i click on the app and it doesn’t even load.. it says i have no connectivity but honestly how can i even post this? is this a crash issue please fix :/
I recently moved from RGV and no longer have the access to drive up and deposit my check. I am really considering closing my account and moving to a local credit union here in my new town because it has become a challenge to make deposit. I do have an ACH that goes into my checking account but at time I would like to ability to deposit an additional check into my Money Market or Savings. I don’t know if the credit union has any plans on enabling mobile deposit, but that feature would defiantly be a saving grace and a good reason to stay. Member since 2000.
The new update for the Mobiliti app is beyond horrible, I’m currently stationed out of Texas and will be moving overseas for an assignment and I cannot access my account. I have deleted and reinstalled the app to see if it was a minor bug issue and I still can’t access my account. Not only does this app not function well, it is difficult to get in touch with the branches or let alone speak to someone. The old update was bearable and easy to access, hopefully these issues can get resolved, thank you for your time.
After the latest update, the app refuses to open. I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled it from scratch, restarted my phone, cleared caches, etc… it just won’t open. This problem started as soon as the app was updated. Very disappointed. Looking for an new update soon to fix the bug, or will have to bank elsewhere. In this day and age, accessibility is everything.
Logs you out sometimes randomly and doesn’t let you log back in for a good while. If you call and complain they are just gonna say “well have you deleted the app and reinstalled it?” Which that method doesn’t work at all. They really need to work on their mobile app, it’s nothing compared to my Bank of America app
I’d give five stars if each transaction had the card number that was used. As is, can’t tell what card was used for what transactions. Needs more details.
Each time I try to use the app it immediately crashes after the startup loading screen. The moment I reach the login it crashes and kicks me off the app. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but same results.
App not working. Keeps saying I have connectivity issues. I tried both on and off wifi. I deleted and reinstalled the app. I checked my settings. Still having the problem.
The app says no network connection and it does not work when I clearly have a network connection available please fix it asap its been like this for the past month thank you.
Not as good as other banking apps. Fairly good, needs fine tuning, fixing of small bugs, also needs iPhone 5 support to accommodate for the bigger screen.
My app is updated and I am not able to see pop money to pay out. Horrible app I’m ready to close out this account that I have had for over 35 years. Technology is like the 1980’s. Bank of America is amazing. I have numerous checking accounts and this bank is the worst! Feel free to call me. 956-457-4255
New update will not allow me to log in! I had to change my password online. Then change my username online. And now the app keeps telling me the answers to my security questions are wrong! Even though they work on the website. Please fix!!
