Solarity CU Mobile Banking

I’ve been using this app for years and it’s been super convenient but out of nowhere the mobile deposit feature disappeared from my app. I’ve done everything I can think of; logged out and back in, updated the app, deleted and reinstalled the app and still no where to be found. Makes it really hard to deposit checks when I have them. 🙃

Every time this app has a new update and erases the Face ID and I have to uninstall and reinstall the app so it can work properly.

I use the app fairly frequently and rarely have issues. Never had a problem with mobile deposits or transfers and it’s easy to navigate.

I have been using this app for more than a year and it use to have the mobile deposit app which I LOVED and for some reason it’s not there anymore. Other than that this app is really great, never had any problems.

The mobile deposit is a fantastic feature. Logging in with my thumb print works very well and makes it very easy. I haven't needed to log on to my computer to do anything yet.

Would be better if you allowed users the ability to delete characters when entering the password instead of making them restart and re-enter it all over again.

I like being able to use my fingerprint or my eye for access and security. Moving money is easy. Lots of navigation for anything I need.

I’m very happy with the updated app. It is easy to view my balances and, I love that I can deposit checks directly from my phone.

Updated my app yesterday and now I no longer have ability to use biometric log-in on my iPhone, I have to enter password every time. App was great before the upgrade, nothing changed except the ability to use biometric/face recognition to log in.

Why is my login and password not working anymore on my iPhone?

Ever since a week ago I can’t login anymore. At all. I can login fine on the website but not the app. I don’t know what is wrong and it’s very frustrating. Customer service says it’s working fine. But mines not. Considering switching banks at this point.

I really love this app. I appreciate the ability to use BillPay without logging into my computer and the integration of PayPal is the coolest thing ever.

The app only opens half the time.

Previous version had facial recognition and thumb print log in capabilities. You’re latest update took those away. Can you bring them back. Thank you

Newest update is garbage. Removed old features as well as wont allow me into the app now because my device is “jailbroken”. I haven’t had this device Jailbroken in over a year. Fix your app

Have not been able to access my account. I get the same message “internal error”. I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled at times. So frustrating!!!!

Great app, love having my stuff handy and accessible

This app is unusable, the app has broken middleware authentication and it broke with the last IOS update, 3 months and still no fix.

Quick balance on Apple Watch only works when you open the Solarity app on iPhone. That kind of defeats the person of having the watch app.

Liked the old version better. Easier to navigate

Like the new features

The app is OK for monitoring accounts and making transfers, but the main reason I wanted this update was for the mobile deposit feature since Solarity closed down the branch right next to my office. I thought, great this will save me trips to the bank. Well the mobile deposit feature does not work on my iPad and it crashes every time I try to take a picture of my check on my wife's iPhone. I guess it's back to driving to the nearest branch to make deposits. Maybe the next version will give me what I actually need in a banking app.

I just wanna know why with the new update on iPhones I can’t log into my account with Face ID anymore??

Only missing the ability to deposit checks.

Very easy and simple to use, I like that graphs that it gives you and I find it very easy to transfer money. I like its simplicity, although I wish the could improve the graphics and UI!

Now with their mobile app it's the best. No overdraft fees, late fees, any form on hidden fees doesn't exist with Solarity. Happy I left Bank of America...

The latest update broke this app. It now sits on the 'Loading presets' screen for a spell before timing out. Disappointing.

Got a 509 error code a couple days ago. Then the app updated. Now it keeps giving me an internal error message and won’t let me login at all. Tried to log in through the website and things don’t look right.
