The data in the “periods” tab has been redesigned in a way that makes nearly impossible to scroll the available pay periods. Additionally, the commissions paid out and each. I set an a font that is so small that it’s nearly impossible to scan the various periods and see what the amount paid at work without actually tapping into them. As an app, quite literally, the primary job here is to display what the monthly commission will be, analysis, and further breakdown is by far a secondary concern. I appreciate that the app exists, but it appears that the people that design it are not commissioned otherwise, they would architect it with an emphasis on displaying the data differently.
Even after signing in it terminally loads an S. If you can’t get your app to do the basic stuff, load up, log in, load, just shows how little effort was put in.
I am so confused. The app was perfectly fine before this most recent update. I have not a clue how to get details on my commission or how to look at previous weeks.
Every time my colleagues and I try to access the app it immediately crashes and sometimes forces me to restart my phone. The browser version is helpful but the mobile browser version is almost impossible to read and does not appear optimized for even a large phone screen. I have never written an app review but the experience trying to use this has been extremely frustrating.
My company uses spiff to track commissions and it browser version works great! It’s really fantastic in providing transparency for sales reps. This app however, is complete garbage. The App crashes 100% of the time. It accepts my login credentials and crashes as the logo starts to appear. I’ve tried speaking with customer support and ........ crickets. If you need to use spiff to track commissions, bookmark the web landing page - the app is a waste of space on our phones.
Spiff is a great tool on the mobile and desktop application. The mobile option is pretty easy to use to see what deals I have closed and which ones I still have pending.
My company uses Spiff to keep track of our commissions. As someone who is paid based revenue attainment, I really appreciate the transparency it provides.
