This app makes banking so convenient and efficient. I can bank from anywhere. I give this app two thumbs up!

Don’t love it

Since you have changed your software, it’s hard to capture the photo of a check for mobile deposit. It was much easier before. Also, I preferred to sign in with a pin number. And I’m not happy with the changes in the online bill pay. I have many bills that I pay and find it very cumbersome.

Locked out of my account

Ever since I upgraded my phone (to an iPhone 8), I haven’t been able to log into my account. I go through several steps only to get an error message about my device ID not being recognized. Please fix this issue! This was a great app that I never had any issues with before and especially loved using the mobile check deposit feature. Now that I can’t use the app, it means I’ll need to make trips to the bank to deposit checks, which is an inconvenience.

Newest update broken

This app seems to update itself internally every time it loads up. Since the last update, the app no longer works on WiFi. I just get an error 0014 every time. If it turn WiFi off, it works fine. Also, every time it does load, I have to go through all of the “new features” screens every time. This app was subpar at best before, but now it’s gotten worse.

iPhone 12 Pro

The app is great except for the Face ID not working on iPhone 12 Pro. If you could fix this it would get 5 stars. The Face ID had worked in my iPhone 11.

Good update

I like the new look. The old one needed an update. I find it easier to get around the app. Nice job Stoneham.

Not Good

The sign on issues are infuriating. If you’re going to integrate with Face ID make sure it works. It doesn’t.

Security Code Not Sent To iPhone12Pro

This app used to be great, but now I can never log into the app. I can log in to the website just fine, however, when logging into the app - when it asks which cell phone number to send the security code to, no matter which phone number I select, it does not send a security code. I called Stoneham Bank customer service and their suggestion was to call Verizon... I’m sure Verizon gives a crap about your app.
