’m already getting irritated. This app haven’t been updated in almost 3 years now. It is no longer compatibility with any version of iOS past iOS7 and it’s unable to do mobile deposits. It has me locked out of half the things the app is intended to have.

Finally us northcounty people get an awesome app! This Is so easy to use!!!!!
