After all the banks refused to open an account with me due to my poor banking history. You guys decided to take a chance with me and it’s been a blessing every since. My favorite option this bank provides is the $1,000 non credit loan that comes in handy and also builds my credit I love you guys and you have a customer for life!

The iPad version doesn’t work well. It forces horizontal screen...I like to use my screen vertically. Also, check deposit is unusable on the iPad...the camera is impossible and it keeps forcing you to flip the iPad. I have to use my phone to deposit checks.

Please Add Zelle Please change the deduction or negative activity transactions to RED instead of black.. so much easier for customer to view. Thank you for this change

It only lets you make one transfer then you have to re-get the app, or it will keep logging you out when you try to click the transfers options.

I am on the go and may need to check my balances just before a transaction. I love the quick check balance without having to go thru the log in process. Much more time consuming if I forget my password.

Needs the option for paperless billing so I don’t receive a paper bill in the mail each month. I prefer email or text.

I absolutely love the ability to make remote deposits! But what I love most is the “snapshot” view without having to log in. Now that’s a helpful and nice option!

I have digital banking apps with other banks, credit unions and saving and loans. Securityplus got it right. I don’t need a branch anymore. I have a branch in my hand.

I love the convenience of this app! I am able to see and access all of my accounts on one dashboard!

We need more filter options for transactions.

The app logs you out the second you switch to another app. That make balancing your checkbook app SO very convenient.

Convenient and easy to use. Such much information at one’s fingertips.

But I jus can’t pull up my statements from my phone and had to call to get it emailed and bank charged 5.00 dollars per month

SPFCU APP is super easy to navigate. I especially enjoy the convenience of mobile check deposits.

SecurityPlus is the best, and the app makes it convenient and keeping up with your finances.

Transfer action fails with a retry prompt. Retry prompt doesn’t do anything. Keeps reloading Retry prompt - even after closing/reopening app and even after delete and reinstall. App is now non-functional.

I love the fingerprint scan unlock option! Literally makes the login process ridiculously easy! My other bank(secu) doesnt have his feature, but need it! The user interface is easy to use and precisely what a banking app should be. Great app SFCU!

I like the many conveniences with in this app, however when you take a picture for mobile check deposit. You have to retake the picture several times before it will accept it. The images are very grainy and black-and-white. It will continuously tell you the friend image is not the same size as the back image. you have to almost have the check in perfect alignment for it to accept both the front and back images.

I have been using this app since it debuted. I love the convenience of depositing with the app. No traffic no lines. Just have to make sure there is no writing on the RTN. I can instantly check my balances whenever I get a text message. Bravo!!

Great app, very easy to use. I had one issue with "pay bill" selection , it would not let me update billing information . I had to go to full site.

Am I the only one that the check deposit part of this app is not working? Is there anyone that can help me? It worked once and then after that I haven't been able to deposit anything

The app is good and easy to use. The transfer screen should look more like the online version and have the same fuctionality.

Pretty good app. Only problem is that when you deposit a check and take a bad picture the bank does not contact you to let you know your money will not be deposited.

The app allows you to do everything that you need with the simplicity and the efficiency that you would want in an app.

Agree I've had to retake photos of checks in order to get them accepted for deposit, but I've had that problem with the apps for other banks. On the whole, this app is very good.

Being able to deposit checks through this app save so much time. So far no issues.

Always banked with them. Hate to pay fees to the big banks. This app has improved significantly and I love it.

Nice app. I needs to be able to add new payees in the make payment area. Other than that it works fast and well.

This is a very efficient app. Easy to log in, convenient maps to nears ATMs, easy to make transfers. I'm very pleased with SECU for providing this to customers.

This is a great app for us customers,Can transfer money,deposit checks and much more.

App works great. Does what I need it to do. Only complaint I would have is that it is very plain and boring. Not very exciting to look at.
