Love using this app! I am able to keep track of my accounts quickly and easily. Login and you immediately know your available funds. App makes it very very convenient for their customers. Great communication when deposits, transfers etc. are complete. If you are a customer of shore bank you have to get this app.
I love banking with Shore United. I've had business and personal accounts with every bank out there. Nothing like a hometown bank feeling. And the Elkridge staff is always willing to go the extra mile, letting me know why I love banking and trusting you guys.
Backward savage run app. Same people using this bank to hold their money are the same idiots developing it. It’s extremely evident why this bank is and stays so small. The app doesn’t work. Staying “logged in” only logs you out quicker. Balance is always delayed by 24 hours so numbers are off. It’s clunky and some pages remain half way on the page after closing. Poorly made, no effort. Real testament to the rest of this financial institution.
Shore United has been amazing. I was. Severn customer before and the customer service and technology improved significantly with the transition to Shore United. The app works really well especially for transfers.
Whenever I’ve tried to sign in for the past 2 months I get asked the security questions and then a screen pops up saying “Enter phone number to enroll in mobile banking”. I enter my phone number and it gives an error “Device Id not found”. I used the app successfully for over a year. They update, it stops working. Good luck contacting support. On my 2nd month of waiting after sending 4 emails between then and now. Uninstalling.
Liked this app up until today when it won’t let me open it to transfer money to my checking account. I keep getting kicked out of the app because the SSL Certificate isn’t trusted. Now I cannot transfer money onto my card to get gas. Please fix this now.
The individuals who work at Shore United Bank are very caring people. They greet you by your name, inquire about your health and family, etc. They even make accommodations without being asked. Thank you, Marianna Breeding
This app locks out to easily and the only way to get back in is to call the bank the bank is not open late enough and has no 24 hour customer service phone line which is really inconvenient there for the app another week to get in it’s just not user-friendly
Great app until the most recent update. It will no longer finish my Mobil deposits. It takes the pictures and never registers that it has taken them. And won’t move on to the next step. So frustrating.

Need to give you a human resource five star also for the people that you hire.Oh my God,if it hadn’t been for Tina over at the bank in Denton I would’ve got stuck with a fraud. She got me out of that mess.I just love her and I have great respect for her. All the employees been very helpful whenever I call with a problem. Love all of the employees there.They take time when I don’t have my account number,patience, they return calls right away .I tell my friend that Shore United bank is the bank t to choose.
