I ordered the Air Max 2 CB ‘94 on Shiekh a couple days prior to the Nike drop. From start to finish Shiekh made the whole process seamless. Just got the shoes yesterday. Fast shipping! I would definitely recommend checking them out and downloading their app if you haven’t already

Probably my order was an outlier in the system, but so many issues. The app looks easy to use but from my experience it can glitch. I ordered some shoes for delivery to my home but it switch to store pick up. I never received a confirmation email of my order, I talked to customer service and they do answer me but I never received the information that I needed about my order other then its ready. Some people probably have had a better experience then me but would not use the app to buy items anymore

I shop at shiekh for their jeans. The quality is great and they feel like they were made with high quality materials. Not to mention they are the latest styles. When I look for stylish jeans sheikhs is my first choice to look from.

The wishlist doesn’t work properly. If I search the specific shoe the heart is there but if I go to the wishlist tab nothing shows. I also haven’t figured out a way to use my military discount like on the Nike app so that’s also something I’d like to see a change in.

First time ever using the app and store and i hit on a pair of Jordan’s i wanted and to top it off it’s my birthday..thanks for making it that much better and i will definitely be doing more shopping with this store

2/6/18 I want to bring this to someone’s attention because it is the last straw. I will be deleting this app. This app has a serious issue. When i click on someone’s instagram on tinder a message pops up and says, “Would you like to open this in the “SHEIKH” app?” Why would i ever want to do that. No i don’t so this app keeps doing that for multiple other apps i have and for that reason i am deleting. You guys need to consult your IT Guy because this is embarrassing.

Only app that truly gets a chance to get Jordans at retail price. I have honestly had a great experience with this app. Keep up the good work.

i downloaded this app to find good looking shoes and i was beyond disappointed because i look at my favorite companies shoes and y’all barely got any of the companies shoes and what yall did to Dr. Martins is not okay because if i was them i would sue yall for real putting they ugliest shoes on their and when i went to go look for boots for women all of them were hideous and i felt like i was let down so its a 0/5 stars for me personally

The app is easy to navigate and easy to checkout and browse. However, the shoes on the app are different than if you were to go to the website on google... some of the brands aren’t on the app and some aren’t on the website... and on the app, shoe prices seem to be higher than on the website 👀

I was told by customer service that it could take days for my order to actually process and add 7-10 days from that date to receive my order. Unfortunately I have been spoiled by buying directly from Nike so 2weeks+ is unheard of and feels like the shipping charge is a scam as well. The reviews on slow process and shipping are legit.

The app has come a long way, I am very satisfied with the way they do raffles and give us all a fair chance of copping sneakers that are limited. Much love 🙏🏽

Zero stars. This app is horrible. There’s a shoe I want to buy and it’s “app accessible only”, that’s why I had to download this mess. I can’t even buy the shoes because my transaction keeps declining and it tells me to try again later, with no success. Don’t make a shoe app accessible only if your app doesn’t even work.

The app is fine. The company itself has EXTREMELY slow shipping. My order has been “processing” for five days now. At this point I don’t have faith that I will actually receive it. Great selection of products, but I’m sure it’s because no one ever gets what they ordered.

Ordered a pair of heels only to find out there is not order history to address the debit from my account. I cannot call customer service as there is not “contact us” option to track my order because no order exists and not email receipt was sent. Only a debit from my bank account. What a scam!!!!! The app is crap!!!!

This app hardly ever load the pictures when you click on New Release or even try to see what shoes they have on the app. Can’t even enter raffles because when you try to select the shoe size the sizes don’t come up the app closes out a lot as well

I never win the drawings online but I do at the stores here in California so that’s a plus for me and it’s better than any other sneaker app for drawings

Shipping should be free once you spend over $100

There needs to be a bigger variety of shoes for men’s i was looking for vapor max and they were all of the bad colors and they just don’t have what i’m looking for.
