Great at Everything
I ordered 2 items and not only were they discounted they came early and in the same week of my ordering even with the virus slowing them down. Also when it came it had uplifting notes and stickers that said “You’re Gorgeous” and etc. even the catalog book had a pop out note telling me how beautiful I am. This beats any website I’ve ever visited. I will continue ordering from here.

They’ve done better!
I have been using SHAPERMINT for about four or five years and I’m happy with the product and the sales and all of that however, I put an order in recently and it didn’t fit well so of course I sent it back, but I have had to go back and forth with the chat box for the last couple of weeks I don’t know why they ask you for your phone number when you have to go back-and-forth in the chat box! I work all day in the pharmacy, answering phones and the last thing I wanna do is go back and forth with someone in the chat box. They finally got my order straightened out, I hope. They will make restitution for you. I would imagine if you had a lot of issues, or give you a coupon which is about half of what you paid which is good or sometimes they’ll tell you to keep the order and donate it which I think is very good business. With the sizes you have to go with your gut and what feels best for you. This is why I had a problem with my order going by what is listed on the app. The best thing to do is go by how a product feels to you and that’s the size you need.

No REAL customer service AVOID like the Plague!
Easy to order, impossible to return. Shapermint provides no phone number. A consumer’s choices are to have circular conversations with their Bot or leave a message and receive a text and email stating they are looking into it. My first order was in Feb of 2024, second in March before I realized I’d be stuck paying for all items even those that do not fit, a bra that literally fell apart on its second wearing. I don’t believe in the J Lo uniform malfunction until the most comfortable of the Shapermint bras came unglued!!! I have received multiple shipments since billing my credit card. There is no place on the website to remove your credit card so Shapermint randomly sends items and bills me. Credit card company is helping me out. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, did receive a response from Shapermint again stating they cared and would help me out. However, their help is only to direct me to their website’s Returns & Exchanges site which responded “No Order Found” just as it has done with every order since February. Do yourself a favor, avoid doing business with Shapermint.

I have to admit I thought I loved this company at first because it was my first time using any type of shaping wear. So I joined this club...well it took two months before I ever got my first shipment. And even though you give them your sizes, even though I wear I size 16 and only select size XL or 2xl on things that run small...they sent me $60 worth of stuff size 3 XL! What am I supposed to do with that? Carry my children around inside my pants with me? Oh but wait, they sent me a bra holder so: small! For my 3xl breasts! So when I go to start a return, it says order not found. I thought it was because it was in payment lingo. Well, payment hits my account and I once again start a return/exhange process and guess what??? It says all says final can't be returned. So they basically stole $70 from me...or we could say they gave me junk clothes for people who weigh 40 lbs more than I do that can't be exchange or returned. I would have better luck shopping out of the car trunks of crackheads...they're way more honest than this and that says a LOT!

Incompetent Company
Bought 2 packs of 2 tummy toning underwear and waited 3 weeks, I get a package 2 pairs not 4 arrive and it’s a completely different brand and not shaping at all. Then I chat with customer service who didn’t seem like they understood anything I was saying even though I sent them my receipt and pictures of the items I received. After some time I was offered to have my order shipped because apparently item was oos before which is why they sent a “equivalent” again 2 instead of 4 underwear and not shaper so not sure how that’s equivalent in any regard. Now I’m waiting another 2+ weeks on that because the use DHL one of the most god awful slowest shipping companies to exist. Here I am about a month in, still no underwear yep won’t be ordering again.. I don’t enjoy complaining but seriously this company is plain incompetent.

I’ve ordered several shapping products and been happy with all purchases the fit they don’t roll down or up on the legs even after using facilities they go right back for comfort light weight and breathable. I’ve recommended the product to curvey friends and thin friends because even if your thin you can always benefit from shapping wearables.

Nice , pretty and very useful piece
Im very excited to receive my shaper ! I order one size up ! I regularly wear XL , my weight is almost 187 lb I’m short lady but with curves! So it is nice and stay in place, don’t rolls ! It is high waist , i choose short style because i need it. All features about the the sellers said it is true ! It’s amazing shaper ! Definitely I recommend it ! Thank you

Item sold out, but took 9 emails and a chatto find out.
I placed an order for a bathing suit top and bottom. The order for the bottom went through, but the top wasn’t in the order. I followed up with an email to customer service and we went back-and-forth over. Of four days and nine emails. I was told to re-order it and I would be credited shipping. I did. It still didn’t come, nobody responded to my emails and I was only able to solve it through a chat that lasted almost 30 min. I was told the top was out of stock and to check back in September.

Worst Shopping Experience Ever!!
This company hides behind an automated computer. They sent me my package DHL who turned around and delivered it to USPS. Living in an apartment with small mailbox’s it could not be delivered and claimed I gave them the wrong address. My address was correct. You can’t talk to a human. I wanted to cancel the trial membership, which they claim is so easy!! They connected me to the automated system that told me there were 57 people ahead of me! I don’t care how wonderful the product may be, the fact they can’t supply human contact is a no go for me!

Love the fit
I am am older woman (almost 70) and I have fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis . I have a hard time finding a bra that I am comfortable in and I am comfortable with this one. I got one free and tried it. It was so comfortable compared to what I had been wearing that I went right on and ordered six more!

Worst experience ever
Never received any confirmation of July 5th order, but was promised an email containing the information. 2 email promises of a refund unfulfilled. Then I get charged for a membership! Laughable. Online chat promise of a 24-48 hour refund, again…nope! So glad I used PP; otherwise I don’t know what I would have done. Products may be good, but I’ll never know…delivery never received and because I had no information, I wasn’t able to make sure if it was delivered, I could get it before porch pirates!

Great Quality Products but Glitchy App
I absolutely love Shapermint & I am a repeat customer but the app has serious glitches & bugs. It doesn’t show all my orders. I just made an order and the confirmation email I just received was blank SMH. No Order Number/Order Date/Shipping Address/Total, etc- all that information was blank & $0.00. If Shapermint can fix the bugs & glitches in its app- it’ll be top notch 👍🏽

Very disappointing!
I have never seen such an incompetent company that uses an even more incompetent delivery carrier. Orders aren’t fulfilled for 10 days, I can’t sign in to my account or the app., I get stuck talking to robots and when I finally get customer care they send me links that send me out of the conversation then they leave and I can’t get back to them. I’m not sure I can recommend this company or it’s app to anyone. I wouldn’t want this much frustration for anyone I know!

Pricing and offers
Pricing and offers do not match between the app and online. The more I buy online, the bigger the discount. Also have an offer for a free bralette that does t appear in the app and payment is also different between the app and online. The app needs to represent the same prices and offers as shown online.

Horrible!!
I ordered two items and wanted to return one because it was not the right size. Not only did I never get refunded I ordered the items on express shipping and three weeks later I still haven’t got it. Please fix your problems you guys have amazing quality fabrics and clothes but you need to ship them on time and give us refunds when we ask for them. This is unacceptable save yourselves the trouble and don’t order from this. It will be never come.

Horrible App
App is super difficult to navigate. The pop ads block everything and continue to pop up on each screen. The tracking of a shipment was virtually impossible. I finally did it on my laptop. Some updating on the app would really help. And …. I don’t think I got the promised extender.

I’ve tried to set up an account with you guys WSU to many times every time I set up an account..... it says I already have an account! When I put in my email address it says I don’t have an account! I have retried about 7 times! I placed an order 2 weeks ago and I have not received anything! The last time I ordered from y’all none of this happened! Plus I did not have to set up an account!!!

As a Senior Citizen I need to actually speak to someone. I’ve ended up not being able to return or exchange. First nothing indicates what to keep in possibility of sending items back and I’m very upset by their computer program constantly cutting me off.

So I tried to create an account. It is contingent on an activation email. I activated my account in the email. 10 minutes later, it still doesn’t recognize my user name or password and I can’t log in. So realistically, I don’t have an account even though set one up. I deleted the app. Not worth my time.I’ll check out as a guest if I order, per the usual.

Less than just ok.
The app is ok; however, the product itself is not great and—from my personal experience— falsely advertised. I got the empetua leggings (the every day ones that are NOT supposed to be see-through). 1.) They’re see-through. 2.) They ripped at the seam on the back during my third use. 3.) They actually do NOT stay up with the “sticky strip” thing at the top. 4.) Last (and most important) a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

I ordered the 2 high waisted underwear’s and I was not happy with what I got. Not only did they not make a difference to my tummy like they advertised, the silicon top kept on rolling down. And I had to pay to get a refund??? Nope. Never using this app again🤦🏻‍♀️

Did think I needed it or wanted Shape wear until I tried SHAPERMINT!
Wow! What a difference from what I thought was excellent shape wear that was very well known (YUMMY) ; seriously compared to the SHAPERMINT there really is no comparison- HATED that other brand-too tight no matter the size- too stiff & scratchy compared to the materials and softness of even the firmest SHAPERMINT! Really , from Diabetes & being immobilized by a broken foot on left leg & a torn ACL on my right knee, at the exact same time, immobilized me completely for four months & it’ll be a year until I’m even close to normal as the weight of the left leg cast has ruined my left knee too -my point -I’ve gained over 45 pounds and afraid I’ll be gaining more-45 years the same weight except for the time pregnant ( twice) but within days back to normal clothes-Now I’ve started to wear Shape Wear all the time and I want it comfortable but to work enough to round me out! The bras, high waisted boy shorts and camis are all great for everyday wear and the have better pieces for dresses and more formal dressing-I want comfort even when I need to return merchandise or exchange pieces-My first order was all wrong but they helped me make it right ! No arguing no problems they were so very polite & helpful! It was a pleasure shopping with SHAPERMINT! I was only buying a single order-I’m on my third order of 3-6 pieces and it’s only been a month ! I keep buying more because it’s better than all the stuff I already had- This SGAPERMINT I LIKE! Try it yourself if you are not satisfied tell them RETURNS COULD NOT BE EASIER-Call them it couldn’t be more simple.

I have talked to countless robots… and I still haven’t got anything figured out. I bought 8 products and none of them work. Normally, when I order from Shapermint, I don’t have issues, but this time was horrible. I placed two orders. I never received confirmation emails for either order. Then when I went to have someone track my package. I was sent to this completely different website. Call Howly which try to get me to subscribe to their business for $46 a month. There’s some type of third-party establishment that helps track packages now mind you the first time I never got to speak to anyone from Shapermint which I finally received. Now for the second package this was a complete nightmare first they were having trouble tracking the package and the young lady kept telling me you must’ve used a different email address to which I told her. I only have one email address that I use for online purchases so it’s under email kept telling me it’s not coming up. We spent 25 minutes 25 minutes back-and-forth about an email address to only find out that the reason she couldn’t find my package was because she was typing in the wrong email address was wrong so we tracked the package she tells me that the package was delivered on April 10. It was left in my mailbox, I told her if I had gotten the package, I would not be asking you to track it and she goes well. It was it says delivered. I told us and I understand what it says or what you see when you’re in, but I’m telling you as the consumer that I did not receive the package, so tell me OK well I have to put in a refund and I’ll get these to you as soon as possible. Delivery date was today the 22nd and there were no packages from Shapermint so again I have them track the package and I find out that now the delivery date has been moved to the 24th which is cutting it close because I leave on the 26th to Atlanta for a wedding for which I ordered the shapermint shapers for. Shapermint really dropped the ball this time. I’m not sure when or if I’ll order from them again.

Never received my orders, twice
My first order was ordered and paid for with the correct address when I ordered the delivery person change the address to a different address and delivered it to the wrong address so I got no order. That was on May 29, 2024. So I re-ordered to try again contacted the company by email never heard back left in my phone number never received a call and again the information was all the same correct address and city state and ZIP Code and phone number once again on June 17 2024 today my package was delivered to the wrong address so once again I did not receive my package. I have been on chat several times both different times cannot get through to them. What is going on? I have emailed several times and have not heard back. It what to do to get my merchandise.
