Upon my arrival today a Wendy’s in Benton I was astonished by the presentation of public use of restrooms. There was only a family restroom for everyone to enter, both of the same sex. In all my years I have lived in Benton, AR there’s always been 2 bathrooms at this location. One for male and one for female. Also as I approached the counter to order my drink they turned me away stating they could not serve me because they could not break a $50 bill. It was I I had at the time and some nice gentleman approached me on the way out to offer to buy me a drink. I am overall very distraught by the lack of customer service your company provided. Looks great so far. I'm about to find out if I owe money to get this document signed. They requested the review twice.. once immediately before I tried the app and again after the tour and before actually using it. But looks great. If this document gets signed before I pay, the worthy 5 stars stay. If not, it is manipulation to get false credit.

This has the opportunity of being a major app for me but failed from the start. Once downloaded and signed up for the trial (that has an autopay unless cancelled) I attempted to navigate the app. Every time I tried to add a document or even waited about 7 seconds it would flicker then go back to my phone home screen. I attempted this about 10 times before cancelling the subscription. It might be a great app but unless you fix the issue of stopping me 7 seconds into the app it’s gonna remain a 1 Star app
The walk through was so professional and worth doing. The app hits on all point and I will never need a different app for online documents and signing ever again
If you have teens and those teens send you texts with last minute “Mom! I need this form signed right now!! Can you drive to school?” then you’ll understand how this app is a LIFESAVER. I’ll say no more except for on behalf of frenetic mothers everywhere… Thank you!

Love me some United health care. Very happy with UHC with the service, the extra money to buy groceries and pay electric bills. Also the phone calls to check on my health and medication.
I had to enter my name signature and date several times in attempts to try to get the information in the squares and on the lines of where I wanted it to be on the document. After five attempts I gave up and just sent the document with the information above the signature block, name block, and date block. It continues to ask me to redeem the document when I’m saving changes so it makes it for confusing number of saved documents. I cannot find where the documents were located in the app in order to send them. Has many user-friendly options, but overall was too cumbersome and did not work as promised.
To use any of the services advertised you have to at the least sign up for 3 days free which needs your billing info. Also to use the signature you make on the app, you have to upload the doc from your computer to this app. You cannot just export the signature as a jpeg, photo, download, etc.
I don’t know if I just haven’t been as active on apps or if this company really knows how to show someone how to learn this app practically! I enjoyed going through the tutorial! It kept me engaged and excited about SIGNING PAPERS! 😂
So cool that you have to buy the app to do ANYTHING in it. I do mean ANYTHING. but they still let you download it and waste your time. Glad they have enough money to buy 5 star reviews, because I can promise no real person would give this app 5 stars, much less actually use it. Stop wasting people’s time and allowing this app to be on the App Store.

Used the app once a couple wks ago and when I tried to subscribe paying the annual fee it doesn’t allow to use the app. The weekly rate pops up and although I continue to subscribe to that as well still cannot use the app. I’ve tried everything. Now I’m afraid it’s been charging me for all the attempts

Look, this could’ve been a great app, but you developers just had to ruin it with a subscription. As soon as your done with the little tutorial, you have to pay for a subscription or you can’t do anything with the app. This is just stupid. Your really think that people aren’t just going to exit the app and then delete it? Cause sure enough I would. :P
Here’s what they don’t tell you. You sign up for the free trial. They won’t let you do anything unless you pay. And they won’t let you cancel your free trial, the charge you at the end of your free trial. So I wrote several emails, which none were returned, but at the end of my trial, they charged me, then canceled my account, so I can use it, even though they charged. Rawly shady company, stay away!
The app is setup to have you pay to utilize the services. The signing of the documents will not publish until after the payment is processed. Free trial doesn’t give you access to anything but the upload. They should just make the services paid upfront instead of the misleading with a free download.

Tutorial followed by ad to review app I literally just downloaded. Followed by another tutorial and another invitation to review, followed by a pay wall. Not an in-app purchase for advanced features, you cannot use till you pay. The fact they don’t just charge up front before you dl makes it seem like a bait an switch.
If you’re going to immediately charge for use of the app, then do so upfront. Don’t walk the user through a sign up and tutorial and throw them into a dead end where their only option is to pay for a subscription and they can’t even try out a limited version.
all I wanted to do was sign a PDF document and I download this app that I will be able to do just that, and apparently you have to pay $8.99 to even use the app even though I just would like to sign one document. Waste of my time. I do not recommend this app.
