Ok to view your accounts, but seriously flawed elsewhere. Using IOS devices will not auto capture mobile deposit. Using portrait or landscape makes no difference. Manual capture works sporadically. Have notified bank of this and they are not sympathetic in the least. Regional banks need to step up their game or risk losing out to big banks like Chase.
The app worked just fine before the latest update. I already tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it only to see the exact same thing yet again. A blank screen with the settings option at the bottom and logout option. Settings option works however all account information is blank. Nothing at all. Just white screen in the account section of the app. I even waited a little while to see if maybe it was slow loading, but still nothing.
This update is everything one could’ve ever asked for prior to its advancements. The layout is very useful and meets any needs for those enrolled. Extremely satisfied with all changes made. Out of 5 stars I’d give a 10! :)))
As with other reviews, this app worked vwry well initially. Now it crashes every time I try to open it. It prompts for my fingerprint and then closes. It strated this a couple of IOS updates ago. If it was actually working, I would give it 4 stars.
I’ve been a faithful user of this app for years but suddenly, upon release of iOS 11 and purchase of a new iPhone I’ve had nothing but trouble with the app. Now I can’t even log in to it. It crashes the second I hit the log in button. Fix it!!
This app is the worse app ever. It works just long enough that you begin to believe the owners fixed it then it gets horrible again. I called the bank and they indicated that I am the only one who has complained.
Every month the biometric system just stops working. It logs me out and won’t let me log in. This has happened for 3 months straight now. I login with biometrics one day and the next day when I try and check my account it’s disabled biometrics like come on. I don’t remember my username half the time. Also, yall need to fix the forgot my password thing so instead of just using the username you can also just straight up use your email. Good app besides these issues.
