Seis: banca móvil en español

I have been with SEIS since January 2024 and have to say that is a great mobile bank. The App is very easy and friendly to operate and if you need any assistance 24/7, the customer service is super courteous and professional willing and able to help you at anytime. You can use your virtual debit card anywhere and it’s totally accepted. I also have the physical card and work as well as the virtual one. Zelle and ACHs works amazingly fast and without problems. No problems with deposits of any kind. I think the only issue is a physical branch to make deposit of financial transactions but for a basic day-to-day bank is fantastic. I totally recommended. I have been using this app as my main bank account for the past 9 months and it is been working perfectly, i have no regrets or complains, good job to developers and people behind this great app, i hope it continues to be great in the future

I’ve been using SEIS for almost a year and so far only minor inconveniences happened, so far happy with the service, but now suddenly there will be a third party involved a new bank associated, which frankly I don’t want to use (so far everything has gone pretty good only with SEIS alone why change?) and after the last update is mandatory to move your account to this bank (deleting your previous account with seis and switching automatically to this new bank with quite bad reviews)…. And that’s how everything starts falling apart, i guess it’s time to start searching for a new bank, I guess good things don’t last forever

The app is really easy to use but the customer service needs to be improved because their wait times are really long, so long that some times you forget that you’re trying to solve something through them and some times you can’t solve things because they policy seems kinda trashy

They take too long to deposit the checks, it takes like a whole week to finish it and put the money in my account, would be amazing if you can take less time in that

This app is trash it sign me up to things I don’t want to and steal from you and do t gave it back and every time you go to a gas station it would take 100 dólar from you account and gave it back like in 3 day and am tired of this app that is trash taking money from me

When you have any problems that need to contact quick with customer support, never answer on time , answer 8 hours later

The only problem with this bank is that the zelle is limited to just $500 per week that’s very bad

I signed up because they're was no monthly charge. I only paid to add money or to get cash but now they're charging $6 a month on top of that. That's not what I signed up for.

Terrible service, I've been waiting for the card for 3 weeks and it never arrives and other banks only take about 10 days, I don't recommend it.

Submitted my SSN and photo of license but was still rejected and wasn’t even given a reason why or option to retry. Skip this app seems like it was made by a team of amateurs…

So I recently had my phone stolen in an unfamiliar area which caused me to lose access to a major email I use for all my banking apps and what not and I haven’t been in a stable position to keep a real bank open In a few months so I went out of my way scabbing the internet for an alternative that I haven’t already tried and that didn’t hound me for an id photo because ya that was also stolen but I still have money to put in my wallet and it’s a lot easier to keep up with when it’s your phone that is either glued to your hand or in your back pocket… anyway I came across seis first thing that caught my eye besides the name which I thought was cute but also questioned why 6 was the feature that it was comparable not only with cash app but also Zelle which is something that not all online cards can do that is probably the biggest most unique perk for me then I realized the 6 might have stood for the devils favorite number because I am clearly an English speaking woman (from the valley) and my Spanish is not so great but I’m familiar with these platforms and i know my way around a lot of these banking apps so I pretty much know all the functionalities the problem is when there is a problem…. They often freeze the card without notification and god when I call the number for help surprise it’s in Spanish out of frustration I convinced my Spanish friend to sign up we figured it would be easier if he just got my money and transferred it to his card to get our hotel room tonight well as simple as it sounds it’s not their customer service has you on hold for hours just to give u a runaround or tell u somthin you already knew… your card will be frozen often got frozen after his first transaction I have yet to unfreeze mine kuz I don’t know what their saying not to mention I am missing a deposit of $400 that should have come through hours ago smh I can’t get much help without screensottibg everything and running it through a translator but other than that it’s great some would say amazing very colorful I just wish it where more diverse lol

Why the app is not compatible with zelle???

Solo tengo menos de un mes y medio y me cerraron la cuenta sin ningún aviso de problemas y cuando llamé al servicio al cliente solo dicen que fue cerrada por mi seguridad y para mi es un chantaje. Solo espero la devolución de mi dinero porque sino pondré esto en manos de abogado porque con mi dinero nadie se queda.

Me registré en la app, pedí mi tarjeta y le deposite mil dólares, la tarjeta nunca la pude usar porque no pasó en ninguna parte, cuando quise devolver los mil dólares a mi cuenta zelle me decía que había un error y ahora me dicen que no me pueden devolver mis mil dólares por una transferencia sino que tengo que esperar un cheque por 28 días hábiles que mi cuenta tuvieron que cerrarla! Son unos estafadores.

BRB ha forzado el cierre de tu cuenta. Actualiza a una cuenta de Thread para reactivarla al instante. Estoy llamado al soporte y nadie contesta quiero una respuesta y quiero mi dinero

He estado usando esta app por un año como segunda opción hoy he hecho un depósito en efectivo y aún no se refleja en mi cuenta esto ha sido después de cambiar a la nueva cuenta que por lo visto está muy mal al igual al servicio al cliente que me han ofrecido hoy llevo 5 horas tratando de comunicarme para saber a dónde fue a parar mi dinero ya que la app me notificó q estaba disponible y aún no me han respondido de veras que decepción

Algún funcionario de este bank descubrió que mi tarjeta era objeto de fraude. Yo acepté cancelar la tarjeta y en su lugar me enviaron supuestamente otra, la cual supuestamente demoraría 21 días. Hace 24 días que no me llega mi tarjeta. Y ahora un funcionario me dice que la tarjeta llegará en 21 días más. O sea, tengo que esperar dos meses, sin tarjeta, por algo que no fue mi culpa. Y por si fuera poco, es la única opción que existe. Sinceramente, el peor servicio, la peor gestión, y la máxima inseguridad para sus clientes. Los clientes que usan seis, lo usan por razones pragmáticas, no estéticas. Evidentemente, seis no ofrece seguridad a sus clientes, sino demoras sin opción (y muchas veces sin sentido), y una política de reemplazo de tarjeta bien misteriosa y mediocre. De seguro a nadie le sirve esto. De cualquier manera, ojo si optan por los servicios de seis.

Si quieres perder tu dinero, descarga este banco sin duda alguna son maestros en el robo descarado

Hace meses me mandaron un mensaje por la aplicación como si yo abriera la aplicación y los mensajes cada segundo y considerara seis la única app que tengo o si no tuviese problemas en mi vida, no me llamaron ni me mandaron mensajes de texto que son más directos. No me dieron un servicio humano y con consideración, sin embargo me trataron como si su servicio fuera el mejor y no les importaba mi situación y me BLOQUEARON LA APLICACIÓN Y ME DEVOLVIERON EL DINERO EN CHEQUE A UN DIRECCIÓN QUE ESPECIFIQUÉ QUE NO ME MANDARAN. Además de que la demora de la devolución de mi dinero se tomaría de 30 a 45 días o puede ser que más días laborables como me confirmó el servicio de atención al cliente. Me dijeron que me llamaría el manager en 10 minutos en una ocasión, pero me dejaron esperando por un día completo hasta que decidí llamarlos y al final fue otra falta de respeto ya que no me respondían lo que me hacía falta saber y el servicio de atención al cliente no le importó mi situación y me seguían diciendo que así es como es el servicio. Estoy muy decepcionado de esta aplicación que no tienen una sucursal a la que podamos ir y resolver nuestros problemas, por teléfono no siempre se obtiene el resultado deseado y es más inhumano el servicio por más palabras bonitas con que las adornes. No todo es lo que parece y al fin me di de cuenta de cómo es en realidad la administración de esta aplicación bancaria. Son unos falta de respeto.

No se si son los 7elven o es la aplicación seis, pero muchas veces me ha tocado que quiero recargar y me dicen que no se puede, escanean mi código toman mi dinero y luego dicen que no se pudo hacer la recargar. Muy mal.

Actualmente es imposible vincular la cuenta con Zelle. Todo Porq según Zelle no tiene negocios con seis. Tengo seis hace mucho tiempo y ni siquiera he podido enviar dinero a mi familia. Pésimo 👎 recomiendo MAZA
