First off I have to say I love Stater brothers. I was so happy my store is doing curbside now, but this app is too difficult to search for items you want. I’ve used Target, Walmart and Vons. Their Apps are so easy! They will show you what you’ve bought in the past or “buy again “ items & so much easier to search. sometimes I don’t even know what word to use to search for an item, it’s ridiculous. I would be buying double or triple the groceries I buy now from Stater brothers if their app was easier. Now I break it up between Staters, Vons and Target.🤷🏼‍♀️

I was told they updated the app and changed the password requirements recently. Since then it logged me out of the app. Of course I put in my password and it says it’s incorrect and ERROR. I then click the “forgot my password “ button and it says a link will be sent to my email. No link ever gets sent. I’ve done this several times so now I don’t have access to the app and my purchase history. I have contacted customer service department and they claim that they will send me a link. I receive no link to reset my password. So now I cannot get into the app I cannot order anything. I cannot create a new account because I get an error message at the bottom. I have even went as far as creating an entire new email just so that I can create a new account with this app, but I still get the error message at the bottom. I have even used my husband‘s cell phone, which he’s never had the app before and I’m still getting the error message while trying to create a new account, I don’t know what they did but it is awful and I am no longer able to shop at Stater Bros. via the app which was so convenient for me. so I just order on the Ralphs app and drive an extra five minutes away since it’s also close to my home. FIX THIS ISSUE PLEASE!

I’ve used this app once or twice haven’t had anyreal problems with it yet until all of a sudden, even though I have facial recognition on my phone, it still needs a password to get in and it says my password is incorrect. I never changed My password. It is the same password I used the other two times I’ve been in the app and was able to use the app successfully. So I play along with their little game and go to my email collect the change my password button and I change my password to all of their stupid specifications and it tells me I can’t change my password. Try again. Can’t change your password try again…three times. I tried three different times with three different made up passwords every time. Can’t change your password right now. Try again. I’m gonna delete this app and go use the Walmart app which ALWAYS lets me in to do my business and is way easier to use this app. What good is using facial recognition to sign in to my applications if it still requires a password? I don’t know about everybody else out there, but I am so tired of all the passwords!

I’ve been ordering groceries online since Vons offered it 20+ years ago. This app feels less intuitive than their website did back then. I appreciate being able to order for pickup at no extra cost, but manually typing in everything then having to figure out how to word some of it was a bit tedious. Once ordered it doesn’t let you “order again” so you have to go through and do it all over again. I’ve tried setting up the shopping list but that is going to take a ton of time too. I’ll still use this app but I hope developers take some time to make things more intuitive. Features like “more items like these” and being able to click from previous order to select again would be very handy.

I would’ve given five stars but I wasn’t sure if I was reading the market or the app or a combination of both. In our local area, Stater Brother’s has absolutely the best quality produce and meat, a good variety of organic products, and their prices are way better than the other local market such a sprouts and Ralph’s. However, I do a lot of ordering on the app for pick up, and the Stater Bros. app is a little tricky in terms of finding items. For example if I wanted jarred roasted red bell pepper strips, if I type in bell peppers trips or bell peppers jar, it does not come up. It only comes up when I type in the brand. So it takes me a little longer to order on this app as compared to the Ralphs app.

App has gotten much better. It still doesn’t show some grocery items no matter what words I put in (still cannot get black eye peas through the app, does not show up) but for the most part, most items do pop up and easily found. The app doesn’t crash like it used to, so big improvement there! It is convenient and helpful for the elderly and for me personally (due to some health issues). I appreciate having this option. I just wish we could be allowed to tip. Not expected, but allowed- I appreciate the shoppers/ and employees who bring it out!!! I want to show them my appreciation!

So glad my local store is doing curbside pick-up! I started doing some shopping at Wal-Mart and Target because they had free curbside pick-up for orders over $35 but now I can shop my favorite Stater Bros instead! Easy ordering, personal shopper Darlene texted if there were items out of stock and was able to replace with items I requested, order was ready sooner than estimated and they were at my car within a couple minutes of arriving. Great experience! Would be nice if the app reflected actual store availability though. Will definitely continue using this service. Thanks Stater Bros!!

I downloaded the app on my iPhone 11 and the icon doesn’t show up. I can search and find it and open it up but there’s no icon to just click on it when I got to the store it wouldn’t let me check in. I had to call and let them know what spot I was sitting in for pick up. I got home. I deleted the app and reinstalled it to see if it would fix it and it didn’t. There’s still no icon on my phone. I’m usually pretty good at this so I’m not sure what’s going on.

I absolutely love using the app to make get my groceries. Rolling up to the special parking spots picking up my groceries is a delight. However, the app is sadly unsatisfying. It takes forever to load. And common items when searched won’t come up, even though I’ve seen them on the site before. The texting is great and the service at my local Stater Brothers is great. Just need some improvements on the app. I’m using the service once a week. Placing $50-$200 each time on the app.

My Mom shopped at Stater Brothers since I was a small child, she lover the Meat Department because they had the best Meat around. I too am still shopping at my favorite store, Stater Brothers in my hometown of Whittier some 64 years later! Freshest food and if you do not have what I need the Manager has always special ordered what I need. I love the attention to detail everyone working has at my new store! It is always nice to come into the beautiful new Store and it is always clean! My go to market is and will always be Stater Brothers!

I absolutely love this grocery store app! It has completely changed the way I shop. The interface is super easy to navigate, and I can quickly find everything I need. The best part is the seamless pickup option—my groceries are always ready on time, and everything is packed perfectly. It saves me so much time, and the customer service has always been excellent. Highly recommend for anyone looking to simplify their grocery shopping!

When I search an item in the search bar and I grab the item I need and I go to search for another item, it still has the previous item I searched for in there and I am already typing my next item. So then in my search bar I have rice apples which isn’t what I am trying to search for. I think it would be good if it would clear my search bar every time I click on the search bar. Thank you!

This is a great service that I truly appreciate! Would be nice though to get app to the level of Vons or Walmart where it saves your past purchased items and instructions for each item instead of having to do it all over again every time you place an order. But, Staters’ service rocks!! they always have my orders done well before deadline and they are quick and courteous when bringing out to the car. So, for that, I’ll let the app stuff slide til they improve it!

I have been using this new pick order service since they started it. Super easy, fast compared to Walmart too! Better quality items. They made the right updates in the app and fix any bugs. The personal shopper texts you and sends pictures of any replacement items. Great service. So far loving it and love stator brother compared to all the other stores. One suggestion is maybe adding handles to the paper bags.

Please make iPhone app have the ability to change the store that you are ordering from. On the iPad you can modify My Store but on the iPhone you cannot change it. When you click on the address with the blue bar for the store location it just shows you the stores hours and address. It doesn’t give the ability to change My Store. I have two stores near me both the same distance away but I order from both since each store has a different selection. Please help.

I love that I can schedule my pickup for all the things I love and need so easily. With 3 kids it’s hard to get out, and pickup has made keeping on track with cooking at home a more realistic goal to reach. I love that the prices remain the same and we can still take advantage of current deals in the app. Would love to have pickup at the Bloomington location be an option one day!

I let the store know I was on my way via the app and by the time I arrived an associate was already waiting outside with my curbside order! I was impressed with the produce and meat I received AND I paid the same price as if I shopped it myself. So happy this is now offered at my favorite grocery store, with a busy 7 year old and a newborn this makes shopping for my family easy and stress free. Thank you Staters!!

Stater Bros online app is so easy to use and this location doe’s amazingly with pickup orders I am so happy with my order and speed everytime. It’s always ready before my time slot and workers are right there when I arrive! Never have I used a faster pickup service. This stores butcher is the freshest best quality meat around and I’ve tried every store in the area.

It was easy to order off of the app and was able to find everything I needed. It be nice for the option to use EBT to pay for the groceries especially when ordering for your elderly parent and/or someone who may not be able to get out of the vehicle and does not have others means to pay. Otherwise, it was easy and very helpful!

I’ve spent more time this morning trying to change my store in this stupid app than it would’ve taken me to drive to the store and pick up the stuff that I needed. Changing the stage should be more intuitive/easy. I can find my “home“ store… But there’s no place on that page to change to a different store. I can also search for a new store and I can find the store that I want my pick up to be at, but again I can’t select it from the list to make it my pick up store.

The app can be more user-friendly. I shouldn’t have to scroll through everything to find my product. You should have it more categorized if I want meat from the meat department counter or if I want from the cold case, like all the ground beef should be all together. All the ground items should be together. You I shouldn’t have to scroll through everything. And sometimes when I type in the item, it still doesn’t come up like I wanted rice crispy cereal I type that in I got everything but that, so I had to scroll through the whole cereal list annoying. Very annoying.

I am really enjoying the new shop-online and pickup order in local store parking lot .. it’s very convenient for my family .. Your phone number is attached and your assigned shopper can text you at your will if problems with items not being available or substitutes .My experience so far the shoppers have been very good loving it very much

This is my first time using in-store pick up. I have been deathly sick with pneumonia for the last 2 1/2 weeks. I am out of milk, cereal, the basic necessities. I am not up to parking, walking into the store and going aisle to aisle looking for what I need. Stater Brothers with their in-store pick up has saved my life. thank you, Stater Brothers!

In the beginning, this app was extremely difficult to navigate. However it has gotten a lot better. The only thing I would say is that when I go to check out it asks me to enter my email and makes me fill in my phone number even though it is already on there. I hope they can fix that!

App is not the easiest to use. I had to re-enter the delivery time and instructions several times. When I tried to add more descriptions on where to leave the groceries I could not find the button to save it. I had to enter additional information about an item in two different places to get it to stick. If my delivery works out I will be using this app again as I’m ordering for my mother and don’t live near her.

The Stater Bros. app is easy to use and very convenient for my busy lifestyle. I order online and pick up curbside, it’s perfect. The only thing I wish I could change is that they would always give me plastic bags and not paper. If I forget, I’m always bummed when they come out with paper bags.

I really like Stater Bros., but this app needs some improvement. Sometimes I need to zoom in on the image, because of lack of description. Also, the search can be very uncooperative. Have to try search too many different ways to get the right options, even with the correct words.

Initially the app is good. But they could make it easier to see what’s in the ad. They could add a picture of the ad like other stores do. It also would make it easier to find things in the store if they added what isle to find each item on. But my main concern is they do not accept EBT cards as a payment option. I am disabled and need to have someone shop for me so I can pick it up, but I need to pay with EBT. So basically the app is useless for me except as an additional shopping list option.

I love my Stater Brothers. The butchers are always available and helpful. The crew managing the checkout are friendly, courteous and professional. The store managers have been right there if there is a problem to be solved. They assume their customers are honest and address any issue quickly. It’s a pleasure to shop at My Store on Baker and Fairview in Costa Mesa❣️

Love being able to order online for pickup. Makes my life with kids easier! Just need to work on the search tab to easily search for products. Some don’t pop up when searching like instacart.

Love using this app. If I could request a couple things it would be a choice to have a list of favorite items and /or previous purchases. Also if we could save substitution notes for that item.

I’ve loved Stater Bros pick up orders! Such a life saver and so amazing that I can be texted real time by the shopper. I’d love to see a feature where I can add an item to an already submitted order and for my most frequently shopped items to be listed. (this would save be a lot of time when making my orders) otherwise, fantastic!

Love the convenience of shopping online. It’s a little hard to search for some items. You need to know the exact name of what you’re looking for. For example, I was searching, zucchini, and on the app it’s called Italian squash. It took me a while to find it.

Very difficult app. If item isn't spelled perfectly “no product” error. Many items this store offers “no product” message. Not intuitive. Will not suggest similar names. I will have to go to Ralph’s to complete my list since these basic items won’t appear on the app. (Missing from todays order: pierogis, onions that aren’t organic, Campbells spaghetti in a can, frozen Lima beans, whole milk plain yogurt, canned ham, smoked ham hocks - all items I routinely buy at this store)

Saves so much time and money being able to shop with order pick up. The website is so easy with photos. And time frame for pick up Is always accurate!

Awesome customer service!! My products are always correct and the communicate with me if they have questions about a product. It has made my life a little easier!!

I would give it 1/2 star if there was an option. My personalized shopping list that is saved to my profile doesn’t work on my PC and is only sometimes available on my iPhone app. Although I am able to work off my personalized list on my iPad, shouldn’t an application work no matter what I log into? I do love that the app allows to save a personalized list but the functionality needs a lot of work.

I love the Stater Bros. App. I placed an order online and was able to pick it up at my local Ontario store. The clerk was pushing out my cart of groceries while I was pulling into the curbside spot. The store shopper even sent me a picture of the bananas to make sure I was happy with the ripeness. Way to go Stater Bros.

The app definitely needs improvement. Category’s need to be more defined. Checking out also needs an auto fill option for card info and address. I am so very glad that staters is offering curb side now without the extra cost like the last option had.

Contact Us form is blank. No way to leave feedback. Also I suggest a re-order function or automatically create a list from my order. My picker Hayden in the Simi Valley store was great!

Ever since I stop shopping at target, I found stater Brothers had a a very similar way of shopping app and I’m very grateful… using it quite often now. It makes my life easier!

I would absolutely love to use this app but, every time I go to Stater Bros., I want to pick up the product, Santa Cruz lime, chicken breast… Which I know that they have in their store. But they don’t list it on the app for some stupid reason. I have all these theories like maybe they want to reserve it for their walk-in customers… Maybe they don’t want online customers to buy them out… It’s stupid though. Never will use app until I can place order.

I have been shopping at Stater Bro’s for years. My mother who passed away at age 93 shopped at her favorite store which is Stater Bro’s until two months before she passed. My children and grandchildren shop at this wonderful store. We love Stater Bros!

I order formula for my baby and was able to pick it up within a few hours and avoid waiting in line love it great service.

Makes shopping so much easier when you are in a hurry order in advance and quality always

This app is so convenient for me! My son has a disability so he can’t be near people because he has a low immune system so this app helps so I can get my orders without physical contact with people!

The young people who shop for my groceries are really good. They follow my instructions and I’m happy with it now I want to try your delivery not thrilled that it cost $10 but I’m injured and can’t drive today.

Everything is outstanding! I love Stater Bros! The only suggestion I have is to enhance the app. I’m a loyal customer and keep Stater Bros is one of those things synonymous with living in So Cal. Thank you for feeding us and please keep prices competitive!

I’m a special needs mom and this app along with the curbside pick up is so convenient for me. Especially since it’s so difficult for me to step into the store.
