Amazing app still love it but this new update is horrible!! First off I don’t know of to many elders using the app. So therefore everything doesn’t need to be triple the size it needs to be. Can’t see but a couple things on your screen at once. Just completely failed on the things that needed work within the app!
Before the new update came out the app was my go to. I always used it and I loved it! But once they updated it it keeps saying I have a one time outstanding pin but I never received an email with the pin or a text. I have called the company multiple times and they told me they fixed it and would hang up. When I go to log into it it would still say I have a one time outstanding pin. I’m not the only person that has been having this issue, all of my sisters have been complaining about this as well and it has yes been resolved. If this app is going to keep doing this you might as well just get rid of it.
It is currently not showing any transaction history. I have called and there appears to be nothing wrong with the app that they are aware of. It has been very frustrating. It does still show me my balance though, just no transactions.
Being visually impaired this new app is very difficult besides there’s huge waste of space on the screen little tiny letters huge blank screen doesn’t look like SeaComm please bring back the old app thank you
Now with fingerprint support. No longer need to input password or change it once every 3 months. The one update I’ve been looking forward for for a long time
The updated app this week is awesome! Completely refreshed UI, TouchID, applePay, and PayPal transfers all included. App feel and quickness is much improved. Even on my old iPhone 6 Plus. Highly recommended!

Worst mobile deposit to exist I get checks every week for work and I don’t get paid sometimes a day later because the mobile deposit can’t recognize the amount horrible experience
This app has ALOT of room for improvement. The website does as well. Having to log into multiple places to get things done is far from convenient. What’s worse is that none of the employees know how to use it either.
I can’t log in, every time I’m given “Invalid signon”. I’m able to log into the green SeaComm app but this one won’t budge, even after resetting the password. I’m sure I’m using the right credentials, so this is all on the app.
So I just switched to SeaComm and I’m already getting irritated. This app haven’t been updated in almost 3 years now. It is no longer compatibility with any version of iOS past iOS7 and it’s unable to do mobile deposits. It has me locked out of half the things the app is intended to have.
