Shop Samsung
Consumers should have shopping applications from their favorite or one of their favorite brands. Samsung does that here and makes it easy for users to see what they offer from TV’s to appliances to smart home devices. The design is modernistic with a stylish clear background that is easy to view images off of and read text from. Users can quickly navigate from product category to product category. Each product item has detailed information of features, technological specifications along with high quality images. This application is well worth a download for anybody who is invested in their products or like me who is curious about the catalog.

Making it really hard to give you my money
To start with the app is clunky at best which makes navigating it a pain. But, I’m willing to overlook that in order to still purchase the appliances I’m so looking forward to having. Now here’s my story: I’m looking to get a new Stove and Dishwasher. About a week ago I went online on my laptop to your website and applied for financing and was approved for $4200. However, to get the two appliances I wanted with installation and Samsung Care+, it would be $4400. (I am not getting appliances without the care plan and installation from the manufacturer, let’s be real). So yesterday afternoon I called to raise the credit limit and was successful to the tune of $7000. Great—so this morning I check on the app and sure enough, in the app it shows my raised credit limit. But here’s the problem: I can get the appliances but not the Samsung Care+ plan because it’s nowhere to be found on the app. And you must purchase the Samsung Care+ plan in the same cart as the appliance or you can never get it according to your website. Now when I go online to your website on my computer, it doesn’t show the raised credit. So I’m trying desperately to give you my money but y’all are making it incredibly difficult.

Delayed delivery, delay refund, irresponsibility, bad customer service
I ordered m8 monitor since Oct 21st and the shipping status was not updated (it was at label created on ups) and ups didn’t receive physical shipment so I try to contacted customer service several times to follow my status and they confirmed me that I will receive item even the status was not updated and I have to wait for 10 business day (4 days delay from estimate delivery date in Samsung app). After I wait for 10 business days, I don’t receive my monitor and I try to contacted customer service again!!!! They said they will issue refund process and I will receive refund within 24 hours but I didn’t receive refund or any email to confirm and I try to contact them again and they said the refund status will show up in my bank account within 72 hours. But Now 72 hours and I don’t receive any refund!. I contacted customer service again and she told me to wait for 24 hours again!!!!! I don’t know why Samsung is very irresponsible and unprofessional. Now I wait for 14 days and i have to wait again and again. Don’t buy anything from Samsung!!!!

Unfortunate Experience with Samsung: Feeling Scammed and Disappointed
I feel scammed by Samsung. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra from the marketplace, and everything seemed fine initially. However, after registering the device under my name, Samsung unexpectedly placed my phone on the banned list. I believe they should have pursued the original purchaser for credit instead of banning my phone. Later, I spoke to a Samsung agent about trading in my phone. They instructed me to send the phone for inspection and assured me that they would provide trade-in value. So, I bought a new phone for trade-in and sent the old phone back to them. However, they didn't send me an inspection report within the expected time frame, and after a month, they rejected the trade-in. Unfortunately, I couldn't return the new phone as it had been over a month, even though I hadn't opened it yet. Now, I feel helpless and scammed by Samsung. Their customer service hasbeen disappointing, and I don't find them as reliable as Apple.

The best of the best
I am a loyal Samsung customer. I recently upgraded my phone, I had a Samsung S10e and there was a great promotion on Samsung. I had to take full advantage of this... so I got my Samsung note 20 ultra. I went to the store to see if I could get it the same day, but unfortunately they sold out , I had to order one online. I am very happy with my purchase. I been staring at a small screen for too long... I can’t and will not stare at small screens after I switched to a note smartphone. The people who work in the store are very friendly and helpful. The order took a little longer to arrive because the phone is such in high demand... I can’t wait to try out the 5g capabilities once I go to an area with 5g connection. Overall a happy customer.

Decent
Downloaded the app from my iPhone 7 a few days ago because I’m about to switch back to Samsung so I wanted to make sure I knew which phone I wanted. Used the app only a couple of times and from then on when I pull up the “shop” selection in the menu options, “phones” is no longer an option. It won’t let me look at phone selections at all. It worked just fine the first couple of times but now something has happened to the app and i no longer see a possible selection to view smart phones at all. Aside from that the app seems easy to navigate but if I can’t look at phones then I’m kind of screwed because Samsung is currently offering a $200 discount on any phone and I called my local Verizon and they said it would only be possible to get the discount by GOING THROUGH Samsung to buy the phone...kind of lame since I’m unable to do so....

samsung let me down
i’m honestly disgusted with the customer service i was given 2 days ago my new S9 that i ordered 2 months ago was corrupted by a system update that you guys pushed. i called the tech support and they could not help me and when i tried to talk to a supervisor i was told they were busy for over an hour on the phone and when i asked again i was transferred but then hung up on i called so many times the system new my name. so now i have to pay for t-mobile to replace a phone losing all my precious memories that i have had over the years thanks to your phone i have pre ordered every samsung phone since the S6 and even bought the samsung tablet and new S3 Watch because i believed in your product ....but now i hate to say i’m very unhappy with samsung and feel like just getting rid of all the products i have in my home and going to another brand you were apart of my family and you let me down

Incompetent Sales & Service!
I can’t view products unless I have a Samsung action and log in. No thanks. Samsungs loss. Why would you not let people view your products? Are your sales Teams mentally challenged? That is a horrible business model. No wonder your employees are on a strike with no end in site. Your all clueless! I have several phones and Kitchen appliances. Their phone apps all have ads. It’s why I’m an iPhone owner now. Every single appliance has broken multiple times. They are flashy looking junk. The repairmen are clueless. My oven door wouldn’t close all the way and the oven light would remain on. Their solution was to place a rubber kitchen cabinet adhesive door stopper on the oven door so when it closes 99% of the way it presses the switch turning off the light. They told me it was fixed and drove away. Of course it melted off that night. I think they hire medically retarted people!

Q90 4K- terrible/rude customer service
After days of researching TV’s we decided to go with the Q90 series 4K. The last day of cyber shopping, after business hours, my wife tried to do this online. Our financing approval fell short by less than 100 which we could have easily covered by other means if we were given the option. Then while doing the online chat with “Raul” on the same evening he said there wouldn’t be a problem. He said all we had to do was call customer service during business hours and inform them of the situation, and they would still honor the cyber shopping sale price. So when my wife did call on the next business day, they did increase the credit line but she was treated very rudely and even hung up on by one service rep when trying to get the sale price as “Raul” said would not be a problem. Very disappointed customers of multiple Samsung products.

Customer service is horrible
I’ve always had a Samsung phone but this was my first time trying to purchase my phone through them directly and I’m already regretting that decision. My order was canceled due to an issue with my billing information. That made no sense to me seeing that they already authorized the payment instantly. Customer service wasn’t able to tell me exactly what the issue was that I should just place my order again. How am I supposed to make sure the same thing doesn’t happen again if I am not aware of what the problem was. My billing information had no errors. I’m having to wait longer to receive my phone now, didn’t even bother upgrading my shipping due to this issue. Worse customer service I’ve experienced quite frankly and I woke in the field. I will never purchase with them directly, considering not purchasing all together.

Terrible Service
Can you Improve your Customer Service…!!! 😡🤬😡 Since last week I have been checking and requesting to get my 2nd IMEI since 2 IMEI’s are needed by the NTC for dual sim to block my STOLEN phone… and Yet, one of the Biggest Tech company cannot even Help me on this… This is totally Ridiculous..I already have my 1st IMEI, Thanks to my Receipt.. But you kept insisting on that I have to check my IMEI from it’s Box.. for God sake.. Not everyone keep their phone box!!! Another thing, I remembered registering in Samsung Members and if I’m not mistaken, I recorded my two IMEIs there and yet You are Not Allowing me to Retrieve my account.. of course my registered phone number was Stolen as well.. But of course my Registered Email still Works.. So, are you just telling just ‘NO’ to every Customers who are desperately need your help on this… YOU only care About SALES.. That’s it.. 😡🤬😡

Love Samsung and love the app but...
As the title suggests, I’m a Samsung fan across all product lines throughout my home. I am provided this device to use for work. Wanted to share on this platform, during the order flow, after selecting financing (or whatever payment options) the flow breaks and are unable to move past to the shipping flow. Worst app I even used
Since I installed app it always work slow. When you try to make an order each second time doesn’t show you cart. Tried to connect with live support, it’s just shows white screen and you never will have change to connect with someone to ask about your problem. In general so disappointing with service from Samsung. Applied for finance through them, it was approved, but since that try to place 3 orders and all was cancelled and still no explanation from support why this happened. Twice stay on the line with support in the end of the day, and when their day finished, they just finished call and say good buy, even though I stay on the line more than half hour. Choose some other finance company or retailer if you want to safe your nerves

Do not use this App
Samsung does not provide any support. I ordered a Samsung S7 Edge for my son for Christmas using the app on Tuesday and paid extra for expedited shipping. I called today to check on the order. I was told that my order-and hundreds of others-did not go through due to problems on Samsung’s side. I never received any information on any problems with my order. I spoke to many customer support people who all explained there was nothing they could do. Their only suggestion was to cancel my order and reorder. But that I would not be able to order for at least a few business days. No responsibly or help. Just sorry but we can’t do anything to help. Will not order from Samsung again. Show why Apple is a better choice. They actually have customer service and stand behind their products and services.

TOTAL CF customer experience
If you want your appliance delivery to be one big cluster … I mean GIANT CF, then use this app to order. If you like to spend hours on the phone with people in the Philippines who don’t understand wth is going on, and who won’t give you answers but just want to placate you, then use this app. If you want your product delivery to be with Russian wannabe mafia teenagers who arrive late and don’t want to work past 5pm, who then make excuses that none of the connector cords came with the appliances, then won’t give you an actual installation date, then use this app. I swear to almighty God in heaven I will NEVER use this app again and will do everything I can to spread the word to NOT DO BUSINESS with Samsung because of their shady, rude, lazy, and incompetent third party affiliates. Shame on Samsung.

Problem with their payment verification system
Attempted to make a purchase with multiple payment methods for more than 10x and order got cancelled within 20 minutes after the order confirmation. Error just stating generic message stating can’t verify billing address, shipping address, phone number and credit card information. These payment methods have no problem with other merchants. Customer service is horrible. All of them can’t speak good english and refuse to admit there is a problem with their systems and keep blaming customers that it is customers’s problem. Long wait and keep bouncing me to different people within Samsung which couldn’t resolve the problems. Gave up to use Samsung. Will try other brands.

WE CAN’T LO0K UP PHONES SAMSUNG!
They’re literally nowhere on the this app. And your website doesn’t allow us to use the trade-in option either, as no trade-in phones can be selected, which is why exact reason for using your app in the first place. Now I can even find your phones. This is ridiculous, considering we can’t even do a search for them either without other irrelevant stuff coming up. You have now made it impossible fir me to trade in and purchase any of your phones. I mean, should I even be ranting about this? Please fix your app already. You’re probably losing a lot of sales from this. Not my problem anyway… I don’t manufacture and sell phones.

Does not perform correctly
I use Samsung and Apple devices, on Samsung this app works properly, it's shows your orders and you can actually order from within the app. On Apple devices this app opens up but it never shows you orders or phone devices you can order. Is Apple stopping this or is this a limitation with the Shop Samsung App on Apple devices. What ever the case may be this needs to be fixed. If it's Apple trying to limit Apple device users from purchasing and viewing what Samsung has to offer that'll be a shame and potentially illegal. If it's Samsung who dumbed down their own app what's the purpose of creating it for the Apple store when it doesn't work properly. Fix this please Samsung

Could be more user friendly
I would like to order a dishwasher with installation, but I am unable to locate this option. When I use the app provided information to call for help with my order, when I choose the right options I am given a recording and told to call during normal business hours - but this is 5:30 pm central time and the app states that order help is available by phone 9a-9p eastern - so this is well within normal business hours. When I intentionally chose help with phone and tv orders the rep immediately transferred me to a line that disconnected me again. I just want to make a purchase. It is unfortunate you’ve made it so difficult to use your app or online ordering service.

Amazingly Samsung
I have had some issues with my Samsung so I purchased a new I phone, well my iPhone was fast challenging and by enabling all the cookies in the apps I received the wildest adventure. However my Samsung was the most reliable and productive, useful phone to date. If you only knew the stories between me and my phones. The videos have been taken the Samsung 10 to unbelievable limits. The app developers really utilize all the technology possibilities for me and my sons.

Barely Functional
The application is barely operable. If it wasn’t for the additional discount… I would’ve just used the website. Loads incredibly slow… if the connection doesn’t time out. I had to remove an item from my cart about 6 times and then had to save to later to get it to actually stop reapplying. Once I proceeded to checkout… everything magically reappeared. I removed the application and reinstalled about 3 - 4 times… no resolution. I’ll probably actively avoiding using the app without the first-time discount.

This app works like CRAP on my iPad 🤬
The developers need to realize being forced to use an app in vertical when you have the device in a horizontal case is beyond annoying. I tried to buy a Gear S3 frontier wearable and you can get all the way to buy now but the blue bar does NOTHING when you push it. The app is absolute garbage! Samsung how do you expect to sell anything to iPad users? I have a Samsung phone and will be forced to use it or a computer to purchase from your company directly. Not sure about that.....just wondering why you did away with the larger screen Note model with the new 10 series? 🤔 P.S. Worst Shopping Experience Ever
The app is not very good at all and is rather buggy, but that’s not even the worst part. I ordered multiple kitchen appliances after struggling to get everything to add correctly to my cart. Afterwards I was hit with a surprise delivery charge despite being offered free installation, which is incredibly misleading. Several days have no passed since my selected delivery date and I have no received my items, nor have I received any update as to where my items are or when/if they will ever be delivered. Customer service has been incredibly rude and hang up/disconnect the chat. I do not recommend this app whatsoever.

Need more improvements
It doesn’t give you lots of options for the IOS shopping. It’s slow and it keeps loading. It doesn’t save anything in your cart, if you leave the app you have to start over again. If you use their website, you can find more products including phones which in this case with this app is not possible. So if you’re planning to do shopping for the phones, watches and tablets I suggest you to go to their website until somebody realize that they need to work on this app and fix things.

Crashes every time I try to buy something
For an app designed to “buy” things this one does a poor job. It frequently crashes during normal item browsing but consistently crashes when doing The final “buy” operation. I keep hoping that with analytics the app team will see the crashes and will fix these but this app has been doing this for over a year. I’ve even replaced my phone and it’s still doing it so I don’t think it’s me. Please fix this app. Two stars instead of one since it does mostly let me browse, I just have to buy on a pc with a browser. Sad.

Cart page shows never-ending-spinner
When I click the cart icon it navigates me to the cart page and shows a loading spinner. The spinner never ends spinning and it’s been going 30min. Why did I wait 30min? I’ve been trying to report this issue on Samsung website talking to agents on chats. I’ve talked to 5 agents and all they said was they are in this and that department and can’t help me. Then they transferred me to another agent. One of the agents transferred me even before she asked me questions to know more about the problem lol There’s no way to report a bug or contact the support team via email, so I’m leaving this 1 star review.

Very buggy
There are a lot of bugs in the app. It was much easier just to use Chrome to shop on the website, simple things like changing the image of the product you wanted to look at. It would not work. The person I was chatting with gave me a link, when I clicked on the link, it said that there was an error and could not proceed. It was the same thing on my Samsung using the app as it was on the iPad using the app. I was able to work through it and make my purchase, but it was a lot of frustration.

I had asked you to replace it
Due to it overheating when I first purchased it. Now I have an update that I’m completely locked out of my computer. Fingerprint doesn’t work. Not recognizing my pin. Granted I don’t have access to the recovery email. That’s my fault, but at the same time. I asked you to replace it and you wouldn’t and now it’s not recognizing anything that I have set up and in order to keep everything on my computer. I have to wait 30 days for Microsoft to update an email or factory reset. I’m sticking with Apple. I don’t have this issue with them.

Easy Peasy
I dropped my 43” OLED 4K TV over the weekend, and I was really bummed out. I decided to check out Samsung to see what deals were available for Black Friday. I upgraded to a 49” QLED 4K TV. Purchasing it was super easy, and it should arrive in a few days. I’m looking forward getting it. The majority of my products are made by Samsung, and I really like them. I’m an actual customer, and I wasn’t paid for this review.

Really buggy app …
The app does not seem to have undergone any quality control: unable to view my orders on my iPhone, iPad. I am able to view my orders using Samsung’s own devices though. The content is not being served most of the time - probably because of the same issue mentioned above. After a long wait - the very unhelpful error (complaining about Timestamps) is being logged. This situation is ongoing for a very long time. I just cannot believe that Samsung iOS app developers are not aware of this issue that in reality makes their app useless …

No help/useless customer service
Samsung finance does not work. Now I got a hard pull on my credit for something I can never use. They will probably reply to this and say “speak to our e-commerce team for assistance!” Yeah no they are no help. Telling me to go buy elsewhere. Telling my to use my debit card now. Pathetic excuse of a company I will never be using them again. I made sure to ship to the billing address on Samsung finance to avoid issues and they just keep canceling orders. All my information matched to the dot. Will be reporting this whole incident to the BBB. PATHETIC!!! This needs 0 stars without a doubt.

Unnecessary
Anything I do on the app directs me to the web page. For some reason, the app no longer includes tablets and mobile devices, only accessories. Also, when you view products, you can no longer view the full specifications and features, nor compare different devices with one another. And again, even if I click on a product in the app, I’m directed to a webpage. Therefore the app is literally useless on all of my devices, including my Samsung phone.

This is a mess
Putting aside the lack of devices available likely due to Apple restrictions for selling competing devices, checkout for other items is a nightmare. One price is shown for the product, a second one in the cart, and in spite of applying rewards they get knocked off when the transaction is submitted for payment resulting in yet a third different price. Aside of this, it would be really nice if I had the ability to pay my Samsung Financing balance within the app instead of constantly screwing around with TD Bank’s horrid website.

It works, but it’s redundant
This app works fine, but I really don’t see the point in having it. It really doesn’t add any features, at least that I could see, that weren’t available on the website. From a consumer perspective, I don’t see the need to add more notifications or more potential vulnerabilities for my phone, or any storage space lost to cache data. Or, you know, any personal data that the app may need for “conducting routine business operations.”

Can not view smartphones!
I am currently using an IPhone se and I want to purchase a Samsung galaxy note 8 off of the “shop Samsung” app. When I went to get onto the app and look for smartphones they weren’t on there. I don’t know if it’s because I have an iPhone or what but I got on the app about a month ago and I could view smartphones. I would greatly appreciate if this problem could be resolved because I would soon like to purchase this phone.

Swiping is very annoying
Multiple times I’ve been sent back to the homescreen when customizing products and when trying to finalize my purchase. The slightest swipe to the side of the screen will back you out to the main page. I suggest you replace that instant boot by having the page peel away the further you swipe, so people can know reset their gesture if they don’t want to leave the page.

Hmmm
I gave the app 5 stars because it is easy to navigate and they have good discounts to go along with great products. However, I really believe because I’m using it on an Apple device they are keeping me from seeing the discounts on the phones. I can see everything else but no phones. Hmmm

Frozen screen and lack of full products
I’m using iOS and the app is behaving wired. Often the touch or scroll got no response and screen freezes from time to time. You’ll have to exit and reload the app. It doesn’t help updating or reinstalling the app. The second issue is the app doesn’t have cellphone and tablet products. Can’t believe how mobile app doesn’t have mobile products?

Help please
Ever since I got this app Siri and Bixby have been fighting for control over my iPhone, I tried google searching ‘how to remove bixby’ but I don’t have a bixby button! To make matters worse, bixby just randomly activates and purchases tons of useless random crap from these stupid ads that Verizon has been putting there. I’m almost out of money, I never even registered my credit card! Please send help.

Patience is a skill I enhanced
Trying to purchase an electric range. On the delivery options page, it shows when the earliest date is, and if I want to add additional services. Things look good! Item would be shipped soon, and I don’t have to worry about installation and hauling off the old one. I’m definitely sold. Problem is the Buy Now button never seems to work...no matter how many tries...no matter how many months have passed. It’s like the app doesn’t want Apple users to add on to Samsung’s sales earnings.

App needs a better browser menu.
This rating is not about the products. But the app. It takes long to find the diverse products offered for 1 type. I don’t like that they default as filter the 2019 products. Specially if you really looking into buying a search of specific products should be easy. I like the products, I just really dislike this app.

Mobile not on the app.
I have to keep going to the web to shop because phone items don’t show up in this app. Not even in search. I go to web and to my cart, then the cart forces me to the app that I have to resign into. Sometimes the items are there other times I have try and start over in the app to no avail. Needs to be fixed . Almost didn’t upgrade to the note because it kept sending me in circles.

Easy to use
This app is easy to navigate and makes the experience easy for the user, it helped me to see products that I didn’t know Samsung sells, that pods, or all the options for smart homes. In the referrals sección I would love to see the status of the emails I sent to my friends, I can only see “resend” not sure if it’s because they didn’t sign in, or it’s just a generic message Update Nov 8, 2019 I ended up stop using it, every time I open it, it’s logged out, and even when it’s open it shows you a pop out to try the APP, why? I am in the app When you save products in the wishlist, it does not update the current price, you have to go and see every time

Wrong tv
So I got a 65” class NU7300 curved smart 4K UHD TV online..after waiting for its arrival then back and forth with the delivery company “AGS” in terms of delivery time that Samsung couldn’t resolve when I asked they please step in .. I got of work just to come receive it today .. and later found out it was a 65” UHD Tv “ a flat screen “ like seriously how can this mistake be made is what I’m still trying to understand.. my first time getting anything Samsung all because I liked the curved tv.. and then I was let down!!

Amazing
I have loved Samsung for years, and now buying their products is easier than ever. I can buy them on the go, or at my house if I just want to pull out my phone and make a quick order. I really recommend this app! Thank you Samsung!

Too buggy
Please hire more QA people to test your app. The app crashes when I select my last order. The other day the multi factor authentication wasn’t working because one of the button was always greyed out. You better provide quality apps if you want to compete against apple.

Not so ideal shopping experience
The app kept asking me to sign in each time I started the app which is kinda annoying. I recently placed an order of washer and dryer set but it won’t fit at my home so I refused the order upon delivery. The order status still showed as shipped in the app after 2 weeks and I haven’t received my refund as well. There is also no way for me to track the cancellation status on the app.

App doesn’t work!!!
Since I already have Samsung financing and already have a virtual credit card I figured I would buy something that will pair with my TV. As I logged into the app it keeps telling me something went wrong at checkout. When I log on to the Samsung store online at checkout it wants me to apply for another credit card. All I want is to purchase a sound bar for my Samsung TV using my Samsung credit card.
