Sooooo...oooooooooooo much better than before for raffles. Huge upgrade over having to enter all info every time you entered. That being said, the rest of the app is ok. Actual sales items are kind of here and there, product details/pics are tough to navigate and really get a feel for. But.. just the improvement in the raffle system makes this a full win. Now fine time some other aspects and this is a 5star engine.

Honestly, if you get burned by this app, you deserve it. Check all recent reviews. Nearly every single one is one star. Complaints range from load times to fake raffles and everything between. This app is utter garbage. Why does it take more than 30sec JUST TO LOAD?! Doesn’t send notifications even when they’re enabled in the app settings & iPhone settings. Raffles for anything hyped are 100% rigged. You won’t win. I’ve won 1 raffle in 2yrs for some non-hyped shoes which took over a month to be delivered—in a beat-up box. Reached out to customer service thru the app & on Twitter more than a dozen times. Did not hear a single thing back from them—NOTHING. The team is either way in over their head, completely incompetent, or a bunch of scammers. They have extremely low inventory (if any, to be honest—more on that below) of lousy, overpriced merch. I suspect they’re actually just flippers who are dropshipping & that releases & raffles are just them selling whatever they’re able to cop w/ bots from legit sites/drops. This is why I suspect it took over a month to get my shoes—they likely sold more than they were able to cop w/ bots during the drop & had to procure them elsewhere. This also explains the numerous complaints of them canceling paid orders—like if they sold 500 pairs, but were only able to cop 400. This is purely speculation, but it would explain why SNS operates like a third-rate, bottom-of-the-barrel “retailer”.

They have made the load times quicker on the app. But I guess not too many are having the same issue I have been having for the last couple of updates. Everytime I try to go to my vault to see what I have won it always gets an error. New error message with this latest update 5/27 “Sorry! Something went wrong.” I’ve given up hope on this app ever working properly. Update: 6/15 now I’m stuck in an endless retry loop when I try to check my sign ups or vault. No option to quit retrying and just go back. Also randomly signs you out for no reason. UPDATE! The app finally works when you check your vault. The endless loop of death has been fixed. Had to change my rating to 5 stars. Never updating my app ever again.

Giving this app a one star until they can’t fix these technical issues I’m having. I have been trying for a week now to get a verification text sent to me so that I can use the app as intended. Right now, the app has been able to verify my payment method and billing address but for some reason they won’t send me a verification text for my phone number. I’ve tweeted then and haven’t heard anything back. I made sure to enter a ‘1’ before my phone number and that isn’t fixing anything. I ever created an account for my wife and her phone number wasn’t sent a verification text either. Not sure what to do to fix this so hopefully someone at SNS will read this and can throw me a bone. I’m about to miss out on this raffle opportunity for these shoes I’ve been eyeing for a minute. Please SNS, help a playa out with this technical issue!

Bought a pair of shoes and after about an hour after purchase, decided I wanted to cancel my order. SNS goes ahead to ship the order anyway after the fact that I made 2 tickets to try to get it canceled. Didnt reply to me until they shipped the shoes out. Now I have to return them and pay God knows what for shipping since their in the UK. US shoppers, BEWARE of this: If you don’t want to go through slow customer service and a bad experience shopping, just avoid this business altogether. Any business that doesn’t honor their policies is not a place for customers to shop. I’d advice against making any orders UNLESS you absolutely are sure about your purchase. Good luck.

Of the 3 family members that have the app, I am the only one that it actually works for. Every time they have tried to add payment info for their accounts, so they are ready for raffles or releases, they get error messages. There’s zero issue with the cards or the data entry. They’ve each tried 2-3 different cards just to make sure. They contacted SNS via social media, and the response given was it was their fault for trying to enter the info more than once after the error message. They were told to wait several days and try again. That didn’t change the outcome at all, and SNS has yet to reply to their last communication.

I use to at least win raffles on the regular web store app, now I haven’t even won any raffles. Even on the Yeezy I did not hit. Even then the Yeezy did not sell and were still on their regular web store, so I did not buy it. So I guess the people who’s name were drawn did not purchase their pairs. You have no way of deleting all the raffles your name was not drawn for, so when you go in the app you are constantly reminded of all the loosing draw your name was not drawn for. Now when I don’t win a raffle I don’t even go on the regular website to purchase any left over sneakers because it is not in my size. I have been taking nothing but “L’s” ever since you have to enter the raffles on the app. It’s like why bother!

After the problems during the initial launch of the app, and the canceled raffle(s), I was pretty frustrated with the app. But since then I have had no problems and entered in some raffles without issues. The app is easy to navigate, and looks clean overall. It’d be cool if the feed was organized into “articles” “raffles” and “purchase products” tabs, but that’s the only thing I think could be better.

I want to start off by saying that this review is not influenced by my raffle results so far. This is strictly about the app, and the service that SNS provides. The app is clean, neatly organized, and does what it’s supposed to do. You verify all of the necessary information, and enter whichever raffles you decide. Everything loads smoothly and is organized neatly. One thing I wish this app had was notifications. For new raffles, for raffles about to close, and when draw results are available. “Sorry, you’re name was not selected” or “A new raffle is available to enter!” Overall besides the rocky launch this app has great potential and I love the raffle service that SNS provides. I have yet to win any of the 10+ raffles I’ve entered, but that’s the name of the game.

The app’s idea is a good one except it doesn’t work properly. I put my payment information and gets rejected , and then they said to wait 24 hours ……. I did, and still nothing !!! Told me to try other cards and I’ve ran out of cards to try . They are aware of the issue yet aren’t making customers complaints their priority. I mean it’s like they don’t want to stay in business. Not to mention I’ve gone on every raffle and nothing but L’s!!! I think they’ve done this on purpose so they can backdoor, and choose their winners ! When u don’t listen to ur customers u dnt deserve their business!

I recently won the raffle redraw for the Jordan 7 PSG’s. I received it yesterday and the lid of the box was badly torn. I sent an email and I am currently awaiting for some sort of resolution from SNS. Overall, I’m pretty happy with the app but disappointed with the way the product was shipped to me. The outer shipping box is not damaged at all but the inner box is, indicating that it was damaged at the point of origin. It may only be the box that’s damaged but that is part of what I paid for and I’m expecting it to be in good condition when I get it.

I absolutely love this app, it’s so much easier than before. It tells you that you’ve already entered the raffle so you won’t have to second guess yourself and after the drawings are complete it tells you whether or not you’ve won every though SNS sends a message. The best app thus far to me. I have no problems with it. Nike needs to adapt this same method because these bots are killing the entire sneaker game.

If you move addresses , change your phone , or live with a large family you’ll get banned from the raffles way to easily. If you haven’t won in months upon months , you prob are ghost banned. There is no information on how many entries per household but I can tell you don’t let your family members join in on raffles or SNS may block the accounts. They track IP and addresses. Not much of an appeal process too, just sorta sucky to have it hidden. Don’t waste spending your money with SNS they don’t deserve it.

NOT WORKING FOR ME! I downloaded the app. After reading a article on SNS being one the best sites to find sneakers. (Obliviously don’t believe everything your read) So I downloaded the started the process to buy the shoes and nothing screen froze. I then signed up on the inputing all my info. The app then said “ blocked” the great part is that there is no way to delete your account on the app. lol. I contacted their customer service in which I requested all my info deleted. Of course I hear “oh clear you cache, history etc yadda yadda...” I deleted the app and downloaded it again same message. Which i took a screen shot and sent it to them...

App has problem loading the “my SNS sign ups” and gives me an error , app works fine on friends iphone 11 pro max and both are on the same version of the app. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it and no fix, as well as rebooting the phone with no fix.

This review is directly from the results of every raffle on this app, I’ve done about 30+ raffles and have never won a single shoe. I even have my wife do the same shoes as well and same results pretty much she won once a pair of shoes that were worth less than what we paid on here and got the wrong size and was expected to pay 30$ to return or exchange them. I have pretty much given up on ever winning, I still try but same result every time. I know how it works people with bots win hundreds of pairs while regular people never win 1 and they know it and don’t care about customers satisfaction.

App was barely functional. It’s 2 thousand and 19. Developing an app is child’s play now-a-days. Let’s all be honest as well. You use an off-white x Nike sneaker as an “exclusive app “”beta”” raffle”. Probably the greatest lure you could use in today’s sneaker world. Then it just so happens that small parts of the raffle sign up requirement, every following day, we’re not functioning. Once that one issue was resolved another broke, not allowing you to register. Now the raffle is gone due to too much “public knowledge”. Don’t let this horrible app ruin your guys’ name. You’re better than this.

Great app for a great store. Signing up raffles is super easy now, just a tap of a button. Only problem is I haven’t won’t any raffles since the app started. I used to win them regularly. Maybe it’s so easy that more people are signing up for the raffles which make it harder for me to win. I don’t like that.

The app often times crashes and/or takes too long to load. In the app, I created an account for sns, got an email confirming the creation of my account. However, when I tried logging in, it says an account with that email doesn't exist. However, when I went back to create a new account with that same email, it says that an account with that email exists. get your stuff together sneakersnstuff, this app has a lot of potential

Love this app! I’ve been joining raffles on their website and this makes it a whole lot easier. Log in had some issues but after signing back up everything worked well!! Highly recommend downloading this especially if you purchase from SNS often.

I think it is about time SNS invested in a mobile app and I think this is a great MVP. It definitely needs some UX Love but that will come with time and future updates to the app. These Red Notification banners need to be updated because it communicates an issue so that is my first suggestion. I love SNS and the way they do the raffles plus clothing. Always have dope deals and the hottest shoes. App and website design are perfect, easy to navigate and enter raffles. Shipping to the states is cheaper and faster than shipping in the states. One of the very few apps I am on numerous times daily. Keep it strong SNS and you will continue to be the best and very successful.

That app is great for the raffle procedure and for information on sneaker/clothes release info. I just wish you could actually shop on the app instead of being redirected to the website. But that may not be the intent of the app. Anyway love the brand and the store is LA is my favorite sneaker I’ve ever been in.

I’ve had this app installed for quite awhile and when I tried to enter a raffle, it said I needed to enter my payment info. It’s been entered forever but ok…every time I try to enter it, I see a flash of a white screen and then the app closes. Tried logging out, updating it and deleting it but nothing works…your developers need to fix this otherwise the app is useless.

Since it’s launch this has been a terrible app. Apparently you can’t use the same login credentials for the desktop website and the app. Also they’re authentication services are down a lot. I can’t enter any raffles because I have to verify my phone number and payment info but when I go to my profile to enter this information I only have the option to log out from the app. I really hope SNS isn’t paying someone to make this app cause if they are, they’re getting ripped off.

Though the app had its issues in the beginning, the SNS team was very responsive to customer complaints and provided timelines throughout the entire process. Big prompts to them for doing so. App now works great and is an easy way to participate in their program.

This app seems to have issues. I tried logging in from my 3 different accounts and it continues to tell me that none of them exist. I’m trying to enter a raffle and this problem is stopping me from entering. Can someone fix this problem ASAP so I don’t miss out on these Off Whites? Thanks

Like the title says I downloaded the app to sign up for the up and coming raffles. But every time I try to log in it says that it doesn’t recognize my account and says it does not exist. I can log in just fine on the web browser. I even tried to create a new account. It loaded and loaded for like 10min. I killed the app. Tried to log in with the new account and it still doesn’t recognize my account. 2 thumbs way down.

I like the new app improvements; but it’s hard to win the most coveted shoes. I keep trying in hopes it will happen one day! All in all, I have been pleased with my shopping experience and they ship fast. I have never had an issue with my deliveries. Thanks SNS ❣️

I will say that my rating is 5 star because the app actually works. I am that guy that always complained I never will win anything and thought the app was fake. However, I just won the Air Jordan 1s Satin for purchase and I’m so happy. It’s true! It’s legit! Thanks SNS APP for making me a believer!

While having a direct brand-linked app that allows for direct registration for limited-edition draws and reflects upcoming releases is great, its limitations, such as the inability to browse the current catalog of items offered for sale, which can still only be done via brand website by logging online, is quite unpleasantly surprising.

Someone stole my credit card info made an account and bought shoes. Called to get the order canceled and let them know someone was impersonating me and they did nothing. Would not cancel the order even though the shipping address was 100 miles away from my billing address and would not even delete the account impersonating me. They don’t care about your information and will try not cancel fraudulent orders

you guys need to update the app i can’t not check my sign ups what i have in my vault i updated everything deleted the app and it a white screen just keeps popping up. it been 2 week

Its very sad how boutiques and shops don't care anymore about their costumers, I won 2 raffles for Yeezy slides and they cancel both of my orders but I know someone at the warehouse is taking them and reselling them, the manager of the store in New York is a reseller and his family is always in the store getting all the exclusives and nothing for the costumers, I hope this people are reading the reviews because this is HORRIBLE!

Although I haven’t won a raffle in months, the SNS app is insanely smooth and no doubt beats the competitors. Don’t let the low reviews discourage you. They were most likely left while the app was in its beta stage or a little mad they didn’t win a raffle.

The result why you can not add the payment because you are sharing the same address with your roommate! This is unbelievable!!! The website said one person one account. But you only allow one account pay with one address only. How could I buy my stuff when my roommate already register one account here? ! Highly not recommend!

The app design looks amazing. Aside from a few minor bugs, (Which you are clearly notified of in the app) this is my new favorite sneaker app. The ease of accessibility is just what we needed for limited hard to get kicks! SNS>>>

The only issue I have with the app is whenever I go into “SNS sign ups” my app crashes. Kind of annoying cause right there you can see status updates and to see your vault. I hope this issue gets resolved soon.

Fix the app! I am not able to login. Tried creating an account - said my email was already used. Tried to login - said I didn’t have an account.

As stated in the title, I wouldn’t waste my time with the new platform.. as the old one was bad but at the very least you would occasionally win a pair, now it’s just turned into another way to disappoint yourself to the tune of 500+ entries and they don’t really actually seem to have much stock or any (if it’s a sought after pair) or real winners as of lately.

Love it for the raffles alone. Quick easy sign up, allows you to check the status of the raffle is still open, closes, won or lost. keeps track of all the L’s

The app is nice. Very smooth and great design. But they were selling us on being able to get a better your chances to win exclusive kicks. That’s a lie. Nobody wins off this app. It doesn’t better your chances. GR are no go on this app. They just want your email address but you ain’t gonna win anything off this app. Let that be known. But if you in the mood to add onto your hope and prayer option, this is the app for you.

Used to purchase quite a bit of SNS branded clothing and give their stores quite a bit of business outside of raffles, seems like with the implementation of their raffles going through the app it’s become fixed like everyone else’s raffle systems, it’s a shame because SNS used to actually give the impression of their draws being fair. Not the case anymore. Don’t plan to continue supporting them.

I don’t understand the reasoning for the app if it’s only good for submitting entries into the raffles. If you go to the shop tab and click to purchase it opens your default web browser to their website site, but at the top of the website it gives an option to download the app?? It seems a bit counterintuitive to me.

Almost all of their hype sneaker raffles always manage to be messed up. Can’t actually submit, never opens up, or even disappear from the app. I generally end up going online to do them, but they are fixing it often, so I’ll give them that.

Compatibility for the app says iOS 12.0/ iPad OS 12.0 or later but my devices running later versions of those OS’s don’t seem to run the app. One device doesn’t get past the loading screen, my iPad makes it to the Home Screen but crashes right after. Please fix this app and the excessive load time!

Hey love the store and what it stands for, but the raffles should be more fair. How? It seams that for the time I’ve had the application I don’t ever win. There should be an algorithm set in place to allow every user to win a raffle at least once. By rotating one winner per draw. This way the raffles would be fair as everyone would be given a chance to win.

I’ve been trying to open up the app for a whole week now mostly loads it just shuts off at once it loads I won 1 time for the Yeezy slides but other than that I can’t win anymore

This app has been running in the background for over 8 hours and draining my battery. I have turned off background app refresh for the app and deleted. I installed it again and it’s still doing the same thing. I don’t know why or what data it’s collecting but it’s not right. Deleting the app for good now.
