I’ve maintained an account with Southeast for a long time. The app has certainly made it easier for my banking purposes. Easy to understand, easy to work and if one ever has questions, they are there to help.
Not much use if I can’t pay my bill on it! It definitely needs this update to make it practical!
Update the app so I can pay my bill on it! It’s tedious to have to get on my laptop. Plus when I do, the login disappears after my user name is typed in.
The newest update is extremely ugly. I can no longer see pending deposits. Something about the letters make my flesh crawl, Change back to old format. Please.
I love this app! Especially the mobile check deposit. It's so easy to use and saves a trip to the bank! I also like being able to quickly access my accounts. I can see the balance without going on the website. Online banking is good, but mobile banking is even better! This app is convenient and easy-to-use. Everything is available at the touch of a button.
This app is good if you only want to check your account balances or make transfers, but mobile deposit is a joke. I often have to retake pictures up to 5 times just to get the app to accept them. Then, it takes up to two full days for the money to show up in the account. I also had one mobile deposit canceled. The only information I was given was through email, and stated that the submitted photo need to be cropped, even though the original picture was accepted by the app upon submission. I have an account at another, larger chain bank, and have never had a mobile deposit issue with them.
This has got to be the easiest, most user-friendly app available! I can see exactly what is happening with my account and I can conduct transactions in seconds! Whoever created this app should be given a customer service award in the Needs Anticipation category. This is just what we (the customer) need. Please don't ever change it. Awesome!!!
I love this app! Even more now than I used to with the new added features that were only available on the website before. I'll be very excited once DepoZip is working:) I love being able to make a simple transfer or check y balance when I am out shopping. Great app!
So far the app is working perfectly. I'm so glad they finally decided to release an app as this makes everything so much easier and faster, especially since we recently moved further away from our local branch. Love it!
This is very useful and user friendly. I wish it had the mobile deposit function and my CC account was accessible without accessing the web page. All and all it's very useful and I access it several times a week.
I love this app. The four things I need most: 1. current balance. 2. What's posted to my account today. 3. Search for nearest location. 4. Transferring money from savings to checking, like now!!! This app does all of this and more. I highly recommend.
This app is perfect for the on-the-person. Very simple and direct. The information you need at you disposal. Much better than logging in through the Internet. I am not near a branch anymore so this really helps with my travel.
Love the ease and convenience of this app. The only complaint I have is that the mobile deposit is sometimes buggy. Seems to have gotten better with recent updates. I do wish the deposit limit was higher.
App is very functional; however, the "pay a person" function has failed for me twice and working with the outside vendor was neither pleasant nor easy.
This is the greatest bank application I have ever used! Super easy, sleek design, and detailed information about my accounts! I am so in love with this app. The capabilities of this app are insanely awesome too!
