Love my fixes
I don’t have time to go shopping and when I do, I usually don’t like anything in stores. I have received 3 fixes now and 2 of them were amazing and I bought everything (if you buy everything, they give you an 25% discount!). My last box altogether cost about $200 after discounts for 5 items which included a super nice jacket, two blouses, a cardigan, and a pair of pants. Your stylist is more than willing to work with your budget and any requests you have. You can also use the app to check out which is nice and easy. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish that for the “style shuffle” there was a way to say what you liked or didn’t like about the item and a rating system rather than a yes/no answer. Kind of like how it is when you’re rating the items you received in your box. Tips for getting what you want: link a Pinterest style board that has items that you’d love to see in your fix (that’s how I got exactly the jacket I wanted). Give LOTS of feedback- don’t give up if your first fix isn’t the most amazing thing in the world because they’re just getting to know you. After all, they want to send you pieces you’ll want because they make money when you buy items from your fix. (If you stick with it, they will invite you to their Style Pass where instead of paying $20 per fix, you pay $49 up front for 12 month of unlimited fixes)

Great service, almost nothing needs to be better
I love this. I have neither the time nor the inclination to go clothes shopping (I typically only go once every 5 years and drop a few grand to replace everything at once). This is a great solution to my problem of never having anything that either fits properly or coordinates without having to enlist a tailor. These guys have a knack for finding clothing that fits off-the-rack and can match what they send you to what you’re feeling like at the time for a lot less than you’d end up spending at a store trying on clothes someone else has put on that usually don’t fit or look right. Also, they assign you a personal stylist who will take your preferences, size, and notes into full consideration before sending you your shipment, which helps especially when, if you like your entire order, you get an additional 25% discount on the whole order. Again, great service. This is much better than spending thousands of dollars at a time replacing my wardrobe every few years with clothes that either end up not fitting or not matching current styles. Edit: These people have the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. Any mistake, even if it’s on my part, is quickly handled with the highest level of professionalism. Expect a lot of clothes from their proprietary designers, but they are good clothes that hold up over time. Can’t recommend them enough if you don’t like going shopping for your own stuff.

In love with Stitch Fix
I started out using stitch fix because my mom sent me a link and I figured, why not? We could both get $25 off of the next fix. I was not expecting to like it as much as I do now. The first two boxes I received were not quite my style so I changed my stylist and ever since then, I have received nothing but items that I’m completely in love with! I have bought the entire box for the last 4 boxes I think, maybe 5?? Seriously, everything that has been sent to me is amazing. Great style, great colors, the items are high quality and fit really nicely, they’re super comfortable and how could you go wrong with a 25% discount on name brand items?! A couple things that I would love to see added to the app: A “favorite” button, meaning rather than just like or dislike, I wish there was a button that told my stylist “I want THIS in my next fix.” I only say that because there have been some items that I have “liked” but I liked them much more than some of the other pieces and possibly never see them again. The other thing that I wish there was the ability to do is having the option to buy the style pieces with the next stitch fix rather than buying them separately. Overall I absolutely love stitch fix and the items that have been sent to me! It’s always an exciting surprise to see what I will get to add to my closet, whether the items are already my style or something to take my style to the next level!

LOVE the Surprises!
Would I buy these items for myself normally? No. That’s why I LOVE the many different varieties that are sent to me. And with the budget I have for that time I get to choose what I like, what looks good on me, keep what I want and just send the rest back with absolutely free shipping. How hard is that!! If your budget only allows you to purchase one item, then that’s all you get. After a few months of having 1 or 2 items you will build up your wardrobe and then put different pieces together that match. And after your with StitchFix for a little while you just might receive a surprise inside one of your boxes from your personal stylist. My surprise? A 3 pack of very soft socks. I love em! You also can leave your personal stylist a message via email telling her or him, if you have any special occasions coming up. That was she will know what to send to you next. Regarding the cost of the items. You do have an area where you can put in how much you are willing to spend. There are times an item on the “cheaper the better” still might be a little costly for you but you just decide whether it looks good on you and would it save you time and gas to find something yourself if you had to go shopping yourself. Finally, I have to say not only do I LOVE getting new clothes their clothes I normally wouldn’t buy so it definitely gives me that chance to explore different avenues. Thanks StitchFix-& Kristen. Stitch Fix is great; ten points to Gryffindor!
I just need to get this out there: The people at Stitch Fix are magical. I love clothes— but by the time I get home from work, I’m dealing with decision fatigue and a serious lack of time. Going to a store to shop during my minimal free time to try and find something flattering for my odd pear shape? Yeah, no thank you. So I tried Trunk Club eleven times, buying that obligatory one item per Trunk before a coworker got me curious about Stitch Fix. Seven fixes in, I’m sold. Not even my best girl friends have gotten me to leave behind my leggings and T-shirts the way the folks at Stitch Fix have. I asked for clothes my 27yr old self can wear studying at coffee shops and taking my dog to breweries and they’ve consistently imagined that wardrobe for me better (and in more colors and patterns) than I ever could have on my own. I’ve always been comfortable with my looks, but now I feel confident— and less tired because I didn’t spend hours perusing racks to find that one shirt that “kinda” works for me. The only two changes I want from Stitch Fix is the ability to view previous fixes— or at least what we’ve purchased— and larger pictures on the app. I use an app to organize my closet called Stylebook and the pictures from my fixes are almost too tiny to transfer over. The picture sizes also make it hard to see what I’m swiping during that style game some of the time.

Wonderful Experience!
I am absolutely in love with Stitch Fix! I am a person who typically is really bad at style and matching outfits. I have never been good at making myself look good. However, Stitch Fix takes the information I give them on how I want to look and sends amazing recommendations. I am a short guy and have never owned clothes that actually fit me well and make me look good. As soon as I tried on some of the clothes they sent me, I couldn’t stop smiling, I immediately felt confident and good about the way I looked. I also love the personalization that goes into the fixes. They stylists really read everything you tell them and find things that will suit you for your specific lifestyle, and even take your budget into account. Shoutout to Melanie, my stylist the past couple of months! Not only was the style on point, but the quality of the items that were sent were better than most items I’ve seen in stores. I’ve always been scared to shop for clothes online, but Stitch Fix makes is so much easier and eliminates the need for a tailor. I had originally decided to try it out and get a fix every month, but after the way its helped me in my confidence of appearance, I just had to increase to the most frequent option. I have no complaints at all and would highly recommend to ANYONE who is looking to upgrade their wardrobe!

Much needed style help!
I started stitch fix because I didn’t have clothes that I enjoyed wearing. I knew they didn’t flatter my body type and I also hated shopping for myself because it was hard to find clothing that looked good and made me feel confident in wearing them. The first box I received was to courageous for me, but I sent my feedback to the stylists and they hooked me up with clothing better suited to my more conservative taste. I love most things they send me now, I feel confident wearing the clothes and I feel better in my own skin as a result. The app is easy to use when returning or exchanging clothes. I like that you are able to buy clothes again in different patterns or colors. I like that they suggest other pieces that would go with what you have bought from them. My one complaint is that you are not able to save any of the daily suggestions, you have to be ready to buy if you see it on the screen. You might never see that suggested item again. I would like to see an option where you could save items you’re interested in, without having to purchase them right away. I am a careful shopper and I like to think about what I’m buying for a day or so and it would be nice to be able to save potential purchases in a “liked” or “save for later” section. Impulse buying is not my style, and it seems that the current format really encourages impulse purchases.

Fun
I like this service. I love having new items but don’t have a mall close, and dislike shopping for a purpose, eg the pressure of going out on a particular day to find a dress for a particular occasion. So StitchFix helps me keep my wardrobe fresh. And I like that the brands are not the same found in major retailers(?) so unlikely to end up with the same piece as my neighbor or friend. A couple of suggestions: instead of simple thumbs up thumbs down, I would like to add a “love” and a “no way!” button. After several months of rating, I feel the system should know me better and not ask me to rate what seems like totally random items. (Hence my wish for “no way” button). And I wish we had more days to return fix items. It says you’ll have three days but it’s usually two which means one to two evenings, which sometimes one is busy and means a rushed trying on rather than time to do and consider pieces at leisure. And if your two days fall on a weekend then it’s really only one because post office doesn’t pick up on Sunday and if you drop it in a random postal box you don’t know if it may not be registered and processed until the next day. Anyway, overall I do like this so far and enjoying it! I have received some really nice pieces I would t have otherwise encountered or selected!

Love!
A friend of mine was using stitch fix, and suggested I give it a try. I work at a bank, and during Covid 19 was not out shopping… Obviously. I signed up for stitch fix and received my first box. I was very surprised at how accurate the style choices were. I was very detailed in my notes about what I liked and disliked about any item whether it was the fit or the price. My second box came, and I bought the entire box. I also referred a few people and received $25 off immediately. Then received 25% off for purchasing the entire box, and then had my $20 styling fee credited to the total as well. I now have my fiancé and two of my children receiving boxes as well. I find that I am getting obsessed with looking at the app to click dislike and like. LOL One suggestion I would like, is for the option to put the entire household under one app. From what I can see I can add my youngest child to my profile. However my older kids are sizes and need to put the app on their own phones, same as my fiancé. I would prefer them all on the same app as I am the one paying the bill. Strongly suggest people try it! You’ll love the options and quality. One other suggestion though, don’t base your opinion on the first box. It takes a couple of boxes for your stylist to get to know you.

LOVE IT
I have absolutely no fashion sense. Clothing has always been stressful for me, ever since I was a kid ($$$). The time spent searching for the right items, the money wasted on items that will “have to do”, even though they don’t fit quite right and aren’t cute.... I always leave stores feeling even less confident than when I first walked in. Then came Stitch Fix. My biggest concern with Stitch fix was the price of the clothing. I’ve always been a thrift store shopper, spending no more than $16 on an article of clothing (or even better, free hand me downs). But when that first box arrived, I suddenly had cute comfy and versatile clothing items for work! My jaw dropped. No time wasted shopping around, and I have 5 quality clothing items at my front door that actually FIT. YES! I love that you can order extras like socks and bralettes; I love that you can reorder certain items in new colors and patterns; and I love the new tool they’re trying out: “Shop Your Looks”. What it is is they’ll suggest ways to pair items you’ve kept with other articles of clothing (always my struggle!!!). They give you the price upfront and you can order it outside of your regularly scheduled fix. God, I feel so middle class. 😂 So if you have the cash (I budget about $250 per month, but that’s only if I keep all 5 pieces) I would recommend this service in a heartbeat.

Fixin’ for a Fix
The days fly by when you’re busy working hard; don’t you deserve a treat?! Well treat yourself to something lovely with the help of your very own stylist! I absolutely love getting a somewhat unexpected surprise once a month! The frequency is at your fingertips. Customer service is amazing online or with the help of this app you, so you always have everything StitchFix at your fingers. Starting with a quiz, you can personalize your style and needs, then stylist is chosen just for you! Changes to preferences, sizes, and frequency can always be made to your account. If you need to skip a fix, change the date of delivery, or even put your account on hold for travel, all can be accomplished seamlessly with the app. If a problem should arise or you simply have a question or remark (notes to your stylist you couldn’t fit in before your Fix is prepared) an email to StitchFix is all it takes; response time is 24hrs but it never takes that long. The app has been especially helpful for me; both checking in and checking out. With my busy schedule I could not think of an easier way to make updates to my closet. Honestly, I’m recommending this to every single person I meet or know, and those who already participate feel exactly the same. No one remembers life before their Fix lol...why would you? It’s fabulous!

Looks as great on App as in person
I use this App at least a couple of times a week. StitchFix has changed everything about the way I dress. This company is fabulous. They are run by caring people, not a bunch of computers. When I asked them to send me button up shirts because of shoulder surgery, they did. They, also, sent me flowers the day I got home from the hospital. My stylist even followed up with a lovely note. There have been other situations like this over the past year of thoughtful little moments from their staff members. The best part of the company is their ability to figure out what people like to wear and to dress them with what they like and what looks great on them. Each box gets better than the box before. Their clothing quality is terrific. The styles are current but not oddball styles that will be out of style before the tags are removed. This is definitely something that people who need help with choosing clothing should give a try. It has helped me immensely. I have a new confidence that I never thought I would have. I am so glad I started using this service over a year ago. I still use StitchFix and will continue to use going forward. I love their products and the people who work there. Thank you StitchFix for helping me realize who I can be when I’m dressed for success.

Read the fine print - I LOVE IT!
Most people having a problem did not bother to read any of the fine print. Everything brought up is listed on their website. $20 styling fee each box - yes because each box is styled for you but if you keep your items you get a credit for it. Items are expensive- yes good quality clothes are expensive what did you expect? If you want cheap quality clothes then this is not for you. The items I have received have included some brands that I typically buy at Nordstrom so for me personally I love it because with the styling credit and the discount for keeping everything I end up paying less. Everything and I really mean everything in my boxes I have loved. It’s like they went into my brain and saw my vision boards. Even down to items I’ve thought about trying but hadn’t. So far everything has fit perfectly which is amazing. I was doing Dia subscription in the past but have lost so much weight I didn’t really fit their size range so decided to try this instead. I am still not very familiar with what sizes I need as I had always been plus size but they have nailed it perfectly. I would pay twice over just for the conveniences offered and the fact that I have yet to receive an item that doesn’t fit or I don’t like.

Love, but needs availability for more feedback
Love the clothes they send me. Love that the stylist really listens to the requests. Wish that in the likes/dislikes that there were more options. Example: never/dislike/maybe/like/want; even if it was never/maybe/want would be better. It is sometimes hard to see the item to rate, would be nice to rotate it so you could see from all sides. Like that you can pinch to zoom in. I know that they just want first reactions, but sometimes I like something from the front and it is nothing I would wear from the back. Also hard to tell what type of material it might be. Would be nice for first reaction to say what you like about it, like pattern or cut. Same for dislikes. The inspiration boards don’t give much room for giving feedback on the items you like. I am left to just using emojis ♥️👍🏼👎🏼😍 for each item in the block. Other than that, I really do love my items I have received so far. I have been using a little over a year and get boxes every other month. I feel like my stylist gets me. She really has elevated my style, which is why I started doing this. Try it out, at least get two boxes before canceling or switching stylists remember you’re making a connection with someone you’ve never met. The more info/feedback you give the better.

Love Stitch Fix
I hate shopping for clothes. Stitch Fix is my solution. I can try on clothes in the privacy of my own home and returns are so easy. My favorite way to purchase is through Freestyle. I can buy the pieces I want and put together my own outfits. It’s so easy. The app has pics of all my purchases and I can view outfit suggestions for each item. I can’t praise this feature enough. I love the app. I use it every day. It’s so fun to see what’s new. I have to admit I’ve been disappointed with my Fixes. My understanding was that I would get a total outfit. Instead I get all separates that I have to buy more pieces freestyle to make an outfit. I had to threaten to never get another Fix again in order to get an outfit. I got one and bought all five items. Then it was back to the same ol’ Fix box full of separates. I see from other reviews that I should get a new stylist. Another thing that was strange is you get to preview your Fix and select the five items you want. I’ve done this for all of my fixes. But one of my Fixes did not include any of my selections except one scarf, of all things. I was bummed. By now, I feel like I don’t even need a stylist because the app offers me all the tools I need to put together great outfits.

App and Sales
I love Stitch Fix but there are so many things I wish I could change about the app and shopping experience. One, I spend so much time going through and rating all of the clothes each day, but my daily looks stay the same. They never change to reflect all of my ratings. I see so many cute clothes on the ratings that pop up consistently for consecutive days and they never appear in my daily looks. If they did I would buy them, so this is a flaw in the app because it is hurting the customer and your business. I would like to see a way to correct this or find a way for me to click on the item from the ratings page so if I really love the item I can purchase because so many times I am so upset a really great item just disappears for me to never see again. Two, I find an item I love and bookmark it and then maybe even purchase it and on the style card I find an item that goes with it that I equally love to pair it with but there is no way to find that item at all. Many time if I find an item through a search of categories it will only show me that item and similar item of that item and its style card not the items link to the style card, so again I am left wanting to find these great items to pair it with and instead finding myself at the local mall instead of Stitch Fix. If you made the style card to each item linkable or clickable as well you would probably get more sales from each item.

Exceeded my expectations
My first order was to support a friend. However, I just LOVED my clothes. I had a bit of sticker shock BUT ...I guess I never knew what quality clothing looked like, fitted like and held up like. After my second box I changed to getting a box every month because quite frankly the clothes looked and fitted WAY better than anything I’ve ever had.i cleaned out my closet to make room for the incoming. I always sneak peek at what is being sent to me...and I’m like no way on some items. Then I get the box and try them on and I’m in love. Exchanges are super easy. I returned 3 items one time and they said I only returned two...but they believed me...I was truly being honest...and they took my word. That I was grateful for as it would have been a deal breaker because I know I returned everything I said I did. Def take advantage of doing the daily picks, Pinterest pictures of your style and letters to your stylist. They can’t nail what you like if you don’t communicate. I love that I get a deal with no styling fee...yeah! I can order more often now! I also like the 20% off if you buy all five. It’s like getting one garment for free and you can gift one you are not a fan of. If you don’t connect with your stylists it’s easy to change. I’m loving everything I have

Overall happy
This summer I will be at the year mark of using the service. I’ve had a great experience but it’s definitely been up and down. Some boxes I have LOVED and others I’ve gotten 1-2 things, I think that’s pretty normal. The one disappointing thing that happened was that I got into a groove with a stylist and then I paused my orders for 2 months to take a break and I came back and the stylist was switched and I have been trying to get the same satisfaction ever since. The pieces are great quality, the packaging is always well done, the jeans are super soft, and the tops are well made. They pay attention to your Pinterest, some stylists more than others. One suggestion I have is allowing the participants to write more in their fix note, it’s frustrating sometimes when you have to fit one sentence in and then have to erase stuff lol. Also, I’ve noticed in the thumbs up and down feature (which I love) the items I’ve liked have never once wound up in a fix. Overall I’m happy with the experience and I was very hesitant to try a clothing service such as this one. Return service is free and I’ve never had an issue once with funds etc. A great add on to this app would be a chat feature where maybe your stylist could ask questions?

Great for Petites
Have used Stitch Fix for over 5 years and was going through Style Profile and realized most of my favorite closet items were delivered by Stitch Fix. I always get compliments on the items. The work of shopping for the ‘non average body’ is cut out — which for us petites can require scouring sale racks or the juniors department for things that fit and are also age-appropriate — and the items are delivered to try on in the comfort of your own home. You can set a price point. You can change your stylist. You can exchange. The only thing that I wish was different is you are paying full price for items unless you keep entire fix which they take 25% off. There have been a couple times where I liked 4/5 items and the 5th just sits in my closet, so I wish they’d have something where you can return one item — for instance the last fix I received a really cute shirt but was allergic to the zipper, but it was cheaper to keep all 5 items than return 1 shirt. Have not reached out to customer service, they are really good though any time I’ve needed to contact! :-) I recommend trying their service at least once, you’re bound to receive at least one item you love!

My own personal stylist & shopper!!
If Absolutely LOVE stitch fix!! I have been using it for about two years plus & they really pinpoint your personal style/preferences/ & wardrobe essentials that you need!! Like anything in this world you get what you put in!! I play the style shuffle every day/every Sat/sun they post new inspo pics & I always pin what I lke/dislike to help my assigned stylist make aml my fix picks personal and useful. It took me trying out maybe 3 stylists before I trued Landra 💕💕shes top notch & I look & feel like a celebrity!! I also recommend keeping your style profile up to date & doing free style shopping to save items that you love so it gives your stylist extra picks that you like so she can style you even better/most to your liking! Last thing after you send back a when you checkout (through the app a week or so after the delivery) give as much feedback as possible good or bad. Im 6 ft tall and my stylist knows alot about my likes n dislikes n i also tell her when I'm looking for specific items for events etc. My wardrobe is so much better I love it. I get compliments everywhere I go and stitch fix takes all the stress out for me!! Give it a try no commitment needed xo

I have just started using Stitch Fix and I love the concept so much! It’s super exciting to wait on unknown clothes in the mail. It’s fun to eagerly await what will be inside and then to try everything on and analyze what you do and don’t like. This first fix had me pretty impressed overall. It wasn’t perfect, but overall all of the items fit pretty well and the patterns and colors were largely in line with my taste. The prices were more expensive than I thought they would be, especially considering that I put most of my items settings on “The Cheaper, the Better” setting. However, I understand that this was my first fix and that it’ll take a little trial and error to figure me out perfectly. I really am super excited for my next fix though! As for the app itself, the app runs very smoothly and is easy to maneuver. My only recommendations would be the same as a few other people already mentioned. It would be nice to be able to zoom in on the photos in the like/dislike section of the app. Also, it would be nice to be able to choose the number of items one is wanting to receive. Some people might only want two items while someone else might want ten or fifteen. It would be nice to choose.

Gave it another shot but disappointed
I tried Stitch Fix a few years ago but switched to Trunk Club because it felt more personalized (I had friends that were getting the same items as me with Stitch Fix, which I found strange as it was so “personalized”), and they provided me with more options. I decided to give it a go again-there has definitely been some improvement (now you are provided with an actual stylist that has a name, you can preview your box and make changes), so I have given it 3 stars for that reason. That being said, I thought there were more options in my preview than what I actually received. I had also selected things in my preview that I wanted to be sent, and they either weren’t sent, or were sent in a different color. This was very disappointing-kind of defeats the purpose of having a preview. Especially as I had no idea until my box arrived-they didn’t mention it, it’s like they just hope you won’t notice. There also wasn’t enough space for this feedback (limited characters) when I processed my order, or else this feedback would have gone to them (I hate posting public reviews) instead of being posted as a review on the app. I really wanted to love it this time around but am disappointed to have to say that I didn’t 😔

Vary your model sizes!!
I got quite a few outfits from stitch fix. It’s really fun to get a surprise box from a stylist who picks things out for your based on your preferences, and they have a wide variety of adorable clothes. However, my main complaint is that the models are ALWAYS size S or XS. It wouldn’t bother me if some of the models were that size, but if every single one is that way, it comes across as fatphobic, and implying that anything above a size S (including size medium which is a normal size that’s not overweight at all) is undesirable. Because if it were desirable, wouldn’t you include models of that size? It’s especially egregious because this store is fully online, which means you can’t try the clothes on yourself, and if you aren’t super skinny and super tall, you don’t actually have any idea how the clothes will look on you. It’s pretty shameful that in the year 2024, stitch fix is still tacitly implying that a certain type of body that the majority of their shoppers don’t have is the most valid type. I’d recommend varying their model sizes, and maybe even show the outfits on different mode sizes so you can see what it would look like on your size. Please do better, because I’ve enjoyed the products I’ve gotten from you and the work I’ve done with your stylists.

Not Exchangeable!!
I have received several fixes for me and for my son. I like most things I have gotten so far, but these are the problems I have with Stitch Fix...My son has received items that I have specifically said my son would not like, but they send anyway. He even got girls shoes on one delivery. Since you can’t exchange items, you don’t keep everything you lose the discount. So I end up keeping items every shipment because it’s cheaper. The last delivery I received for him had a shirt that was smaller than what is in his profile and shoes that ran very small. They stated they were his size but he couldn’t even get his foot in them. He liked them so I was going to exchange for a different size so I didn’t lose the discount but there were no other sizes available for exchange...so I’m stuck once again with items I didn’t order. I believe they give you some items knowing they don’t fit but do it to as filler because it happened before and i thought it was just a mistake by sending a larger size. But if my 12 year old is listed as a kids size large (10-12), he should not be getting size 9 shirts, or XL shirts. If it was just once and a while I could overlook but I’ve been stuck with too many clothes that aren’t going to be worn and it’s just too much of a hassle. It’s a great concept, but there should be exceptions if there’s no size exchanges available.

Love!
Stitch fix is by far the best styling service and the app is really user friendly and fun too! They recently added a rating system to ‘like’ or ‘dislike’ items which makes the app more interactive and also helps to give you more personalized boxes. It’s also just fun to see the different items you could potentially get in your box! Customer service is very responsive and kind, when you reach out you know you are talking to a real person and not just receiving canned responses. They listen, communicate and do a great job at styling too! It is also affordable, you can choose how much you want to spend and they do a great job at following those guidelines. They don’t just throw in pieces that are out of your price range that you will love but then be sorely disappointed that you can’t purchase them. If you are new to stitch fix my best advice is to communicate, the more you tell your stylist and the more information you provide in your profile the better your boxes will be! Just remember, they are real people and they do listen! They make “shopping” easy and fun with good quality clothing, accurate sizing, and styles that leave you feeling confident, not defeated, after trying on your fix!

I really like Stitchfix
It’s great, nice clothes, interesting selections. I’ve kept all items in my fixes and only 2 of 5 in some. I just wish my stylists would read back to ALL my critiques and comments about what I like and don’t like. I haven’t repeated everything I’ve said in prior updates of my style, but nothing has changed in those past comments. I just add to these expecting them to go back to all I’ve said! Not sure they do that. I’d like to know if I have to repeat these likes & dislikes each time I have a new fix coming up. I’m getting monthly fixes right now since we changed seasons. But I feel the quality of the clothes is really good. They just haven’t “hit the nail on the head” yet!! I’m not giving up yet but I’ve been with them since Oct?, maybe Sept of ‘17. Come on gals, I’m a young 64yo. But my body has changed; I’m not at my ideal weight and probably never will be.😩 I still like to wear trending clothes on the slightly conservative side (because of my body size & shape). I love shoes and purses, like the ones I’ve been sent; and I want pieces that are meant to be worn together (at least 2 of the 5)! I love the way that with each fix, that they do send pics of the pieces sent with other ways to wear them tho. That helps me a lot.

Stitch fix is amazing
I have been doing stitch fix now for probably about 3 years. I absolutely love it. My stylist has really gotten to know me (which I never switched). She is very good about sending items I ask for. The app is great, and over the last three years I’ve seen many improvements that are great. It seems they really listen to client feedback and attempt to add suggested features. I love that you can now preview a fix before it ships. I do love a good surprise but this definitely helps eliminate things I would not want and by not picking 5 items in the preview I still get a surprise plus a couple of items I really want The shop is great! Wish our stylist could see our saved items so they could send those in our box, however, I have learned to be very specific and ask so for the things I see that I really want and a lot of the time I do receive the exact item. I would be more inclined to buy from the shop if they offered the same discount that I receive if I keep all 5 items. It would be cool if I bought 5 items from the shop that I received same discount. Shipping is always free tho, and that’s awesome!

Love it
I don’t like shopping but I do enjoy getting new clothes now and then. It’s a nice mood-lifter to get something new and fresh to wear. I signed up for Stitch Fix a few years ago while I was much too busy to shop but still wanted to get new clothes now and then. This is perfect! After the first fix, the stylist had a good idea of my preferences and it was like getting a box of surprise gifts every month. Often I’d receive things I wouldn’t have picked myself in a store, and I was pleasantly surprised I liked and wore them. I’ve paused my fixes because I have enough clothes right now, but I have fun doing the Style Shuffle. I also look in the Shop section (which I never noticed until I started using the mobile app just recently)... it’s like a curated little shop of things their system thinks I’ll like. I’ve ordered a few items that way. I wish for one change though: a wishlist for items you want to save and consider later. I’ve been putting things in the cart as a substitute for wishlist- but if I want to order just one or two items from the cart I have to delete the rest and then they’re gone forever unless by chance they show up again in the ever-changing shop.

Great, but I feel tricked.
I’ll start by saying that everything about the app is phenomenal. It’s smooth, it’s easy, and the clothes they send you are spot on. It was fantastic, but I’m giving them a three star rating because I believe they intentionally sent me one item that was obviously not my style. So as you’re setting up your size and style, they show you hundreds of different articles of clothing and ask if you’d wear it. This is how they determine what you’d like and wouldn’t like. They sent five pieces, and wow we’re the four of them spot on. Absolutely a perfect fit and the style couldn’t have aligned better with what I was looking for. Then, the fifth piece was this weird looking lumberjack long sleeve shirt which I have no idea how or why they’d determine from the hundreds or shirts that I said “no, I don’t Like this look”, that this would fit my style. It wasn’t even remotely close to the other pieces of clothing they sent me. Then I realized- they sent it intentionally, knowing it wasn’t my style. Why would they do that, right? Because if you buy all 5 pieces of clothing they send you, you get a 25% discount. They sent that last piece knowing it wasn’t my style and that I wouldn’t buy it, saving themselves from having to lose a 25% profit. For this reason, I give stitch fix 3 stars.

Love this so much!
My stylist is fantastic and listens so well to what I like and don’t like. Everything has got perfect and is wonderful. I can never seem to find anything I like in the stores and the last 2 boxes I have kept everything because she hit me perfectly on the head. Everything looked like it was taylor made! I cannot sing enough praises. I have so needed a wardrobe makeover but do not have time to go to 500 different stores and plus these items come from stores we don’t have in my area since we are in a rural area. So glad I made this decision. I actually have become addicted to the point my husband complains about me finding clothes on there that weren’t picked out for me and I buy seperately. I get so many compliments and have had so many people that don’t even know me think that I had the items taylor made since they fit so perfectly that they looked custom made. A few of them said they were going to check out the site since they have the same issue in the same area we live in! Wish you would consider a two or three tier box of 5, 7, 10 or such items maybe for longer subscribing customers or just in general!!!!

Pretty Disappointed.
I wish I was able to give feedback directly on the website, but the text boxes for rating the fix only let in so many characters which seemed strange. I had tried this out to see how it was and I have to say it’s not really what I hoped for. I started by putting in all of my preferences, sizes, aesthetics, price range, colors, etc. And with all the extra presets you’d think my stylist would get things correct. I even linked my Pinterest clothing board and added to the provided fix inspiration board to ensure I could give all the extra info I could. I did the style shuffle everyday, and the algorithm seemed to get my styles and aesthetics on point. Everything seemed good. Then I got my package, everything inside was the complete opposite of almost every one of my preferences: colors, styles, prices, some of the pieces had features and cuts that showed off things I wanted to downplay. Shoulders, chest, midriff etc. I’m at a loss. I feel like I’ve wasted 20$ from the styling fee, I wish I could ask for a refund if I’m honest. This didn’t feel like personal styling at all, kinda felt like the stylist got the order and just added random stuff to the box. I guess I should have thought this through more before getting a fix.

Do not use the app for “shop your looks “
Yesterday I tried to buy a sweater from the “shop your looks” feature on my phone. I kept getting the following message: “Oops! We were not able to complete your order. Please try again later.” So I tried a few more times with no luck. I tried again about 30 minutes later and my order went through. Then I read my emails later in the evening and see that I have FOUR confirmation emails for purchases of the same sweater. This was maddening, but I thought if I contacted customer service I will get it fixed. Well, there is no phone number for customer service and today I received an email telling me that once an order has been placed, there is nothing they can do about it. Since this situation is completely due to some kind of bug with their app, this is really frustrating. And as a side note, I wouldn’t have felt the need to keep trying to purchase the sweater right away except they have designed this app so items are only available to be purchased for about 10 minutes. Then they all disappear and you have new choices. I really liked the idea of being able to purchase items that coordinate with pieces I already own, but the way they have designed it feels very manipulative. I think loyal customers should be treated with more consideration than this.

Just what I needed!
So far I have received two ‘fixes’ (personalized package). The first one was good, but not 100%, and I ended up just keeping the whole thing. I provided feedback and came to find that my second fix what’s exactly what I wanted. I really appreciate that they value their customers’ feedback and try to work around their styles to best meet their needs. I love that we can choose a schedule for our fixes and are only charged the monthly subscription fee on the months we schedule our fixes AND that the fee is then applied to our purchase should we keep whatever items we like. This has definitely saved me time and effort trying to buy clothes on my own AND with random impulse purchases I don’t need, knowing that I’ll be receiving a fix. The process is fairly simple and they provide you with what you need should you decide to return some or all of the items in the scheduled fix. They’re also generously flexible with their due dates for returns and payments should you need an extension. I’ve had a great experience with their customer service and have received fast responses within 24 hours, if not sooner. Definitely recommend this app!

Forgot to say
I already left a review, a couple minutes ago, but I forgot to add, 2 very important things, which is, 1 being the quality of clothes, which is super important, & the size accuracy. Their quality of clothes is so good, the sweaters are super comfortable, thick, everything I get from here, is of the best quality, seriously. I was kind of surprised, especially because some of these items are very reasonably priced, and affordable, most places, I won’t mention any other places that send clothes to you😆 their clothes are kind of cheap, the material isn’t thick, and durable, and the “jeans“ are like granny jeans, the stretchy ones, but stitch fix sends you high-quality, great “threads”! Also, the sizes, fit just right, imo, I am a big girl, and wear a 3X, and I love the fit, I don’t like my clothes too tight because I have a belly. I have room to move around, comfortably, I appreciate that they have bigger sizes because a lot of places don’t, like the other place, they’re 3X doesn’t compare, it isn’t the same quality, and fit, you have to size up, but stitch fix got it all right, thanks again, stitch fix!🙏🥳🤩

My wardrobe never looked so good.
I was hesitant at first to try Stitch Fix but a couple of work colleagues recommended it and I’m so glad I did, I absolutely love it. The first fix was a miss but I have never been disappointed since. I enjoy doing the style shuffle every day and taking a look at the style recommendations in the shop section and often end up buying some of those items too. I have kept the same stylist. I love how she pairs new fixes with previous items I’ve received and the little note she send each month. It really does feel like a personalized service just for me. Some of the items I get I would never have picked out for myself but when I try them I love them. That’s the beauty of Stitch Fix, it has made my style more adventurous instead of always making a beeline for the racks at the stores with the safe styles and colors that I always go for. I always look forward to getting my Fix!! Only one small recommendation to the app makers, not a complaint and not enough to take away a star, it would be helpful to have an order history under the account section and a way to track the extra items purchased.

The worst shopping experience ever!
I knew stitch fix went IPO recently and wanted to check out their service. So I downloaded the stitch fix in the App Store. The whole onboarding process is a painful experience. Luckily, I went through the onboarding process. I didn’t want to schedule any delivery so I went to the setting to set my delivery frequency to on demand. However, I got an email saying my delivery is on the way. I am like - I don’t want any delivery. Why did you schedule it for me? You didn’t even ask my confirmation. Ok. Fine. I am gonna try out your service. I got the box and opened it. I got one pair of shoes, one pair of jeans, and three pieces of tops. I have to say all items are very low quality but the prices are super high. The pair of jeans is $98 but the quality is similar to something with $30. I didn’t like anything in the box at all and wanted to return all of them. However, SF charged me $20 for styling fee. So the questions are - why am I charged for a delivery that I didn’t schedule? Why am I charged for the styling of all low quality items? Is this the right first time user experience? The recommendation I will give is at least you shouldn’t charge the styling fee until users see the value of your service. I have to say I will never come back to Stitch Fix and I will never recommend it to anyone else. Of course, I won’t be the shareholder of this company at all.

Meh
I had tried another style service and didn't like it, so I switched to stitch fix because of all the great things I heard. The first box was great, and I loved several of the items in the box. I had my engagement photo shoot coming up, so I scheduled a box to come before then and sent a long message about what I was looking for. I made a pinterest board and linked it, and did the style shuffle every day. I was so excited, I figured there would be at least one item I would love in the box to wear for the shoot. Pictures were in the fall at an apple orchard, and I had asked for a neutral sweater or turtle neck to go under a black leather jacket that would be worn with jeans and booties. When the box arrived it contained a silk floral tube top jumpsuit, a white and light blue striped collared shirt, a pink and mustard striped sweater, a green leather bomber jacket and a necklace. I was so severely disappointed and ended up having to get an outfit last minute for the shoot. I should have known not to trust the customizable options, and purchased a backup outfit ahead of time. I reached out about my disappointment but nobody really did anything about it, and I returned everything and cancelled my box. It's fine if you like to be surprised every month, but don't try to ask for anything specific, they don't listen to anything you have to say.

Hands down, this company is the best! After signing up, it was only a couple of days before I received my first box. I’ve tried out several similar companies and never quite liked their products but hold on....wait a minute....Stitch Fix has changed the game!! I purchased everything in my box at an excellent rate and could not be happier. It’s almost like the stylist has been my best friend for years as well as clearly being a seamstress. The four articles of clothing fit as if they were custom tailored for my figure in addition, I absolutely loved the look/looks they created for me!! There was a piece of jewelry, which I normally do NOT care for or buy, that fit my style so well that I just had to buy it too. Thank you to my magical stylist for your clearly gifted craft and thanks Stitch Fix for creating a way for me to shop I’m the comfort of my own home. Going shopping can be quite difficult for me at times because I have MS and can be extremely overwhelmed by the crowds and the physical activity. It’s been a while since I’ve been blessed with this much excitement and happiness and it’s all thanks to Stitch Fix! Love you guys!!

Fabulous
This is my second year with Stitch Fix and I am fortunate that my stylist, Kelsey, gets me and is on the mark most of my fixes! I love receiving the boxes as it’s like Christmas for me! Everything about the app is so easy - it could not be more perfect. The only reason for 4 stars is that their exchange availability for items is frustrating and most items are not available! Very upsetting when you love an item and you cannot get the right size. Also, I think to make the experience even better, is to bump up the amount of items you receive in your fix! 5 items are not enough to choose from. I would love it if it were more like 10+ (like The Trunk Club). I was going to give Trunk Club a try but will stay and see if Stitch Fix will bump the amount of items - Maybe soon?!? They have already added the “extras”, which I am trying for the first time with my next fix - can’t wait to see how those items fare. Jewelry would be great in the “extras” category as I would not prefer jewelry considered as an item in the Fix since that lessens the number of clothing options which I already noted above as preferring more to choose from! Thanks and still loving Fix after 2 years!

Awesome service for someone who has no style
I dont mean that title to be rude, I’m absolutely serious when I say I really have a hard time styling myself for work (business casual). For going out with friends/dates or casual events, I’m pretty good at it. I was hesitant to subscribe because of the price but a friend of mine loves it so I decided to give it a try. My first box was AMAZING. I definitely thought I was only going to keep one or two things. No. I kept the whole darn box bc I just couldn’t part with any of it. I literally would have never picked those outfits out for myself and I was just so in love with the personalized picks. Everything fit perfectly and the style guide is awesome to hang on to for reference. I would only warn that another friend of mine put “the cheaper the better” for all her options and her box was over $200, but mine was just under. I told her to ask for a different stylist and to mention in the notes to keep the prices lower next time(which I’m glad Stitch Fix allows for so much feedback). I might not keep this box forever, but certainly for 6-12 months until I get a good collection of outfits made!

Stitch Fix is great!
My mom had been doing Stitch Fix for a couple years when I decided to try it out, so I knew how it would work and that it might take a few fixes before I would start getting exactly what I wanted. I admit, I’ve had a couple “fails” where I’ve been sort of baffled by what was in the box, but it really has gotten better each time. I like the functionality of the app and the ability to not only check out and leave honest feedback about the clothing, but also all the other types of shopping you can do! It’s nice to look at suggested outfits and accessories for items you’ve kept, AND just other items that they think you’d like to buy! My one issue is the way you rate your suggested items on the app, with a simple thumbs up or thumbs down. It’s too simple: sometimes I like the style of a top, but not the color or print, so I give it a thumbs down because I don’t want to receive an animal print top, even though I’d love it if it was striped (just my example). But otherwise, this whole company is extremely organized, helpful, and fun! I would recommend this to anyone who wants to try and new and more convenient way of shopping for clothes.

I joined stitch fix last summer. I loved everything, on multiple occasions I purchased everything that was picked out. However, since their new algorithm has been their thing, this is no longer personalised. I’m not kidding when I say every single preview shows me the same sports bras, leggings, and north fact jackets. I say no to them all the time. I emailed customer service to see if we can fix this. They told me that because of the algorithm, they can’t. So what’s the point of paying $20 in advance for an algorithm to pick out my clothes? (Basic clothes anyway). Every time they send me the same brand jean. I keep leaving notes saying this brand jean doesn’t fit me right, please stop sending. And they don’t, because no one sees the note anyway. They recently have been sending me these really weird cropped plaid shirts, that’s not even my style and I haven’t bought a single one. I couldn’t believe that I was the only one who could be having this problem, if you go on google there’s very recent articles about how the app now relies on the algorithm, not the stylist. So in my opinion, why am I paying $20 when I can go on Pinterest, Instagram, you name It and have cute clothes advertised to me FOR FREE. This service used to be wonderful, now I struggle to find one good thing about it.

Love it!
I look forward to receiving my Fixes! Everyday I complete the style shuffles, review my outfit ideas for items i have already purchased to get ideas on how to style them myself with the option to buy their suggested pieces. I also enjoy adding to my inspo board. It personally took me a few stylist to really dig into my true style and send me pieces I felt were personalized, but I have other friends that have enjoyed their stylist from the very beginning and even send personal notes in their boxes-WOW! I sent my concerns to customer service and they were very accommodating and wanted me 100% satisfied. They added more notes on their end to pass on to the stylist and I can’t wait to receive my next box! If I could suggest things about the app it would be for the option to add multiple items to a cart in the Outfit Ideas section to purchase or hold items all at once. I would also like to be able to see a 360 view of the items. If an item comes in another color I would like the opportunity to exchange rather than to return the received piece and purchase separately. Overall, I truly enjoy this membership and have referred several friends!

I Love My Stylist!!!
From my first fix, my stylist got my shape perfect, which isn’t easy without actually seeing someone in-person. I’m a very curvy, busty lady with a small waist, & I need clothes that accommodate these assets. With the information I was able to give her, she has done amazingly well. This apt allows you to give so much info about what you want in/like about clothes & what your stylist has actually sent you. You tell them how you dress, what kinds of pieces you’d like in your styles & the top end of what you’d like to spend on each kind if piece. It also allows you to rate three sets of pieces each day, to give your stylist an even better sense of your taste. Then they send you 5 pieces each order for a $20 styling fee, which is then applied to whatever you buy. If you buy all 5, you get a discount. And they send you a card with photos of options for how to style each piece. The more info you give, the better your styles become. I don’t like clothes shopping, & was have access to brands I wouldn’t know or otherwise find elsewhere. I’ve been ecstatic about my styles & love this app! Definitely worth checking out!!!

I love this!
First to review the App: I love that I can access everything about my account and check up on/take care of anything as easily as I can on my laptop. Also, each day, you get a few more rounds of style rating exercises (thumbs up or thumbs down) to scroll through if you want to. It’s fun and helps your stylist get to know you. On the service: great. Items are always on budget. I’m not generally looking for 5 items every single month, but love the one or two fresh pieces. My stylist has send me a couple great items that I don’t would not have picked out myself but are close enough to my everyday style, that they make really special additions to my wardrobe. You can also request or ask not to receive certain items, like if you are looking for a dress or definitely don’t want them to send shoes. On the items you aren’t keeping, you log in and can leave comments on each piece, so they can further get to know what you are looking for. Then those items go back in the pre-paid Priority Mail bag and all you have to do it drop it off at the Post Office. It couldn’t be easier or more convenient.

Stylist nailed it! Paid attention to my profile & what I wrote!
I am 59 years old. I’ve lost 45 pounds over 2 years & went from a 1x (16-18) to a 10-12. I don’t have patience with store shopping & I know what looks good on me. Sometimes I’m a 10, sometimes a 12. Sometimes a medium, sometimes a large. I’m a very descriptive & accurate writer. I knew this was key to starting my Stitch Fix stylist on my fashion journey. Boy did we make a great team! I was shocked when I got my first Fix! Katelyn hit it out of the park, going 4 for 5! One pair of skinny jeans was a 10. Fit perfectly! One pair of girlfriend jeans was a 12. Also fit perfectly! Size large, V-neck, faux-wrap dress, perfection, as was a really interesting mixed-media sleeveless blouse I never would have chosen, but love! The only return was a skirt. But really, who cares!!! I’ve chosen to shop Freestyle for a while & await a deeply discounted top. I’ll order another Fix in about a month. It’s like receiving a gift from someone who gets you! I can’t say enough good things about Stitch Fix! If you’re on the fence, take a leap of faith! You’ll be glad you did.

Pretty impressed
So I have no sense of style and the first fix was awesome! I kept the cutest pair of shoes! However when I went to pay today, my account was blocked for non payment. My date was extended until today, and my check hit at 1:30. My payment method to buy my shoes and shirt was different from what I used at the time of set up. I went to change it and was told they don’t take prepaid cards. So I had to go withdraw from one bank and deposit to another to have the funds in my original payment method account. I sent an email to service and they replied at 1:34 they tried a second attempt and failed, I must now change the payment method. This is my experience with billing and I never found a way to speak to a person so they could explain why I should not make a payment myself to bring the account current, and to explain to me why they don’t take prepaid cards. I understand risk but that’s stupid. One time payments should be available with a link and prepaid and standard debit cards should be used. I have had my prepaid card for 10 years now. It pays better interest. Anyway, I like the clothes, I kept a shirt and the Sperrys!

The whole family is involved now
This service is such a great thing. We have our frequency set for every couple months so I’m not overwhelmed. I started an account after asking my sister half a dozen times where did you get that shirt or how long did it take you to put that together, I’m pretty sure she told me stitch fix more than enough times. Anyway, I thought it would be super expensive but it’s pretty typical pricing. So I went ahead and added my two boys. They are completely opposite body types. Then my husband did one. With his, I was concerned. He literally made his first box with perfectly tailored measurements and the lowest prices offered (he was trying to test them I think). Mind you, tese are sizes I’ve NEVER seen in a store. We’ve always had to tailor his pants. And they delivered perfectly tailored pants, of high quality material and they were one of the cheapest items. I wish I could have recorded his face. Priceless. I couldn’t believe they managed. Anyway, StichFix is awesome. Kind of wish I would’ve checked it out before now and our whole family uses this service now. So ya... 5 stars for us.

Almost like a second family
Back in January, I received my monthly Stitch Fix right on time. Sadly, my grandfather had passed away the day before I received the box. I didn’t have time or a want to look inside the box for a few weeks. I was constantly changing the return date on the app (which is really easy and convenient). I never heard anything negative from them about my return, no questions asking about my check out. Instead they waited patiently until I was ready. I felt horrible it took so long, so in my response during check out I apologized for my delay and explained what had happened. Instead of shrugging it off their shoulders, they sent a letter in the mail letting me know they were thinking of me and that they were sorry for my loss. I couldn’t believe it! In my mind, I already loved this company. I’m always satisfied with my monthly boxes, the stylists listen to your requests when you ask, and it’s super convenient!! But after that letter, I realized they’re like another family. So thank you Stitch Fix, and thank you Ashley (my stylist) for being amazing! You guys are awesome!

Love this! Please add a favorite and like button.
Love this! Please add a “favorite” and “like” button or perhaps a “wish list” that my designer can pull from as my “fix” is put together. I also get frustrated when I leave one or two items off my cart and the app says I have hit my limit for the day. Then the item I wanted is gone! Sometimes I can’t find the item again. One particular sweater was so especially perfect for me. Fabric + Color and it was a high quality unique weave for sweaters I’ve seen. I never had an opportunity to purchase it and it has never been part of a “fix”. I have hoped it would come up in either the shopping section or the fix. I looked for it online and never found it either. I really hate shopping for clothes and I do not generally wear trending clothes until they are practically out of fashion. Stich fix has gotten me to try clothing I wouldn’t have spent the time to try on and nine times out of ten I find I like it when I get it on because my stylist has picked something that simply works for me. I’m often surprised at how great things work out.
