The ShowTix4U system is excellent overall. This app has not received the technical and development attention it requires to provide even a modicum of the functionality of the site. It starts with the login screen, which offers no password retrieval or Google login options, and gets worse from there. PLEASE redevelop this app ASAP. A lot of groups rely on your services.
My son’s high school used it for the spring musical. Very cumbersome to use. Would not load on to AppleTV as they stated. Would load onto a brand new smart TV via AirPlay. Quality was poor as well. Also no opportunity to debug logon as it just started and stopped at appointed time ( unlike other apps). If your hosting a showcase something else.
The person who reviewed this app does not seem to understand that this app, no matter how bad it is, has nothing to do with the streaming service the company provides. As for the app, I can’t get past the log in screen to even attempt to use it.
the submit button won’t engage when i try to log in. The selections to scan tickets via a web browser are not there in the “gear” when i click it as the youtube video states. I don’t have tome to troubleshoot this with my show today, but here i am wasting time on a program that is taking money AWAy from my students yet isn’t working efficiently. i am a whole new level of angry and stressed on show day bc of this program.
ShowTix4U app for checking in ShowTix4U tickets using built in barcode scanner. With this app you can scan tickets using the app's internal barcode scanner or manually search and check-in tickets using barcodes located on the ShowTix4U tickets.
