This app is great for writing, no ads, nothing that pops up. The app is fantastic, free and easy to use. I started 594 days ago on February 11th, 2023 and have not deleted it since. I recommend you get this app if you love writing and/or reading stories. When I first started using this app, I had my doubts and thought it would have so many ads and would be confusing to use but it was the exact opposite, how the tables have turned Story Writer! This experience has been amazing and I hope you guys join the journey.
This is literally the best app for a basic story writer like me. I already start a story with atleast 3-5 chapters. This app lets you bring ideas and fantasies to real life, I expressed so much feelings with this app in writing stories. I do have one problem tho. And this is not being able to create more than 2 stories without buying premium or whatever. I don’t expect you to just let us make stories freely but you have to delete a good story to make another one. I understand it but I don’t.
Hello book lovers! It’s Micah here: When I first downloaded this app I thought I’d go trough this schedule, (like I did with every other writing app): 1. Open the app. 2. Try the app. 3. Stay on the app for 3 seconds. 4. Quit the app. But this was a WHOLE new level of writing apps. I signed in with my email address and wrote my first book. And I have to say, I never thought people would actually like the books I make because I like mlp (my little pony,) and fantasy stuff. Once I saw how nice people could be, I loved the app. There’s one catch though, I think there should be a button in that black rectangle that let’s writers put in pictures. They can draw them, or upload ones from their gallery. ~I really hope you add this update. With Love and Always, ~Micah J. Taylor.
I’ve had this app for over a year now, and I do not like that you are making users pay to use it, that shouldn’t be a thing, I understand that y’all want to get yawls money, but not a lot of people can afford it, at least drop it to one cent so that way everyone including those who don’t get much money can afford to use this app, overall, I give it a five star rating
I love this app. It’s probably the most user-friendly writing app I’ve seen so far. However, lately over the past few days as I’m writing passages the manuscript will default position itself to the top of the page, sometimes several times as I’m writing in the same passage so I’m finding that I have to scroll back down over and over again to my position. Any idea why this might be happening? I’ll give this app a 5-star rating as soon as this issue is resolved, but I’m just frustrated that I’m having this much trouble with this simple of an app and it’s slowing down my work.
It has taken me a while, but I’m finally at the end of writing my book and this has been the best place for me to do it. I understand the app very well and I’m not text savvy. In fact I’m quite the opposite. Thank you. This has been wonderful Esther Allen.
I had this all and used it for a few weeks but eventually stopped using it I signed up for a free subscription trial and canceled it previously but today i was randomly charged 40$ for a yearly subscription I didn’t sign up for nor wanted to however the app isn’t at fault as my child used the app without my permission and bought the service without my knowledge
I like how the controls are easy to use and that I have control over everything: I can export any one of my books, I can change the theme whenever I want, it’s very easy to keep all of your notes and stuff for books and it’s very accessible but I don’t like how I have to pay to make more books but other than that small bump it’s a great app.
I love this app. It’s easy to use and even recommends other cool apps that I have really enjoyed using. But it would be really cool if you could sell your books once they reach a certain amount of views or likes. But you wouldn’t even have to sell the book if you don’t want to. This is just my opinion and I am grateful that you have taken the time into reading it.🥰
Writing is easy, but there’s inconsistencies with the published product. Like italics not being where they’re supposed to be or indentations being exponentially bigger than in the draft version. With the new update, it took away the word count. Which is a key part in story writing apps. It helps writers keep their chapter lengths consistent, so if anything should be reinstated, it should be the word count feature.
I love this app! I’ve used for a lot of books but…. 1. It removes some of the words when I publish it and people have no idea what happened 2. The prices to make more books is insane. I love writing books and if I have anew idea, I have to delete a whole story to start a new one. 3. It blurs my covers even though it’s just some cats like what?
Have not used the app long enough to get a good feel for it I can see were a few tweaks could be added. There are a few glitches like my very first books cover picture did not stay attached. For a beginner e-book plus publishing service wonderful so far But definitely could use a few tweaks if a few bug fixes
I’ve enjoyed the app and have had a pleasant experience with it. I want to become an author, and it’s the best book-writing app I’ve found. I would recommend it to anyone looking to write a book.
Is there a way to link my profile on multiple devices? Id like to be able to write on both my tablet and phone. Also is there a way to add page numbers to the bottom of pages for printing?
So I really love this app and love writing stories but when I try to continue to write this one story, it automatically takes me to the top of my store I for some reason🤔 so I reallyyyyy wanna know about that lol but I live it!
I like it a lot because it helps showcase my own work of books that I wrote previously that I couldn’t publish in the real world. However I had trouble trying to publish my first book twice. Due to some error that it failed to get my work published. So I had restart the app and relogged in with 2 Seperate email addresses.
It’s been really helpful with my two year project. Providing an easy way to organize my story’s rough draft, ideas, it even adapts to the writing and punctuation style within my writing.

I published a story but it wouldn’t come up in the “New” Section. I tried searching for it and it wouldn’t show up. So I looked up my profile and clicked on and it said that I didn’t even publish a story when I did. Also comments I wrote on my story isn’t coming up either.
I think this app is pretty good u get to right what happened in ur life or made up stuff it’s really nice to make books but u should add pictures in the books.
I enjoy this so much but I wish there was a way to submit it, see others creation or maybe even transporting it to your camera. All my opinion, but this app would be the BEST if you add these 🤩🤩
