Of all the online banking systems I use (~6), this is the worst (both mobile and desktop). I don’t think I’ve ever been able to successfully login. Forget password? Forget about it. The pain of access this app has frustrated me enough to give up, and then I miss my cc payment bc of it. I’m canceling my cc with them, all do to poor online presence for consumer clients. Consumers stay away.
The app has me wondering if it is legit. It is so basic it looks as though it was developed 20 years ago. I don’t feel secure using it. The old one wasn’t very good and this one is worse. Looks like Servis is cutting corners and making it’s long time customers pay. On line customer service is not much better.
Usually I can do all my mobile banking through this app but for some reason the past 2 weeks I haven’t been able to have a successful mobile deposit. I go to make the deposit and it goes through. If there is an error it would immediately inform me and I would have to make the attempt again. This doesn’t happen now and I’m under the impression things are fine until I find out it’s a week later and the check never made it to my checking account. Please fix this
I have several bank specific apps for some of my other accounts, but none work better than the ServisFirst Bank app does! It is very impressive and I can control the majority of my financial life through my iPhone and this great app!
Of all the banking apps I’ve used this is definitely the worst. Fails or quits unexpectedly half the time, tends to be very slow and issues are difficult to resolve. I’ve had it for years and am very disappointed it hasn’t improved in that time.
This app was great the first month. All of the sudden, it quit working. Once I log it with my password, it completely shuts down and returns me to my home screen. I deleted it a few times and reloaded it, and I still have the same problem. Does anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions??
Until it was recently updated and now it gets stuck in a loop. After entering my cash management information, it returns me back to the cash management login just as if I had refreshed the screen. Please fix.
