Got a call from a representative and they walked me through the app and trying to fix the problem and once I “signed up” I could see my account, but I wasn’t actually logged into the app and I still can’t log in! EDIT: I was able to log in and everything is working great now!
Besides checking and transferring stuff with my accounts, the main thing I use the app for is depositing checks. But with the iOS 16 update, it the check depositing doesn’t work anymore. No matter what I do, it says to rotate my phone. I made sure my screen rotate wasn’t locked, I restarted my device, I flipped ad turned every way possible, but it just doesn’t work. If they can fix it with the new iOS 16, it work be an amazing app again.
Balancing procedure is ok, but a person gets timed out too quickly & is very annoying. My other bank allows about twice as much time before doing that. We use at home & if away from home, people’s phones time out way before the bank, so why isn’t it set longer?? The nickname here is also VERY annoying. What is that needed for??
I don’t like having to rotate my camera to the right when depositing checks. It puts the camera at the opposite side of the endorsement. My hand ends up in the way. And it also creates shadows due to window lighting from that side. Been doing it the opposite way for years without having a bunch of shadows or issues.
I’m a bit frustrated with the app, in the sense that IOS 16 has been out for multiple months and they still have not fixed the check depositing… I’ve heard of multiple other users with the same problem, the app developers still have done nothing. 😑
This online banking is so much better than the old one! There was a bit of a hiccup logging in the first time but the girls at the branch were super helpful and got it figured out in a few minutes.
Literally can’t deposit a check. I had no problem doing so like 6 months ago but now it won’t read the check number and tells me to flatten the check. The check is flat I mean they don’t come any other way. Yes the background is dark, yes there is enough light, yes all the corners show. What ever you are gonna tell me in the response I’ve done. The program ain’t workin mr developer sir. I just want money in my bank that’s mine lol
A kind person at Stockman talked me through setting up password etc. I thought taking pics of my check would be as easy as with old app. New “improved, updated” app didn’t like any of my pics. Kept saying endorsement must be clearly visible even though you could plainly see it. Then it kept saying to flip check over but didn’t like when I did that either. What am I missing here? Will be driving my check to the bank tomorrow!
I don’t know what the new update did to the check deposit option but it made it unusable. Now it wants you to “rotate your device to continue deposit” but it doesn’t matter how you turn your device, it doesn’t work.
This app is so infuriating. I’ve been with Stockman bank for years and the app is always updating or something is always going on with it to where you can hardly ever login. It’s very frustrating and for something that’s supposed to be “convenient” it really is NOT!
The new update has obliterated their customer service on their phone lines. You can’t log into your accounts due to the way they set up your user name. Their app won’t send the emails to get your account info. Major fail on the app designers part. Big thumbs down.
Iphone had an update about 6 days ago now I can’t do a mobile deposit at the camera shows out of focus despite the banks claim to rotate your phone until the pic comes through.
Mobile deposit not working after update. Their solution of “rotating phone to the right” as indicated on the app when you open it, doesn’t work either. This is a huge inconvenience.
I’ve asked multiple times to have my accounts changed so to prevent overdraft fees one will come out of the other yet this is still not been done and you guys have stolen hundreds of dollars from me at this point
