Needs work

I downloaded the app to receive a discount on my order, but based on this experience I will probably delete the app and just use the browser site for any future purchases. UI is clunky, buggy, and slow; no option to filter at all, and finding a category (eg, "skirts") is unintuitive; if you use the search bar, half the results that show up will be sold out and you can't filter them out (why would I want search results that are sold out?); if you click an embedded link in an item description and then add that secondary item to your cart, it's actually the first item that will be added to your cart (ie, I click on a skirt, the description says "try pairing with this shirt!", I click the link for the shirt and add it to my cart, but the skirt is added instead); and I experienced multiple crashes and oversights in the checkout process. I love this brand, and I hope they give some extra love and attention to their systems and processes. I had to unsub from the emails because the subject lines were egregiously dishonest clickbait and the app is in serious need of testing and repair. Additionally, I'm nervous to make big purchases on a clunky app because according to other reviews, customer service isn't responsive when an order goes wrong or a glitch occurs. It's frustrating that a fresh and exciting brand like this is so behind industry standards in these critical areas.

New App

American Threads recently made a new version of their app. Personally, I like the old layout better but that is not the problem. My current problem is that if I click on an item, there is nowhere on the app to leave the item. When looking at a specific item, there is not back arrow to bring me back to the page I was previously on.

So New, So Simple

American Threads’ App is so easy to navigate! I usually hate shopping with apps because the layouts can be super confusing or over crowded with products and pictures. This app is so simple and chic. The menu options are right at the bottom and every thing is set out to be clear and precise. The checkout experience is super simple and they’re customer service is really helpful. Their product line is all so beautiful, I almost don’t want to keep opening the app... And I OOP... There goes my bank account! If you’re looking for an easy access, simple and clear shopping experience American Threads is the perfect app for you.

Great customer service!

The dress I ordered for my daughter was too small so I returned it and ordered a bigger size. The replacement came and it was a size smaller. I emailed customer service and they were super responsive and credited me the shipping to send the dress back and for the size I needed. The dress is really pretty and good quality! I would recommend them.

Obsessed with threads (and this app!)

Because i do most of my shopping online and usually find cute clothes on Instagram, this app has made it so easy to immediately connect to any outfit I see and want to buy. It’s super user friendly and I can buy things immediately when I see them go on sale on Instagram :) highly recommend!

New App Layout

Love this new layout! So simple to navigate. Also love that it’s easy to use and see merchandise clearly. Def one of the better store apps I’ve used and get special discounts/early access with the app 💗 Warning: dangerous to have on phone because you will end up constantly scrolling and wanting to buy everything lol 😂 💸

Love this app!! I love this store and love that I can have it at my fingertips so I know when to swing into the store for sales and the cutest clothes!!! 10/10 recommend and I open it on the daily!!

this app NEEDS sort by size

I love the clothes on this app and the ease of navigating it, but it is way too frustrating to have 80% of the things I really like be unavailable in my size. I stopped shopping on the website because it’s too tedious to click through every item just to see if it comes in a S.

Threads Babe for life!

Won’t let you check out

I tried for days to checkout but it kept saying it won’t ship to my address. Bad glitch in the app that won’t go away, needs to be fixed.

Scrolling is not very smooth. It kind of makes looking through the pages harder to do. The scroll is much slower than all my other apps.

Placed my order, items arrived damaged. Emailed for a resolution, it has been days now & still no response. I would not recommend ordering from this website!! A waste of my money.

when you go to checkout it says “payment can’t be processed” then charges your card anyway. can’t call their contact info to leave a message because the voice mailbox is full

Front page of app provides free shipping code but it doesn’t work. Discount codes for signing up for notifications don’t work or selected items are “excluded”. Feels like there’s a missed opportunity here.
