I tried to put stop on my Mastercard and debit card on phone 24 hour on line service but was not given that option so I worried all weekend. I did find my card Sunday AM but worried most of night. Bc

Lock out issue

I appreciate the identification process, my husband moved 2 accounts to SCU cuz I like everything about the place. But my hubby isn’t as accepting. He’s linked to my account, no prob, but when he gets locked out, it’s too difficult for him to get back in. He’s been mechanically a genius, keyboards, not so much. How can you simplify the process for him when he gets locked out? Bank of the west has somebody on the phone 24/7 to get him back in the groove… tx for your time!

For the last 8 months Sooper’s online banking has buffered on me on several occasions. Back in time I never had this problem. Mentioned to representatives several times and they say they don’t seem to have a problem with the buffering. Its not good when you need to use it in important times and it buffers and you can’t adjust your monies! So, I guess I’m the only one that’s having the problem. All my other apps DO NOT buffer on me. I have an up to date iPhone. Thank you for listening.

A “Sooper” App!

I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical about the capabilities of an app for a little local credit union, but this app does everything I need it do, and does it well — remote check deposits, transferring funds between accounts, and quickly logging me in using Face ID. Very satisfied!

Quick fix?

I think when you click on an account, you should be able to quickly transfer from there instead of going up to the top. Also, after a transfer is done, to be redirected to the account overview.

The sooper app is very convenient, I can easily pay my bills, transfer money to another account, look at my account balance without going to the atm Always saves me time!! You need to download it now!!

Easiest app

I’ve been with Sooper credit union for quite a while and I can do pretty much anything I need on line. I have no problem making transfers and taking care of business great website.

Not very functional

This app really doesn’t do much that other credit union apps do. To view your account numbers - oh, wait, you can’t. And they won’t give them to you over the phone. So you have to drive there. Adding external accounts is nearly impossible. Transferring is a pain. This app is straight out of 2007. I wish this wasn’t the institution assigned to me for my HELOC because they’re really, really behind the times.

Never is up to date

I honestly struggle with this app. I have to wait sometimes 5 days to see if anything has drawn out. I never feel confident that I won’t overdraft. I realize I could right it all down- but then what would be the point of the app? I never can see an updated balance over the weekend. There is also no way to add a check through the app. You have to go to the bank. It’s frustrating.

Frequently down, always poor

At its best, the app and website have limited functionality and poor flow. Compounding that poor experience, the app and websites are routinely down and hold times are always quite long. Customer service if minimal and the company refuses to avail itself of common practices and technologies to improve customer experience. A very frustrating institution that needs to improve and modernize.

It works but

The app buffers a lot. I can’t see my accounts and it will stay on the loading screen forever. Usually it’s not during a maintenance period, it does it right when I really need to use it. It will go for hours sometimes into the next day.

I haven’t tried anything too heavy duty in this app, mostly use my laptop. I have transferred money from one account to another but other than looking at my balance that’s all I do here.

The only thing I wished this app had, was a way to scan a check so I wouldn’t have to scope out banks around the area. Applications are about convenience.

Does not work completely on iPad horizontal setting

I love this app on my iPhone but on the iPad where the keyboard makes the screen horizontal, it does not show the menu button in the upper left corner.

DOESNT LOAD

I don’t know if anyone else is having this problem, but I will try and log in and I will be stuck at the “loading accounts” page FOREVER. I don’t know if it has to do with the new update, but this needs to be fixed ASAP or I will be switching banks. This is ridiculous.

Bill pay is awful

It is cumbersome and confusing to know if and when I paid a bill online. I don’t get a confirmation nor do I get a reminder. It is (comparatively) one of the worst websites/online apps I have used.
